I had a problem with my iPhone 7 and called this store. They were very busy but took the time to talk with me by phone, giving me the help I needed. Super friendly, knowledgeable, clear communication, and super helpful. May I never have any such problem again, but if I do, you can bet I’ll be calling this good people at Victra.

Best exp at a Verizon! I came in last minute hoping to be able to walk out with a new cell phone before it closed its doors for the Night! With 30 minutes to go I was hoping for the best but i was having a very bad case of the Mondays! Big shout out to Jose!! Under the stress that I was dealing with from the day he helped me keep my cool! By letting me vent my day ! Which lead to him staying past the time they closed ! My experience here was awesome! I went with the expectation that, here we go another long process that I know my 16yr daughter is going to find boring and then tired then cranky then its come on mom can we go?? It wasnt anything like that Jada was super welcoming she let me explore a phone I was interested in while she finished up with her previous customer. That gave me plenty of time to figure what model I wanted. So the process from there was quick n easy with great conversation the whole time we were laughing.
