Terrible service ! A month ago we tried to cash a check and they said that the system did not authorize the payment, we went to another store where they did pay us. And now it turns out that Zodiac if I cash our check and the other store is going to sue us for a federal crime. We have been to the premises several times and to this day without response. When I put the store in, the customer service was rude and dismissive of my situation, a lady named Lourdes, who was supposedly the manager even suggested that I had broken my phone myself why I was going to do that after paying $ 150 for it.
