I called in today to get a quote for a wheel alignment for my car. The sales person said due to covid 19 I will have to charge you $500, or else we wont do it. Thats just ridiculous to take advantage of people without jobs during these tough times.

Whoever is running this business might actually believe $800 for an alignment is a fair price. I am beyond confused when down the street you can get It for $99 and they won’t play games asking for quotes on the phone. I wanna give these guys the benefit of the doubt in this case because I can’t imagine any time where an alignment would cost $800. they probably get calls all day and give an absurd price so people won’t waste their time, But in any case this is not good business. On the other hand if they really are charging $800 for an alignment then idk what else to say LOL except Firestone is right down the road.

Honest, fair, quality mechanics are so hard to find- but these guys are all of that. My car battery died and after jumping it I figured I would probably need a new one, so I went to Infinitech because they had such great reviews online. They immediately started working on my car, no wait at all. I was in and out in 20 minutes--fastest, easiest service ever. They gave me the battery at cost and a really fair price for labor. Im thrilled to have found them and will definitely be going back.

Infinitech Auto was outstanding. They fit me right in the same day I called for an appointment and had all the repairs finished within a couple of hours. They gave me an excellent price for labor, not to mention parts at cost! I was called and notified of all issues prior to them starting the repairs so I wasnt surprised with any additional charges once I went to pick up my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for car work!

I have been going to Infinitech for over two years now and I highly recommend it. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. It has a great location in the city and they do great work, especially if you own a BMW or Mercedes. The staff is always friendly and are great at answering your questions and have solid follow up.

Great service and great people. I always deal with my guy Jose, dude funny, makes the whole service experience more enjoyable. Other people ( big service dealer 2 miles east ) just want your money. Customer service is great. Plus the cars they have in their showroom are a delight to see!

A few month back, I had my car serviced here for new brakes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain my options to me and they completed all repairs within the same day.

It can definitely be intimidating heading to a car repair place when you know absolutely nothing about cars but Infinitech was amazing! My BMW was saying that I needed new brake pads when in reality it was just a sensor issue. I appreciated their honesty and had them check out anything else on the vehicle that needed to be fixed. They ended up finding some minor issues and I loved that they brought me in to show me exactly what they were planning to fix. Bruce was awesome and made me feel like I was in such good hands. I will be back for all my car needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for awesome customer service from a honest, reliable auto shop.

After the dealership tried to charge me an exorbitant price, I went to Infinitech. After the first time, I never even thought about going back to the dealership.Ive taken my BMW to Bruce at Infinitech for everything. He never disappoints. Always excellent service. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Just moved back to Chicago where Ive never had a need for an auto-mechanic until this past week. I hate going to mechanics as well all know theyre like dentists (1 good one for every 25 or so). The guys there were very professional, provided great communication and Im very happy I now how an auto-mechanic for my aging car.Also- there was an order issue with them receiving the wrong part for my car and I had to wait longer than expected. They not only kept me in the loop constantly but gave me a sizable discount. Bad businesses dont do that!

This was my first time going to InfinitechAuto so was hesitant given experiences with other service providers. The customer service, follow up and work done were all top quality. Bruce was great in explaining what the issues were, what the tech recommended and what was mandatory vs optional with respect to repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner within the costs quoted. Hopefully I wont need any servicing any time soon but if I do this is where Im going to go. Honest, reasonable and quality-work.

Great service! Jose helped me out tremendously when I took my car in to have the brakes looked at because they were squealing. After he drove the car, he called me to give me the diagnosis, which he was very honest and gave me a breakdown of the costs and what needed to repaired right away versus what could wait a few months. And because it was going to rain that day, he held off on washing the car and said to bring it back any other day (a sunny day of course) to have it washed. I will be bringing my car back for all future mechanical issues. I highly recommend this place!

The mechanics at Infinitech are polite and honest, and it was much easier to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes 550SL that was overdue for an oil change. I was told up front how much it would be before service was performed and it was significantly less expensive than the dealer also. I will be servicing my car here from now on. Great service!

Honest and stright forward dealership.I called about a used Mercedes convertible and spoke with Demetri. He took the time to look over the car before I made a rather long drive to the dealership. He described the cars condition in detail and I was very pleased when I arrived to find out he was very truthful and accurate in his description. Our test drive went fine and I bought the car the same day. These are mechanics that are definitely on your side. On at least two separate occasions they have suggested I take a course of action that not only saved me money, but cost them time and money. When I had them inspect my car they found problems that even the dealership mechanics didnt spot (and we all know dealerships arent shy about suggesting repairs).They can give solid advice on when to use OEM parts and when it is worth it to go aftermarket for better performance or to save money. Their oil changes are cheaper than most other places and yet they are careful and trustworthy unlike Jiffy-lube and Co.Ive been going here for over two years and have always been very impressed with their honesty, fair pricing, and friendliness. Every repair and service on my cars has been done flawlessly.I usually have the least interesting car in the shop, and Im sure Im very far from being their most profitable customer, but theyve always treated me like I was their best one. The fact that they treat their small customers this well says a lot about the type of shop they run.If you are in Chicago, and need anything done to your car, take it here.

We called first and then took our Prius in suspecting brake problems (or maybe worse). Infinitech wasnt sure theyd be able to handle it the same day (Monday is busy of course) but told us theyd at least diagnose it and let us know if it was safe to drive out of town the next day. They not only called and let us know what the issue was, giving us a choice of whether to replace all 4 brake pads & rotors or just the two that urgently needed it, but they fixed it the same day. I had gone to them a couple of years before and liked that they were straightforward with me. I ended up not getting my car repaired there the first time because they didnt have the part that was needed in stock, but I remembered them. Their 5-star average (which Ive never seen in any review of any business) is well-earned. Well be going back there.

This has been the best experience I have had with a mechanic. Jose has been friendly and responsive, and I have never felt like I was getting pushed to get unnecessary repairs.I initially went in because my check VSC light was on. While addressing that issue they discovered that my battery had dead cells (consistent with issues I have been having recently). They only charged me for the battery replacement.The next week my check engine light popped on, because it was in a short period pf time from my previous repair they agreed to look into the issue for free, only charging for parts and labor once the problem was found. They fixed the issue and I passed my emissions test.All in all my experiences with them have been excellent.

Expensive for radiator replacement (be advised!). My car wasn’t holding its antifreeze so I knew something was wrong. I took it to Infinitech because of the high google review score. They explained that the radiator is cracked and they would need to replace it and the thermostat and quoted $748 (they charge $120 / hour for labor apparently). I called around and got quotes from 6 other places. They were all lower ($400, $320, $563, $416, $495, $563).Infinitech would not budge on their price. So, I left and went to the shop with the lowest price (Bucktown Auto Repair) and paid under $350 with tax. Bucktown isn’t fancy but they got the job done on the same day I brought it to them. My suggestion is to call around and get quotes from at least 3 or 4 shops with 4+ stars.

If my family members all lived in Chicago, I would refer every one to Infinitech, that is how highly I regard this shop. Based on my experience with them I trust them implicitly and that is the most important criteria that I look for in an auto service provider. I say this especially because as a young woman who knows almost nothing about cars. I realize I am vulnerable to be taken advantage of (and have been in the past). But the staff at Inifinitech are honest, straightforward and they always follow-through with what they say they will do at the price they quote. The beautiful way they keep the shop (I especially appreciate the clean bathroom), the complimentary coffee, is further evidence of how much they value their customers. Another great sign is that all the service workers and staff members actually seem happy to be working there! On both occassions, one for a headlight malfunction, and one for my power stearing, Infinitech has saved me over a thousand dollars. They have such expertise regarding how accurately diagnose and fix problems at their source. When another shop told me I needed break pads immediately, Infinitech was honest and said my breaks were perfectly fine. I will continue to come to Infinitech (even though it is way out of my way) for as long as I live in Chicago. I will also consider buying a car from them or having body/paint work done in the future, because I have observed how excellent their work is. Stop looking through listings and have your service done here. You wont regret it.

Amazing! Never going back to the dealership! I have been here for 5 separate issues and they are fast, knowledgeable and trust worthy. On all ocassions the dealership would have charged me significantly more. I have an Infiniti 35gx.

Long story short, I bought a Nissan Altima about a week ago from craigslist.. The car was in rough shape, as a matter of fact, the first mechanic that looked at it absolutely refused to work on it. I thought I bought a lemon car and was screwed. After looking up reputable shops online, I came across Infinitech.. Took the car into their shop on Tuesday hoping for a solution to my problem. Infinitech solved my problem in less than 24 hours (a bunch of electrical issues/radiator leak). The Altima is now running driving flawlessly, and for about half the cost of what the other mechanic had told me it would be approximately. They definitely earned themselves a new customer!! Will be back with all my future cars.
