My driver’s side seatbelt jammed on my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. Since I am a driver who always uses her seatbelt, I was very nervous. I called in and spoke with Jim in Service. I brought my 2019 Colorado the other day for a Check engine light service and i couldnt be happier with the service dept. I started taking my 2016 Chevy Colorado to Sunrise (two years) after I had a few problems with another dealers service department. Very satisfied with their service department set up. Very efficient, clean, and courteous. Do yourself a favor and purchase their oil change / tire rotation package. Great deal.
Jim is one of the best service writers I have ever dealt with in 40 years of Chevy ownership. Knows his stuff, friendly, gets you in and out. Explains any exceptions so you can understand. Would highly recommend him for any service needs.

Great Service! My car broke down on I-88, I had my car towed to Sunrise service dept. Within an hour I was notified about the problem and cost.From start to finish Joe took care of me. The cost seemed expensive, Joe got me a 10% coupon every little bit helps. He even stayed and waited for me and it was right at closing time. This is why I keep going back to Sunrise the service is hands down the best!I even schedule a appt for my husbands 2019 Impala on Friday for a service.Keep up the good work! Very good service and reasonable service time. Jim was very pleasant and relational..eased the concern and made you feel you were in good hands during the wait. A service department that offers good kind customer service to relieve the tension one may feel to have a car issue...and excellence to find the root of the issue is the best service department to keep one in the chevy family. Car serviced
Recently I went in for an oil change, it took 20 minutes from the time I drove in to when I left. As a busy mother/grandmother I appreciate how quick they completed the job. Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.
The experience and service and especially responsiveness were first rate. Joe was very helpful.
Jim was especially considerate and friendly and the process was very guickly done. We trust Sunrise as we have done business with them for many years and everyone there is very helpful and nice.

I had a 1020am appointment and arrived promptly. someone greeted me and immediately took my suv to be serviced. the service representative was friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. my suv was finished within the time frame as promised.
