Armen was thorough and followed through on his promise to have my bike done when he said he would. However, he ran into some original component failures while he was bleeding and installing new disc brake pads for my hydraulic brakes but remembered that he had a similar component that he could swap in that worked. Very thorough, smart work. My bike got more of an inspection than I was expecting. Great value.

We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic. Staff should wear masks! - (no, that was not the case. I was there in the am. No one was eating. Just three unmasked staff. Very rude service! I called him at 2 pm to make an appointment for changing the tube. He asked me to take the bike at 5 pm,.When I arrived at 5:10 he refused to serve me and told that they are closed and that they require to be punctual. Plus no mask!Such awful customer service!

They do an amazing job and incredibly knowledgable at what they do. I had several issues with my mountain bike making it completely unridable and after bringing it in they made it feel as good as new! Definitely highly recommend! :)

One of the best experiences of my life. Took in my beat up abused mountain bike in not knowing much about components or setup. Armen took his time to explain and suggest everything I need. I went home and did my research while my bike stayed with him. Through the process of my research I txted and called him about any questions I had and he helped explain everything to me. Finally ordered everything and handed the parts to him to complete the full overhaul. He sent me constant updates on the bike and anything that he found on the way of taking apart my bike that he recommended updating/refreshing He took his time and the amount of detail and time he put in my bike no bike shop would do. He didn’t rush at all he took his time. This is a rare type of service to come by in today’s world and I was lucky to have gone here for my bike. You get more than what you pay for. 6 stars for sure.

Armen did a fantastic job once again. He got me riding a few years back when I bought a used bike. He got me back on the road when I recently got back into it after a three year hiatus. Armen was super helpful on Saturday when I got stuck on my Zee hydraulic brake upgrade for my mountain bike. The experience with bicycle pit stop was great. The work is done fast and at a low cost. I went to 3 bike shops until I found this one who carried the tool I needed to remove a bottom bracket. The work was done professionally. I went have my bike picked up from my location which was even more convenient for me. Hands down better than any shops Ive been to in the past 3 years.

I brought him a road bike that I had just purchased for a tune-up and he gave me a quote and had it ready when he said it would be ready. Hes also such a cool dude that we chatted for a while when I went to pick it up. I mentioned that I wanted to upgrade the parts on my bike in the future and he gave me his insight. Finally found an awesome person to service my bike. Armen is a highly skilled technician and has a lot of knowledge and passion about taking care of my bike. I came to him thinking I had a small issue but quickly was shown all the other services I had gotten in the past hadnt cleaned all the parts on my bike as they should have through the years. He spent the time and cleaned it out and it is running so clean and smooth its ridiculous. Just signed up for his monthly subscription to get the drive train cleaned twice a month, noticeable difference after going back for that also - well worth it if like me you are putting on a lot of miles weekly. I trust Armens suggestions and the quality of his work is the best, really enjoy taking my bike in knowing it will come out even better than before.

There are not enough good things to say about Bicycle Pit Stop! They fix all the bad work done by other shops and they pride themselves on giving you your bike back in perfect working order. They treat your bike like it was there own! This will be the only place I take my bike in for service from now!

Armin goes way far and above any bicycle shop you can go to around Glendale. Not only did he do a great job on my Raleigh street bicycle ( tune up the whole nine yards after it sat for 3 years for less than money and time than bicycle shops around), today he even helped fix a broken bicycle pump for me free of charge. Before he fixed my bike he came over late at night set it up for himself to look at right on my patio and gave me a free estimate. He worked for other local bicycle shops to so he knows the terrain. Please do stick with Armin if youre choosing to really get great service and undercut the competition. Im very happy with knowing him as a person and counting on his expertise with mexpertise

Dude does mobile repairs! How genius is that! We had a flat with no car or bike shop near by, called him, he drove with a mobile bike station, and we were fixed in a few minutes, making a bad situation awesome!

I have gone to Armen twice and both times he was quick. He is friendly Honest and has integrity. He knows what he is doing and he does his work good. He has pride in his work and is passionate about his work. I will only go to him and no one else. When I find someone who is good I like to stay with them and he is good. I have recommended him to some of my friends and family, and if you go to Armen for work done on your bike you too will recommend him to others, and soon too you will call him a friend.
