I’ll start this off by saying everyone was friendly. After my oil change I noticed the fitment on my aftermarket hood wasn’t right. To my surprise the hood no longer popped open when I pulled the release lever. After getting someone to hold the lever while i pulled the hood open, I found that one of the bolts that holds the bracket onto the hood had been completely ripped out of the carbon fiber. This is a $2100 Anderson composites mustang hood and I paid $108 dollars for an oil change that left it broken. I’m assuming whatever “expert” worked on my car. Doesn’t know what a hood pin is and probably pulled up on the hood without releasing them. Needless to say I will not be going back. And coming from someone who’s ASE certified, you need to train your techs correctly. The hood pins were a push button release. Not rocket science.

This was by far my best experience ever at a Firestone Complete Auto Care. Youd like to think the service you receive is universal at Firestone locations, but it isnt. However Matt (the store manager) greeted me with a smile and was eager to assist. I never feel comfortable going to auto body shops because you just dont know if someone is trying to get over on you. Matt made my stay simple and easy, recommended some things I needed to get done and wasnt shy being honest with me. Charles was great as well! This is a well ran store by a well ran guy. I feel comfortable bringing mine and my families cars here for as long as Matt is around. Also as a bonus, this was the cleaniness Firestone I have ever been in, as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was immaculate, which is never the case for a auto body shop. I will forever happily drive the 40+ mins to come to this Firestone, as you cant beat good, honest, quality service. Needed a oil change and I came in 30 mins before my scheduled appointment and they still took care of me immediately. Now I only scheduled for a oil change but, the sales man also there in last min request such as the 9.99 inspection and tire rotation, but also my engine filter replacement. With out hesitation all my request were fulfilled and my car was in out the shop in no time. That you guys so much for putting the customer last min request as a priority.

Ive never been to a more dishonest car shop. Extremely unreasonable prices and terrible service. Take my word for it and avoid this place. There are many alternatives in the area that will do the same work for half the price!

Been here twice in the last week. They changed my taillight on my jeep and was $16 which was fine. Also it was quickThen i went to change my wipers. I was told $30 but I thought that was for front and back, it wasnt. Just front.So i paid $60 for both wipers and Then Kurt was helpful and gave me a discount.Will be back if i need any more minor fixes on my car

I bought new tire with in a 2 months tire flate that charge me $80 (70.000)miles warranty. 2nd time tire flat no chack than I go discount tire thay chack and replace valve (free)Today again my tire flat steel sing is comingFire stone have no time to fix.

Came in for new tires and was told my car needed an alignment after the free alignment check after the tires were installed. I gave Kurt the go ahead with the alignment since it was almost $1000 in New tires that were just installed. He also let me know a few things about the car the tech saw might need to be replaced soon from the inspection. Simple stuff, license plate bulb, battery life almost ending, etc. I then drive home and had moved my car and noticed stains where I was parked. I take a look underneath and both boots covering the tie rods are destroyed and leaking grease. They look torn and burned from the tech prabably using heat to loosen the tie rod end for the alignment. None of this was told to me and it was not on the inspection report of items to replace and I did not have these stains on my driveway before this. The boots costs almost $80 EACH and that is not counting labor. Not to mention the steering wheel was not left centered after the alignment either. The rack and pinion has now been exposed to road debri. This is horrible professionalism, the tech damaged the boots and let me drive out of there not caring that it will cause damage to my rack and pinion and cost me alot more later on than just the boots. The report shows a tech signature and a reinspection signature so if it went past 2 inspectors and no one noticed that is either really bad service or neglect. I would have not minded being called and told the boots were damaged in the process of the alignment and were going to need to be replaced free of charge in labor but I had to pay for the boots but it is too late for that now. I have a dashcam in my car and watched the video and he sounded like he was in a rush to get my car done on the test drive. Im not only very upset but Im disappointed I have to continue to find a shop I can trust with my car.

These guys are the best. Very professional and friendly. Matt put my worries at ease and really helped me out. They were able to squeeze me in for a new set of tires this past weekend. They get parts same day or next day and the turnaround is always quicker than youd think. And the quality of work is excellent. Keep up the good work, guys. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This place is just great. They got me in and out Jimmy Johns fast! Competitive pricing, amazing honest customer service, and the gentleman even found me an online coupon for extra money off!! Matt is wonderful I had to find a new place to take my 2007 Ford Edge and this is the right place. They treat you like family and really explain what’s needed. They were on time with my car and it’s running great.

Weve been taking our cars here the past few years and never had any issues. However, yesterday they went above and beyond for me. Brought my car in with a flat tire and asked him to check my brakes too. They could have taken advantage of me and told me I needed new brakes but they were 100% honest and said they were fine. As for my tire, since its still relatively new, and I purchased them from that store, they sold me the warranty on the tires which was cheaper than buying a whole new tire. My husband recently went in and had an issue with an oil leak and they were thorough and very knowledgeable about the situation. Ask for Matt. Very nice, friendly and genuine guy. We will continue to take our cars here.

Kurt and Matt were super helpful. Honest about my car needs and did not over charge. Extremely helpful on a Sunday as well as to getting my vehicle inside the shop so it did not have to stay overnight outside gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Come here only if youre rich and love over paying for stuff. There are many other options in the area. Everything is way overpriced and customer service is TERRIBLE!

Wanted to charge my girlfriend $99 for an OBD scan. The attendant became belligerent and rude when I pointed out the autozone down the street would do it for free.

By far the best service Ive had with auto care. I needed new brakes and a few other parts and everything was done so quickly and efficiently. The manager, ado, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with the millions of questions I had and the repair went as smooth as could be with no issues after. Would definitely recommend and will be returning! :)

I just moved to Bloomingdale from Elgin and was looking for a new Firestone to go to. I had purchased my tires at the Firestone on Randall Road and at the first rotate he said I needed brakes. Well I couldn’t afford them and he said sure I could wait til spring. I thought I would wait and get another opinion. So last fall my tire was losing air so I checked the rating on all the Firestone stores and the one in east St Charles had a 5 star rating so I went there. Well they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the tire and if I had any issues to come back. And they also said I do not need brakes! When I left, the low tire air indicator was also still on. Well the tire continued to leak air while I was out of town so I furiously called Firestone in east St Charles back because I was stranded and he suggested I have the car towed. My husband bought me a tire pumper and I then went to the Firestone in Glendale Heights and they said they could not find anything wrong with the tire, but he resealed the rim. Thank you Firestone Glendale Heights for caring that I did have an issue and doing your absolute best to resolve my issue and fix the tire! You didn’t send me home saying you couldn’t find anything, but you did everything possible with the tire which fixed the issue and also turned the low tire air indicator off. Thank you for respecting my time and fixing it the first time. You are my new Firestone and I am the person who tells all my friends! Thanks again!

Going out of town tomorrow so I decided to get new tires. went on firestone and picked my tires and scheduled installation. 3 hours before the installation time I was called and curt said they can get me the tires tomorrow? why did I schedule an appointment ? bait and switch at its finest. now I have to go and find tires at the last minute.

Low pressure light went on, Firestone took care of the issue right away. Nail in tire. Took the time to explain other offers available for my vehicle as well. Went to Cassidy in Addison they said they didnt have time today, wanted to schedule an appointment for next day, cant believe they expected me to drive on a potential flat tire risking getting stuck on side of the road. Thank you Firestone for keeping me safe.

My review is based on a few different experiences. My first encounter with this Firestone was on a Sunday afternoon when my brakes went out on me. The mechanic that helped me filled up my brake fluid for me since there appeared to be a leak. He was very helpful about what the problem could have been with the little time left of this establishment being open for the day.I have gotten a few oil changes here as well, never had any problems with my Yukon until I went to a different location and all of the sudden I have an oil pan leak....strange...My last experience is the reason why I would never recommend this particular Firestone to anyone...I brought my truck in to have my rear brakes done. After a few hours I get a call that it was done. I go up there to pick up my truck and I notice my Wendys frosty card is missing out of my cup holder (petty I know but I pay attention to whats in my vehicle at all times). I get home and see on of my rim caps is missing too. I had all four when I bought my truck and obviously all four when I brought it in for repairs. I call up Firestone and ask them about it and they give me the run around about how they put the rim caps back on...if it was sealed back on...why is it gone? The person I spoke with said he might would look around and give me a call back. Still waiting for that call....whomever stole my rim cap and Wendys card...I hope you are pleased with yourself.

I made an appointment request at 8:50am, called to get an update at 10:50am just in case they were busy and all. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and helpful he stated he didnt see the request but that 12pm time worked perfect, sending an approval email for my appointment When I arrived they were unable to change my oil filter.... so henceforth I drove there for nothing..

Kurt helped me out today when I needed it. Helped get my 2007 Honda Civic back on the road in time for the work week ahead! Would recommend these guys.

No one should visit this branch of Firestone, Full of Idiots, its been a second time where I made an appointment with them a week ago a person talked to me put a quote in a system for my appointment & when I arrived they were like we don’t have anything up on your name, very bad system, pathetic customer service

Customer service is frustrating. I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they werent able to help at all. And to make them sound professional, they made up a story that it my car needs an engine rebuild. And I know about cars and engines. And they said the engine is trash and couldnt even explain why. And a typical engine rebuild costs about 6K. Stupid people. They should just stick to changing brake pads and maybe oil changes. Maybe not actually

Charles was honest and upfront. I appreciated how quick his service tech looked at my tire issue and especially how fast it took to fix the issue. No runarounds ay all. Will be back!

By far the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a shop. Went in for a simple alignment and they up charged me 200$ more than Midas across the street did. Kurt and Charles need a reality check. Your customer is your paycheck guys.

I have to say that for some things they do try to over charge, and always say your car needs SOMETHING else, but i have to admit whenever Ive taken my cars i got good service. I recently took my 2013 accord, and they accommodated me on a better price than Honda Schaumburg and other local shops for my tires and other services. I guess it just depends on who you get. Like everywhere, you get the lazy ones that just wanna get their weekly paycheck, or you get the ones that actually care about customer service and help you out.

Ive been here twice once tonight and once year ago and there is always rude service. This time they brake my tire pressure sensor and they charge me 6$ for tire scrap when I only did balance rotation and changed two wheels... where do I left any scrap if I took shells whit me ? Very poor customer service and service skills... its not worth to lose your time here

-$99 for a diagnostic to confirm an OBD2 error code.-The part I needed is priced nearly 300% higher than you can buy from a local brick and mortar shop. You may not supply your own correct OEM part.For those reasons, im uncomfortable servicing my car here. Theres possibilities of hiccups when repairing a car. I dont feel I would be getting a fair deal.- Will do tire rotations hassle free.

I made appt on tuesday for thursday at 6pm for basic wheel alignment. I came there on thursday before 6pm just to hear that theres no appt made and technician is already gone for the day. That was extremly unprofessial as well with customer service. Avoid that place!

I dropped of my car for oil change at 10am and they said it will be ready in 45 to 60 mins. Called them at 12 to find out if the car is ready and they said it will take atleast 1 hour more.

THE SERVICES I GOT DONE OIL CHANGE TIRE ROTATION THEY SAID MY CAR NEED TO BE PATCH . IM A GIRL DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS BUT I HAVE A 2009 TOYOTA XD. THEY SHOWED ME A PIEACE OF PAPER AND TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY WICH WAS 100 BUCKS N WICH I DIDNT HAVE N IF I DIDNT GT THE BATTERY MY BATTERY WAS GOING TO DIE BY THE SUMMER . WELL I TOLD THEM ILL WAIT ON THAT. AND SO THIS YR I ENDEDUP GOING TO TOYOTA DEALER IN LOMBARD ON ROSVLT RD. THEY DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING PLUS CAR WASH N THEY CHANGE MY FILTER IT ADDED UP TO 36 DALLARS WITH MY COUPON. AND SO I ASK THE GUY IF MY CAR NEEDED A NEW BATTERY HE WAS LAUGHING AND SAID NO UR CAR IS BRAND NEW NO IT DOES NOT NEED A NEW BATTERY IT IT CAME OUT GOOD. FIRESTONE BAD GUYS THEY JUST TRYING TO TAKE AWAY PEOPLES MONEY DO NOT GO THERE I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

THEY MESSED UP MY SUV! I had my Air conditioning done a month ago . A/C was working after the service. However, today i turned on my Heat this morning and its not working. NEVER will i go to this place again.

Went here for a tire repair when they were finished with my tire I went to the front desk to pay I put in my card all of a sudden it asked me to sign and then it went to another page and asked me to sign again I asked the service writer what is this and he got all mad at me put his hand in front of the screen that I was looking at and deleted that page the service writer was very arrogant and rude Ive been going to Firestone for many years and never had this type of experience
