Jon came out for a tune up/chain replacement just a couple days after I called. He was friendly, informative and very professional. His price was extremely fair especially given the time he spent to make sure he was doing things the right way rather than the fastest way. I will continue to go with Jon from this point forward for all repairs, tune ups and possibly even builds!

Great service and very knowledgeable about bikes. I will be using Thrill Bikes from now on whenever I need work done. He fixed my bike early morning when I was in a pinch, and got me back on the trail in no time. Very impressed.

Ive been using Jon at Thrill Bikes for a few years now and couldnt be happier. Small jobs Jon completes on site with a full mobile shop and the bigger ones he does the pickup and drop off at my house. Im big on saving time and thats exactly what the mobile service does for me. Jon built me a single speed bike and regularly maintains my race bike, SS and wifes MTB. Im big on regular maintenance to keep the bike on the trails as much as possible. This is the second year that Jon has done a full overhaul on my race bike and it comes back PERFECT. Its nearly an effortless spin on the cranks and completely silent. He never tries to sell me on things I dont need or want, but advises using a long history of engineering and bikes. So I never get sold a flux capacitor. Ive got Jon on deck for a complete overhaul each year and hes super responsive whenever I have a question or need something fixed. I would highly recommend Thrill bikes for road/MTB service.

Jon was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. He discussed different options with me and the relative cost of each. He showed me how to do much of the maintenance on my own, and even pulled up images on his tablet to provide a better explanation. He patiently answered my questions and I feel like I received the same level of service he would have provided his more lucrative customers. I really appreciated working with a bike mechanic who has both experience and careful attention to detail.  Jon took the time to explain the mechanical aspects of the bike too. Jon, the guy who runs this business is awesome he knows so much about bikes and and he always answers his phone, he is punctual, personable, and best of all he has great prices. Fixed my BMX bike like new. He is mobile and will travel to you which is really handy. I will defiantly be going to him again in the future for all my bike needs.

One word, wow! Jon is nothing short of a magician. Some may call him the bike whisperer. Just had another amazing tune up and got my bike race ready for IM 70.3 St George! Jon always does a great job, pays attention to detail and explains and teaches along the way. Service was excellent, efficient, and price was fair! My bikes tire was flat and asked for Jons help. He was just around the area, and came in 15 minutes. Beside the flat tire, he also helped to adjust brakes, seat, and gears. My bike was like new after adjustment.I also got great advises on bike trails and pretty neat ways to maintain the bike. Its a pleasure to meet him!
