Manny in service was very helpful and friendly. Got our Titan in with one days notice. Kept us informed of what they were doing and the solutions. The cost was very reasonable considering the time spent on discovering the problem. This was our first time at Glendale Nissan and will not be our last. My experience with the service crew has been horrible! Every time I bring it in they give me nothing but issues, worst customer service! They tell you one thing and turns out to be the complete opposite, brought it in regarding a warranty letter I had received and told me it will be at NO charge, now they’re charging me for the diagnostic. Save your money and time! TOOK THEM 7 HOURS FOR THEM TO FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. Ridiculous
Excellent customer service. Depending on what you need done to your car, youre in and out in no time. Warm atmosphere, comfortable seating and didnt mind waiting at all.

Always my go to location when taking my Nissan vehicles for service or any other work needed. Very friendly staff, Manny always makes sure to answer any questions, and takes good care of the customer. Prices are very reasonable and they are pretty good when it comes to manufacturer warranties/ defects. Glad that they provide a loaner vehicle, and they get the work done pretty quick, and who doesn’t love a complimentary car wash. Definitely recommend for service on your Nissan or any other vehicles.

Went for a regular oil change and tire rotation and left being charged for the tire rotation, without it being done. Immediately the next day, I called John, one of the managers and he told me to come in and he’ll put it right. The service center director ( James) also called me and apologized for all the trouble.I was very upset at first, then the management staff, especially John, Chris and James were very understanding and really took care of me. Despite my small set back, I would always recommend taking your car to this place. Thank you John !
Service people need to be friendlier...smile...its a customer service job. If you go during prime hours you will wait...average one hour for oil change. They alsoneed some outdoor seating. Not everyone wants to sit inside. Free water while you wait.

They were not able to fix the problem with my Nissan Rogue. When I would be on the phone with someone via Bluetooth, the person on the line would hear a loud screeching noise. They were adamant that it didn’t make that noise when they tried to use it. They had me come back for them to try to switch something out, but when I came a different service guy said it wouldn’t work so they didn’t switch it out and didn’t even try to fix anything. The least they could’ve done was compensate for my gas and time spent for nothing.Then I went to M’Lady Nissan Service and they were able to fix my problem in one visit!

Fantastic service department. Everyone is very friendly. All of the service advisors are very knowledgeable and care for every customer they deal with. You can feel at ease knowing you vehicle is in good hands.
2.5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment. It was 8 am. No one in the place. I worked in a dealership as a mechanic for 12 years. Never saw an oil and rotate go 2.5 hours.

Use 2 go here all the time.. till the service guy forgot to put back on my radiator cap when I found out it was off I went back in in the service manager told me to come back in 2 weeks to the order the part I said no that was not okay take one off another car and they did I had ordered oil change paid for three of them they only did 2 the last one and never even change my oil what a rip off
