Was informed by service advisor, DC, that my 2021 tahoe would have all 16 lifters replaced. When I received my vehicle back I noticed on the service order that only 8 ( left side ) were replaced. Engine doesnt sound right and I do not trust Chevrolet anymore. Case has been opened with customer care
Ive spent over $30K at this dealership since 2015. Up until my last repair service had been good. This last time some one had replaced the case on my key fob with a broken down key fob case. Service manage kept telling me this cant be done when in Fact this are over 30 youtube videos showing how this can been done in minutes if you want to repair a key fob case. or steal or replace someone else key fob case with their broken case. . The key fob I handed the service write was in brand new condition. What I got back was a broken down mess. The service dept told many stories and lies about how this was my fault. For $8 I have ordered from Amazon a new case. For $8 Stonebriar Chevy has lost a customer .
Stonebriar Chevrolet Service Consultant DC Confort was very professional, explained the service scope and cost very thoroughly and delivered my truck on time as promised. The dealership is very clean and modern and has a comfortable customer waiting area. I am an out of state customer and Stonebriar Chevrolet gave me an appointment that fit my needs which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely go back to Stonebriar again.
Rena is a wonderful person. She has a good heart and really cares about people and is always willing to help me. Everyone whos helped me I appreciate very much. You have a great group of people.
Real smooth process and Jeff was so nice and not pushy Blume other car salesmen. Great experience.
Everything was perfect except for the time it took. I made an appointment for 1:00 PM. got there10 min. early, car still wasnt finished until 3:00. This was for the 10K mile service.I take my 2012 Chev. truck to one of the chains and it takes them lees than half an hour.
Was a little shocking that there wasnt much inventory to choose from at the dealership. However, Johnny Bacerra explained it and we already knew what car we were interested in. Great experience and 5* to Johnny!
Dealership had my vehicle for 3-4 days. Had to call 5 times to get information or an update on my vehicle. The issues were not addressed by dealership on diagnostics and of course was charged. I went to a few other shops and got a different diagnostics based on what they claimed to be the issue. I was shocked to see so many 1 star reviews while at the dealership however I was recommended by someone who had a good experience. Everyone is different.
Outstanding service was provided by my service advisor. He was extremely honest and upfront concerning the repairs and cost of my vehicle. The staff member did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the entire process. Completely changed my outlook on having my vehicle repaired from a dealership!
Make an appointment to only wait 4 hours to find out part was not installed due to it being damaged. The part takes over a week to get reordered and installed. Again drop off truck with appointment to only wait 5 hours for truck bed cover to be installed. No explanation of warranty/service. No demonstration of using the cover. No idea where the keys were left for the locking mechanism on the truck bed cover. Disappointed for waste of time with the whole installation process. On the very first appointment I was told i would have to pay for installation I advised them my receipt for online purchased showed installation was paid for. I was told that would only cover 2 hours worth of work and that I would need to pay more. When it was installed after the 2nd appointment I wasnt given the keys because I didnt have the receipt with me for online purchase. The whole time I dealt with the same service advisor. I feel like this was a terrible experience and I just felt as if I was hustled and just left to figure it out on my own and push them repeatedly just to get an installation completed. Only took 8-9 phone calls and to have half the cover lose since one of the bolts is loose on one side. What a joke of an experience.
Jo Ann always does an awesome job.
Great experience. Everyone one was friendly. And John did a great job with explaining all details and for me in a brand new truckSemper Fi
It was very easy to set up an appointment to have my truck inspected. At the same time I requested the dealers paint sealer be applied. The work was finished in timely manner and the costs were as expected.
I had the best experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. John Frigon was very knowledgeable, personable and made the car buying process easy so I could get the Equinox that I really wanted. Everyone that I met was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will recommend Stonebriar Chevrolet to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car.
Lenah went out of her way to make sure I got my car back quickly and easily. She even picked me up herself from the rental location when I arrived after they closed due to traffic.
When I first called in I did not appreciate the sales pitch to get me in quickly (sounded like nothing was left and I was going to be rushed) so we went to a different Chevrolet Dealership first. We actually had an enjoyable experience there, however they did not have any Tahoes in inventory and we wanted a Tahoe and a Silverado. We decided to give Stonebriar Chevrolet a chance even after being annoyed prior and I am glad we did because we met Bret Gilgan (not the same guy we spoke with prior). We really enjoyed working with Bret. He is good at his job and does not make you feel like you are being pressured while still selling. Personally I like to do most of my research at home because I cant stand car sales people, however Bret was easy to work with. We really love the 2 vehicles we purchased. Do I think we overpaid, probably, but at least we left happy and have two new safe vehicles for our soon to be growing family. Bret also taught me how to use all the fancy features! I am hopeful not going to be buying cars very soon now, but when I do I will be contacting him again. If I know anyone looking for a car, I will be sure to let them know to go talk to Bret at Stonebriar Chevrolet.
Ive never had a bad experience with the service department. The waiting areas are comfortable, too.
Very pleasant experience as always. Everyone takes really great care of me. Especially my girl Maria. I feel like Im with family there.
My concerns were not resolved.I still have a transmission shifting problem, the wheel lock key is still missing, the high pitched squeal at startup is still present. The truck was very clean when I got it back and the oil was changed (only positive things). The wheel lock key missing causes a problem if I happen to have a flat, because I would not be able to change out the tire. There is a TSB that has never been performed that has to do with the transmission shifting problem. Why that has not been performed, I do not know. The squeal is consistent and every time I bring it to the service advisor’s attention, I am told it cannot be duplicated, as with every problem I have had with my truck. Either this is incompetence, or just blatant disregard for customer service.
Greg was awesome. Greg and team went above and beyond to get me in on such short notice. He was super friendly and very personable.
Its a shame that Chevy is the make of my car. And theres been an electrical issue going on with my car this entire time and no one at the dealer was able to spot it after placing my car in this shop three times. Not only will I not make any recommendations for anyone to take their car to this shop for repairs. I am also not going to recommend purchasing, a Chevy vehicle. Because if the company who makes the car, is unable to detect exactly what is wrong with it and there has been no other outside manufacturing done to it. I dont know! I am down over $5,000 for repairs on a 2013 only to be told by a completely different shop, that its an electrical issue that is triggering other parts of the car to not work right. So thank you guys for all your hard work and I will not be back.
Lenah was such a wonderful help for me. She personally came out from her office to greet me when I arrived. I didn’t have a previous appointment to see her, so the fact that she went out of her way was great customer service. She was so very pleasant and did all she could to make my experience as smooth and easy as ever.
They have always been very helpful and taken the time to answer any questions we have.
Awesome team to deal with. No pressure friendly service during a sale. They were reasonable at negotiations, sold and bought at very fair prices.
Received a Tune up on my 2012 Chevrolet Traverse. It appears all went well from what I was verbally told. Even though it was on paper(bill), I wished they would have conveyed that I had engine oil and transmission leaks.
Terrible. 3rd time Ive had to come to replace fender flare. This time I came in and dropped off car to find out the next day the wrong part was received so I had to wait a few weeks.Secondly my car is jumping but I was told that the transmission tech quit and there is nobody to work on transmissions. Why would you only have 1 tech. Your service department needs new management, such poorly run.
Andy Richardson in New Car Sales is truly 5-Star professional! I was added to the list to purchase a new Corvette C8. Andy reached out to me and introduced himself as my new point of contact with Stonebriar Chevrolet. He stated that GM is taking orders for the new 2021 Corvette and that I can sit down with him to configure it to my specifications and laid out my options. I stopped by the dealership that same day. He was extremely supportive and very patient. He provided valuable feedback and made the buying experience exciting, which seriously made my day! As soon as GM gave updates on my order, he was prompt to provide daily updates all the way up to the actual delivery of the vehicle. It is a blessing how this purchase came together and I feel very fortunate that I met Andy, who made my goals come to reality! I will refer my family and friends to him because of his professionalism and attentiveness. Thank you Andy and Stonebriar Chevrolet!!! FIVE STAR SERVICE & DELIVERY!
We had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle. Roy worked with us to get us just what we wanted in the car at the price we wanted. We enjoyed working with him and getting to know him in the process as well a co-worker, Ross, who generously helped keep our sales process going while Roy completed attending another customer. We arrived later than we had anticipated but still got everything wrapped up very quickly.
First service for my car didn’t know anything Greg was great! Made my whole day better
My customer service rep, Brian, is always thoughtful and thorough, the dealership was clean and comfortable during my visit. My courtesy vehicle ride home was safe and timely.
Jeff Allsop was a rockstar and fantastic to work with, he led me through the whole process and was very communicative with me on the smallest details. Communication is very important when making this sort of purchase and I’d do it all again because of Jeff. I’d also like to say that my car buying experiences have always trended downwards once you get Into the finance office, but not this time. Jeff in finance kept in simple and clean, and I walked away feeling even better about my purchase after meeting with him.Thank you Jeff and Jeff.
Have had new vehicle I purchased at this dealership in 3x for the same issue. Car is decelerating on its own under 30 MPH with no foot on the brake pedal. Dealership refuses to acknowledge the issue, says they cant find anything. Noticed the issue at 400 miles on new car and then again at ~700 miles, now at 2200 miles on the odometer, I have driven the car enough to know that this is a real issue. Told service on the last time in that I would be happy to ride along with the Shop Forman if they could not find the problem. At the end of the week they had test drove the car, but found nothing. Never called with the offer to give me the chance to help them replicate the issue, which is prevalent every time the car is driven. So I will keep going back, again. I would avoid this dealership. They either are ignoring the issue knowingly OR they are incompetent. Either way its not good.
Erasmo, was extremely helpful in helping us hold the Chevy Camaro ZL1 in the Blue color we wanted. He helped us through the steps on how the trade in would work. He helped us through the Financing steps and we were extremely happy with how patient, and informative he was. We felt we were treated with great respect and he even went the extra mile and sent us updates from when the vehicle was in transit from Michigan, until it arrived to the Dealership, and even sent us video of it coming off the Truck. Thank you Erasmo for the Amazing Experience.
It was very easy to buy this vehicle, quickest and best experience.
Bret did a great job, everything went smooth and because of him I will purchase my next vehicle there.
I made appointment for Friday 7/16 at 3pm. Upon arrival I was informed that my car was not going to be ready by end of day. I had selected the option to wait for my car at the dealer. The appointment reservation software needs to be corrected, it should not allow the customer to select certain options at certain times if the Dealer cannot comply with the times. I ended up having to complete partial maintenance tasks and having to return at a future date. This is a waste of time and money for customers. Not a good experience and very inconvenient.
For a first time customer everything was excellent compared to other Chevrolet dealerships. Outstanding service. Will definitely go back.
Lenah C. was amazing!! She turned around the bad experience i had on an earlier visit and totally restored my faith in the Service dept. She constantly kept in touch in the progress of my vehicle and went out of her way to keep it clean and under cover during the extended time in service. She was continuosly professional and sought out answers to questions she was unaware of.
Their customer service is the worst that I have ever seen and I have been in the automotive industry for 40 years. I have been a advocate for Chevrolet all my life but never again. After reading other reviews about Stonebriar Chevrolet I find that I am definitely not alone and they just don’t care about their customers. Although they were happy to collect the $3,800 dollars for repairs before they gave me my truck back still broken !!! Never again !!!
Great experience overall with the service Dept. Treated me like family!
John Cutler (sold me the truck) was extremely helpful in getting the appointment set up and making sure everything went as planned. Also, Brian Hershman in service did a fantastic job of managing the entire experience. The service was excellent!
All sales and finance personnel were great to deal with. Everyone was very easy to talk too and friendly, made the whole buying vehicle experience stress free. Many thanks to Andy, Jack and Ricky !!
Mr. Rocas made it so easy to get my oil changed and didnt try to pressure me into anything I couldnt afford. My car runs great again, and I didnt have to deal with Firestone. Im going to have to start getting my car serviced here.
I met with my salesman Bret back in 2020 when the Tahoe new body style was first released. I was not ready but wanted to test drive. In the short quick visit Bret made such an impression that I knew I had to buy from Stonebriar all because I knew I wanted Bret to be my salesman. I’m now a proud owner of my new Tahoe and I cannot tell you enough how fun and enjoyable my experience was. Two words you hardly hear when talking about a car buying experience; fun and enjoyable! If it were not for Bret I would have probably bought from anyone who had what I was looking for. Bret is a one of a kind, diamond in the rough, needle in the haystack Salesman who at the end of the car buying experience you can actually call a friend. Thank you Bret!!
Completely done by phone! no in-person experience/s.
Your techs can`t diagnosis a full canister purge valve that I had to have fixed else where because all you wanted to do was blame it on the wreck that I had and this problem had nothing to do with the wreck. Replacing the fuel tank would have had nothing to do with the problem.
This visit was great! Was assisted right away quickly checked in and he remembered details and concerns from my last visit so that was great also vehicle was handled with care felt like my choice to spend my hard earned money there for service was the right choice. Thank you.
We love the dealership side to Chevrolet. We have had great experience purchasing a car. The problem is the service side. This latest experience was for our AC not cooling. We agreed to the diagnostic fee and they were asked if we wanted an oil change and inspection. We agreed. Within the day we were told our AC compressor was leaking and it would be $1800 to fix. This vehicle is 4 years old. It is very concerning a 4 year old compressor would already be leaking. So we decided to take the vehicle to another licensed mechanic who has done work for us many times. Our mechanic kept the vehicle for two days to continue to check the pressure of the compressor. He was unable to find a leak. He was able to top it off with Freon and car is cooling. Maria, our service advisor, also told us multiple times that we were unable to get freon elsewhere because it was specialized to Chevrolet. Again, this was not true. This is the 2nd time we have experience Chevrolet Service Dept being dishonest. We have also completed surveys both times and never receive refunds or acknowledgement. The service department needs an overhaul!
Great service. Social distancing available with 3 waiting areas. DC was very kind and helpful.
DC did a great job of getting me in and properly diagnosing the problem with my 2014 Volt.
The dealership had good customer service and communication, which they made sure to keep me updated with my vehicle repairs. Also repairs were finished way sooner than the expected completion date.
Bret Gilgen was awesome to work with. My wife and I both agree that this was the best experience buying a new car. We will definitely refer our friends to Bret & Stonebriar Chevrolet. Also, Bryan Williams was awesome as well.
From the web experience to the text with John everything went perfect. John was able to have the car ready for us to look at and it was right what we were looking for. He made sure the buying process was painless he educated us on everything. Your finance department was also great and the paperwork was easy. Will definitely recommend and be back
Roy was a topnotch salesman! He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He got to know my wife and me, and he sought meet our needs. We would recommend Roy to anyone wanting an excellent car buying experience. Thank you, Roy!
Im giving two stars because the dealership did change the oil and give the vehicle a wash. One of the items I asked to check out was the electrical system. Earlier in the year, the battery went completely dead, forcing me to jumpstart the vehicle and go through the arduous process of having the vehicle re-learn the key fobs. The dealership said they found nothing wrong with the electrical system. I brought the vehicle home and the very next day, the battery was dead again. I was able to jumpstart the vehicle, and did not have to go through the key relearning exercise.I contacted the dealership to inform them that the battery was dead. The service representative told me that all the symptoms point to a bad battery, and that the battery was not covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty (the vehicle has 7k miles and was purchased new 6 months ago). The representative then said that if I wanted to pay for a new battery, they had some sort of $60 deal for a battery service. After contacting General Motors customer service, they explained that the battery was indeed covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. The GM representative then contacted the dealership and explained to them about the discrepancy. I declined making another service appointment with Stonebriar, because I dont like being deceived.
Helpful and I received Military discount.
Bret was incredible. I have purchased MANY vehicles and he was by far the best salesman I’ve worked with. No pressure. No games played. I told him what I wanted and what I needed and he got there without me having to send him back to the “desk” multiple times like other salesman I’ve dealt with.
To start with I came in for oil change and was pitched the 15k service for $ 500 which I declined. I attempted to use a coupon for synthetic oil change and was abruptly told by advisor Jason Tarpley I could not use that type of oil and it would take 10 quarts. Coupon was for 6, but stated additional oil is extra not that 6 was the max. Oddly enough last time I was at dealership Jason sold me 7 quarts and the oil on the coupon as I checked my receipt when I got home. Definitely feel I was upsold to oil at $11 a quart vs less than $ 5.Next, Oil Change Multi point inspection and wash was a 3 hour adventure! Jason never checked on me during my wait, and I had to check myself out and point out to cashier y car was in the lot and had been according to invoice for an hour! The entire customer experience was poor and if I patronize Stonebriar service again will definitely change advisors.
Very good service .Maria is very friendly
Ross did a great job keeping us informed and getting the deal done. Pleasure to work with.
Stonebriar maintains friendly, reliable, expediate, to-the-point service and i truly appreciate that. they have yet to fail me in my chevy service experience since i purchased new from the dealership back in April 2017. I continue to be thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of Stonebriar Chev dealership and look forward to my continued-relationship with it.
Jeff Gunter is such a professional. This is our second purchase from him. We decided to come back because of his flawless communication and service. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the deal you are getting. The manager also came to introduce himself to make sure with were satisfied with the trade in offer. They hit every single one of our priorities. We are beyond satisfied. Thank you
Jeff and his team got our car turned around as scheduled and minimized our time without a household vehicle. Much appreciated!!
Been using Stonebriar Chevy since doors opened, and working with Bill Pace for each lease or purchase since. Purchase process more streamlined than the last so that is appreciated.
Jason did a great job. He kept me informed all the way through the process.. He reviewed billing errors from the past and had those corrected..
My experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet was wonderful. They are very professional and friendly. My service agent, Greg Von Readen is wonderful to work with. He does a wonderful job in making sure my vehicle gets all the maintenance it needs. He also listens to my concerns and questions about any problems I may be having with my vehicle. Out of all the dealerships and service agents I have worked with in the past, I am glad to have found Stonebriar Chevrolet and Greg Von Readen. Which is why I continue to bring my vehicle back to Stonebriar Chevrolet and Greg Von Readen when my car needs maintenance or has any problems.
Great people. Great store!
Lenah is always on top of our service needs for both mine and my wife’s vehicles, she was fantastic and would recommend her to anybody who’s looking for a service advisor at Stonebriar Chevrolet
Doug Von is a Great assets to the company. Very greatful to his customer service and support he gives.
Horrible experience. I brought the car in for some minor electrical issues and check price on a second key fob. When given the price I said no on the fob and just check the electrical issue. When I picked up the car I was charged over $200 for the fob I didnt approve. I will def not be returning to this dealership and will def spread the word.
The attention the team gives is great! I personally dealt with John Frigon. He is very professional and has great customer service. All of our questions/concerns were answered/addressed. Our overall experience was amazing! The car selection for us was perfect. The whole process was smooth. John was prompt following up with us. He kept us in the loop about where we were with the purchase. Highly recommend.
I love it I was not in there long
Salesman have no drive to help customers, don’t respond, no effort to help make a sale. Soon as the papers were signed you can’t get a response from anyone at the dealership. Service had no idea about my add ons, no clue what wheels and tires I had purchased, sales didn’t respond so I had to contact service myself to even get the parts ordered. Perfect example of why car dealerships and salesmen have a bad reputation.
You guys at Stonebriar Chevrolet have a true selling gem in Mr. Roy Vartabedian (Vee). This fellow really knows what is important in life and this quality comes through just by talking to him. My wife and I had the fortunate pleasure to meet him. He told us we would be treated by all Stonebriar Chevrolet personnel as treasured customers today and in the future. He is truly a wonderful person to deal with.
I went to have my car checked out for A/C not blowing out cool air and was lied to about service.I was told an hour or so that turned into over 3hours then handed a large bill.I don’t believe service was even done and didn’t receive all of my paperwork after requesting it four times kept getting the run around. This is the second time I was over charged. Very disappointed and looking into what my legal rights are. I suggest you do your homework before going to a dealership like I did especially if your a woman.
Vehicle was ready prior to the time I was told which I view as exceptional.
Everything went very smooth, DC did a great job setting me up. Service was done relatively quickly and was done very well.Very happy with the experience.
1.They didn’t reset the oil,I have to reset it by myself, they didn’t check the tire pressure so I have to go back and ask them to do it.2. The cashier didn’t know how to take off the points out of my total. I ask her if I can borrow the keys to turn on the truck, she said the only thing is that I can unlock the doors, is like really you think that I’m living without paying you 124 dollars that’s reducidlos.3.I wait another 30 minutes so they can wash my truck, after I got my truck it was horrible they. Didn’t even wash it the way they supposed to the chemicals that they use on tires got all over my truck they didn’t even take the time to scrub the tires good with out living any chemicals on the tires.Since I got my truck there I always went there to do each service but this last time was the worst service ever
Friendly and fast in these times of nearly universal understaffing.
Good service overall however technician left rag underneath cat converter. I was able to remove rag without any issues. Dealership offered $80 saving on RF Strut repairs.
A little disappointed, i had another issus i wanted you guys to check and you didnt have time, wanted me to make another appointment.
My salesman Jack was fantastic, it took a while for me to get my new Corvette but everything worked out exactly like I wanted he kept me in form throughout the entire time When the first day I met him until the day I drove out of your lot. It was great and I will highly recommend him to everyone!
Im buy my vehicle here i think is best dealer Im due business im my life
Since the first day I contacted Stonebriar I have been pleased with their store and staff. I spoke with a couple salesman on my first day and ended up with Tommy Stewart. He was there for me when I had questions or someone helped me till he was available. Tommy helped keep things going through the buying experience and made sure the car was cleaned and fueled up for me when we came to pick our new car up. I could not have asked for a better new car buying experience!
I went in to have a computer issue looked at, the service rep came in and told me that the repair would take about an hour and a half. I then sat for that time only to be told that they had to over night a part and that my vehicle would not be ready until the next day. He then said that he knew this information but still let me sit and wait. Then the next day I was told that the part hadnt arrived and that my choices were wait until Monday or come pick up my car that doesnt work half the time and come back. Then the repairs werent completed until Monday afternoon. So for a repair that was supposed to be 1.5 hours I was without my vehicle for almost 4.5 days. But hey at least I got a free substandard car wash. And of course none of this is covered under my expensive joke of an extended warranty that your finance guy sold to me. I love my vehicle when it works and its the first used vehicle Ive bought from you guys, but I have to say that I feel like I was betrayed. I trusted you guys and it was the 3rd vehicle that Ive bought from you since 2015. If you wouldve done the proper checks that you claim to do on your used vehicles, Im sure you wouldve found the improperly installed after market tracking device (presumably from a previous owner with questionable credit) that has wreaked havoc on the vehicles electrical system. But you didnt and now Im stuck coming to you and getting raked over the coals financially repeatedly trying to get it fixed. Now Im stuck with a possessed vehicle that sometimes works and my reward is I get to pay you guys $400-$500 every 6 months for the pleasure of owning said possessed vehicle. I am a loyal person and when I find a place I like I continue to patronize them. On Friday I was fully prepared to turn the page and trade my vehicle in and purchase a new vehicle from you guys for a third time in 6 years, but after my latest experience with your service department, I held off. Now after thinking about it, I think its time to take my business elsewhere. 3 vehicles (2 bought new) in 6 years may not seem like a lot to you, but it is to me and my one income family. I will take my business elsewhere now. For your information our family plan and budget was to make at least two new vehicle purchases in the next two to three years as I have a daughter turning 16. The plan was to replace my wife’s vehicle, my vehicle and hand my old vehicle down to my daughter. Now, Im going to trade in the lemon you sold me and Im thinking about buying a Toyota for the first time. I never thought it would come to this as I thought your dealership would be the only one Id ever purchase a new vehicle from again. I will also share my experience with anyone that I talk to that is looking to buy a new Chevrolet vehicle. Thank you for your time.Oscar A Mills
Maria was very helpful and got information to me quickly.
Caleb Sellers is an excellent service consultant, he did a great job of keeping me informed and was professional throughout the repair process.
Daniel made it so easy for us to purchase a car. Everyone Ive talked with said that car-buying is such a hassle, there is so much back-and-forth haggling before anything gets done, etc., but I did not feel that way one time at Stonebriar Chevrolet. We loved getting to work with Daniel, Ricky, and Pharrington - they were all extremely professional, fun to work with, and displayed their expertise in a very humble manner. Although we live about 40 minutes away from the dealership, the drive is now worth it because of the service we received while we were here.
Wish the time frame do complete the work would’ve been better. Overall all things were great.
Great experience. Drove 115 miles just to do business with dealership. Great in and out service.
This purchase was a pleasant experience. The sales team went above and beyond what I would expect. I was comfortable every step of the way.
Greg always takes good care of me when I come in. I always make an appointment and am greeted quickly. The work requested was done quickly and professionally. No problems.
It was an awesome experience, we felt like Bret was helping us get into a vehicle we wanted rather than sell us a vehicle, and that made the experience really enjoyable, also Brian in the finance department was very helpful in helping us pick the best warranty options that fit our needs.
Everyone that we worked with was very helpful. It was an easy and pleasant experience!
Great experience. Keep it that way
Jason Tarpley was very professional and very nice while he was assisting me from my phone call with him, meeting him at the dealership and making sure my truck was done properly and he even offer to get my truck clean.I definitely would recommend friends and family
Service at the dealership was prompt and courteous. My main complaint is with scheduling the service via the website. I found the website and scheduling to be very antiquated and outdated and unfriendly.
I had a couple of recalls, and wanted GM parts, so I selected Stonebriar to fix my vehicle. After getting the estimate, I asked mechanics, other dealerships, etc., and determined the fair cost should be around $1,200 for the repairs, oil changes, etc., instead of the $2,000 I was charged. Smaller shops were around the $800 mark. However, I know dealerships make money in their Service departments. I purchase a new vehicle every year (I have four right now) and am getting ready to sell the one I took in. I would really hesitate to come back to Stonebriar to purchase due to this experience. (BTW, a leaking fuel pump with 40,000 miles is practically unheard of.)
Service was great and quicker than expected.
It was a pleasant experience. Clean, spacious, and adhering to safety recommendations. Friendly staff.
