Good customer service. Speedy work. Friendly workers.

I had great customer service my past couple visits however this last time I wasnt so impressed with their phone etiquette. I had a question to be answered and well even if they had forgot that I was on hold 50min, they could of called back. Their customer service has been going downhill, not the same AT&T as before.

I purchased an iPhone 11max last year. They sold me a screen protector and told me it had a lifetime warranty. They warrantied it once before. I come back today and suddenly they have no clue what I am talking about and are telling me I have to purchase a new one. Why would I buy from them again if they won’t honor my warranty?! Useless! The last time they will get my business. I really liked the store but if they won’t honor their word then I rather go else where.

I worked at core before leaving to a 3rd party to sales executive in home entertainment and I didnt realize how disconnected I was with the mobile wireless & accessories. The representative was amazing and directed me exactly to what I needed which was perfect because I was also in a hurry, I felt like a chicken without a head. Thank you.

I went in there thinking it was going to take a while because it looked busy but I got helped pretty quick the girl who helped me was really helpful and knew her stuff. Cool vibes I liked the music they were playing

I will never come back to this store. Its great when they able to make a sale but they are crooks. I went there 4 times and left voice message requesting for a credit for double charged on my pre-paid. It has been 3 weeks since my initial credit request but still no credit when store manager Melina said she did.

Steven is very helpful. He helped me gather information I need to plan for my switch over to AT&T. He answered all my questions which were many! Its like working with a good friend. I look forward to becoming an AT&T customer just as soon as my contract is up.

This is the best of the local AT&T stores. Its a nice place and the staff are awesome.

Johnsons has a huge selection of plants and varieties! As an example there are at least 15 varieties of tomatoes available if not more. In the store area there are plenty of household and garden decor and gardening supplies. Well with the trip!

Jimmy and Amberrae were amazing ! They were able to fix my Apple Watch that hadn’t been working for a week, it didn’t want to connect to my phone number.

Kiannah helped me set up new TV service and was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend her.

Michael is the person to go to. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and was very patient and pleasant. Reviewed my family plan and helped us save money. He treated us like we have known each other for years!!! We like Michael .....

Melina is an absolutely outstanding store manager. She really went above and beyond to solve my phone related issues, when tons of customer service reps over the phone line were giving me mixed information. THANK YOU Melina!

Carlos is absolutely the best representative I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made this the best experience I have ever had at At&t. He should be manger at this store. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was having trouble setting up my wife’s flip phone ended up upgrading her to the iPhone 11 she was happy and I was happy. The customer service provided by Amberrae was excellent. She had patience and explained to me the benefits of the new phone! Thank you so much AT&T in gilroy

Michael and Laura were outstanding with their customer service. Michael was patient with a very long transaction which included 2 phone upgrades and 2 tablet purchases. We had to return 10 minutes before closing due to some issues with updates on one of the phones. Manager Laura graciously helped us for 40 minutes while the phone updated, all while talking to us in a friendly way. We would recommend either one of them for customer service.

What a great time filing insurance claims, buying accessories ( I got one free), updating my plan (getting HBO max and saving $30 a month) Monica was amazing in helping me through a sometimes arduous task. I have always appreciated the service here and Monica has continued my support to this wonderful company owned ATT store! Thank You Monica!!

The customer service was great I been to other places and I have never be satisfy like this before. They cleaned the store after every customer and it was very reassuring to know that AT&T is doing what they can to keep us safe during this time. The rep was very informative and explained everything perfectly so I could understand. I definitely recommend you visiting this store.

AT&T provided an unremarkable experience as I was recommended new and upcoming products compared to older versions. I was immediately welcomed upon entering and received 5 star service! Definitely willing to visit again.

I went in for an upgrade and walked out with an iphone 11. I was very pleased with the service i was given from the employees. Very professional and down to earth people. Will definitely be coming back.

I went yesterday to get an upgrade for my daughters phone at the Gilroy ATT store. Although the employees were very cordial and attentive, it took us like three hours to get everything done. It didnt seem like the process was very efficient. On top of that you should not let the people wait for that long given the pandemic. Also note that you have some plastic dividers between customers and employees, and those are not followed by the employees themselves. I felt really uncomfortable because they came to talk to me very close, without them following any kind of social distancing. I felt that AT&T charges too much money and unfortunately when we get back is not in line with the experience that we Would like to have a customer.

This location has been super helpful with everything we have thrown at them. Have to say Michael is super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable!!

I was frustrated at ATT and when I walked into Gilroy Store they were so friendly and helpful that made me change my prospective of the company. The employee and his manager a girl with curly hair help me resolve my issue and even lower my bill, got HBO Max and a new phone. I couldn’t be more happier when I walked out of the store. Carlos and Jimmy at this store have provided the best customer service I could have asked for. My family needed reliable cel service at home as we moved to the countryside and our old cel provider was spotty service at best, even with Firstnet. I had been to another local ATT store to ask about Firstnet for first responders. As it turns out, I was given bad info at that store. Both by phone and in person, Carlos and Jimmy were the nost knowledgable and willing to help me specific to my familys needs. They both were patient with my questions and financial concerns in getting a new device. At the store, everyone working was friendly with other customers and were all about giving great service with personal attentiveness. I heard a female employee, Amber Ray (dont recall for sure her name), helping an older gentleman. She was awesome too. By far the crew at this store is dialed in all around. I was so happy with the service both at my visit and phone calls, we will be switching my familys devices over to ATT. I hope ATT appreciates how hard all their crews are working and how amazingly they represent the company in every way.

Terrible customer service by a condescending person named Jimmy! I explained what I had done and he said more than 5 times “I can’t believe you actually agreed to that sale!” Then the lady working there told him ( obviously because he was a newer employee) to not charge me the restocking fees of $90. Since they had not been opened. (IPhone 8).He ignored what she said and went to the other man working there and came back to credit the sales tax but did charge a restocking fee. I just want to say I have 3 lines and phones I pay for every month and don’t have to have AT&T but I worked for them for 30 years and felt a sense of pride up until now. I worked on high speed digital equipment not in a sales office. I loved my career there. So embarrassed that that employee will never feel the pride of working for such a great company. Too bad he told the wrong person to my face that I basically was an idiot!

I visited due to a problem with the.bluetooth connection dropping out and wanted options. The first assistance was very helpful and gave us a few ideas on how to change the phone (Andriod 9 upgrade and messed up the software). However she asked us to come back 45 minutes latee when her manager would be back - so we did. On return the manager was rude and was having a bad day....we had only stepped into the door and she was saying she would not help. Explained that the phone was working and wanted options...she went on auto pilot and kepted repeating herself. She then said have a nice day! i feel sorry for her staff if she is the role model - the first assitance was kind and understands customer needs...the manager should learn from her! a smug face and have a nice day is not customer service. i pitty the staff

I cant state enough that customers service is very important in a public work place n this store lacks on it... never have i seen suck bad service from management i will never be back to this store!!!

This place is always busy. The counter staff are friendly and they know what they are doing. Usually problems are fixed quickly. There is one thing though that keeps me from going here unless I have to......they have a door sentry. This woman. Is cold, un-smiling and overly nosey. You cant even get inside without her charging at you and demanding to know what you want! As any shopper, sometimes I just come in to look and I dont want some sales person breathing down my neck. Thank goodness I bought an unlocked Android which the good folks at Google made it easy to get up and going all by myself.....No hall monitor!!
