Randy is awesome! I honestly think he provided THE BEST customer service I have ever had! He wanted to make sure I was going to be very very happy with my purchase! He was VERY knowledgeable and NEVER once tried forcing me into buying anything i wasnt totally comfortable with! even when the store started getting busy, he still took the time to help me and answer my questions! The only shop in AZ where the owner is always present. Super helpful staff, competitive pricing and a huge selection of bmx parts. To top it off, they have a rewards/points system that helps you save a little cash.

I went here for the very first time two years ago and met Randy through a friend. Him & his wife were very knowledgeable and helpful. That was my first impression so about 6 months later I went back by myself to buy a chain. Randy recognized me and welcomed me back ...it was great to be recognized as somebody who had been there before even though he only met me once. I love going to have Unity. There is a bike shop closer to my house that I went to a couple times but they are nowhere near as competent as Randy & his staff, nor are the prices of the items as low as at Unity. I look forward to continue shopping at Unity now that they also offer skateboards & skates covering all the needs of the active life.

Great customer service! The associate was quick to ask what we needed. Told us all what they had and we were rung up quickly. I loved how the associate even gave advice how the check the tire first before putting on the tube. Definitely have a returning customer for sure!

Just moved to Arizona and saw the parks and trails that AZ had to offer, so I decided I needed a new bike. Went to quite a few shops but this place was the best. I recently visited Unity Ride Shop on 06/06/21 for some issues with my mountain bike wheels/hubs/axels/tires. I brought in my rear wheel/tire/hub/axel to Unity Ride Shop and was helped by Randy Hearn. Within a minute, Randy had completely diagnosed the many issues I was facing with my rear wheel/tire/hub/axel and had a recommended plan of action to fix everything including a new tire tube that was the correct size for my tire as I had the incorrect tire size in the tire. They also had all required parts/materials in-stock at their store ready to go along with their massive inventory of all things bicycle, skateboard, and more. I was so impressed and happy with Randy’s expertise and help, I told him that I wanted to go back to my house and take the front wheel/tire/hub/axel off to also bring in for them to service including new tubing with sealant to help with punctures. After I returned about thirty minutes later with the front wheel/tire/hub/axel, they made a new invoice to include a breakdown of all work required for both front & rear. They told me that it would be ready for pickup within one business day and that they would call me when it was ready. Unity Ride Shop called me the very next day (06/07/2021) in the afternoon to let me know that everything was repaired and it was ready to be picked up. I arrived back at Unity Ride Shop and they had both my wheels/tires/hubs/axels/tubes ready. Randy again explained and showed me the repairs they made which I was very pleased with. Randy also gave me a frequent customer punchcard for bike tire tube installation where your sixth is free. On top of paying my bill, I also left them a generous tip in their tip jar and thanked them again for their awesome service and told them that I would definitely be back for future services/repairs for my mountain bike. I put both repaired wheels/tires/hubs/axels back on my mountain bike when I got back home and took it out for my evening 12 mile bike ride around my neighborhood. The repairs that Unity Ride Shop did made a HUGE difference that I could feel immediately. I had zero issues during my 12 mile bike ride and I can thank Randy & the Unity Ride Shop Team for making that possible!

The selection here is just amazing. Way better than online mail orders. The only thing that bothered me is that none of staff wore a mask. Customers were required and only 5 people were allowed but the staff didn’t wear masks.

The guys at Unity Ride Shop are awesome! I just moved here from CA, and theyve been super welcoming. Theyve told me about multiple skateparks, spots, and invited me to their upcoming community events...then on top of the customer service, the shop is fully stocked with tons of BMX parts. Ive never been to a shop with so much variety for BMX. Today was the first time I actually bought a frame at a shop instead of online. It was the frame I actually wanted, and they didnt add some crazy markup. Very impressed. Thanks!

This bike shop is great! Randy and Shauna make this shop something special. They are so friendly and have such great customer service that it feels like you are meeting up with old friends. I initially came in for a tune up on a used mountain bike and have been back many times. Randy got my bike running well and thoroughly explained my options and pricing for various repairs. They just helped me get a bike for a new rider. Lizzy is loving the bike and riding really well. You were right Randy, this bike is so easy and smooth for new riders that it begs you to ride it. We are riding every weekend. Thank you again for the excellent service. :)

They’re so helpful and polite. They make EVERYONE feel welcome even when they’re super backed up with work. They’re very thorough and knowledgeable.We used to go to another shop up on thunderbird where we were made to feel like we bothered them when we asked questions. They rarely greeted us when we walked in the door. They gave quick one word answers.So when we found Unity we were so impressed and never want to go to another bike shop. EVER.

How I came to find this shop - I had originally taken my 12 year olds bike to Golden Spoke for service on the front brake - it wouldnt close properly. After Golden Spoke having the bike for two days, I go to pick up the bike from GS and the brake was not fixed, and in fact the bike tech there had the audacity to tell me that was how the brakes for her bike worked. Had I listened to that tech at GS, there would have been a high probability of my kid getting hurt on her bike. But because I knew better, I immediately took the bike to the guys here at Unity and event though they were backed up on servicing a TON of bikes (their next appointment available was in one week), they took my daughters little bike in real quick on the fly and fixed up the brakes in under 10 minutes, and now the brakes work properly. THATS how customer service should be done. Its the littlest things that can mean the most to a customer, and these guys at Unity were awesome. Bring all your bikes here, these guys will treat you right and make sure your bike is ready to ride! Thanks for caring enough about a small little brake job to make sure a 12 year old girl was safe and able to ride her bike again, guys.

They really know about there products and the upcoming products, and are very helpful and informal to anyone curious about what to do with how they are wanting to go at it. I got a Stolen Bike Co 22mm mid bottom bracket for my bike, and some extra stickers for builds I am putting the finishing touches on and was very happy with the service and prices I was given.

Excellent service! Customer friendly staff. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted and asked if there was anything they could help me with. I explained what the problem was with my bike and she said, just bring it in and well take a look at it. The gentleman in the back immediately began to work on the brake system of my bike and was finished in ten minutes. They also gave me some advice on other issues. Price was excellent for the repairs. Definitely encourage anyone needing parts, bikes or service to stop in and give them a try. Very clean store and well maintained/organized.

Got a tune up at an awesome price, had everything else I needed including kickstand, spare tube and tire levers. Excellent service, had my bike ready same day. Bike was running perfectly afterwards, going to be coming back for sure.

I usually never leave any feedback or comments barely ever do.I bought an Mountain Bike through Amazon that needed assembling, all my life I have assembled all my bikes but as life goes and it life have gotten a lot busier. So I called around and everyone was saying 4-5 business day to assemble the Bike, I however needed the Bike for this Sunday to go long biking with my Brother, I came cross Unity Bike shop and I called, I believe the girl name Lauren answered and I told her about my bike and said bring it we will only charge $45 and it will be done within the same day or next, I was like okay, I dropped off my bike and received call the next morning that it was ready. I will continually go to them and get my bikes fixed, Randy the Owner, John and the whole team was kind, friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked in to the shop. Great job guys. Thank you for taking care of me.

Picked this shop to tune-up my Specialized Ariel & Trek road bike. They were reasonably priced compared to other shops. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that they werent trying to upsell me anything. They were definitely worth making the drive from Surprise. Got my bikes bake in almost new condition and running like a well oiled machine. They will definitely be my go-to for future bicycle needs.

I visited the shop a few times looking at the great variety of bmx bikes. I wasnt able to afford the one I wanted however after purchasing a used bike from a friend I needed to pick up a few parts. I made my first purchase last week and will continue bringing my business to this shop. The owner is super cool and very knowledgeable onBmx Bikes and Im sure mountain bikes as well. I have always felt welcome in his store and have never been rushed or pushed into making a purchase. Every question Ive ever had has been answered completely. I dont know what else to say . Awesome selection of bikes and parts. Awesome skateboard shop. Awesome staff. All around great bike shop. Will bring all of my business there and hopefully one day soon grab one of the we the people completes on the rack. Keep up the excellent shop. Honestly. They know bikes, but if you are a sensitive, caring individual with a lack of knowledge for bikes. Dont go here. I made a fool of my self the last time I was here. I may have cried, but because the guy got highly defense because I mentioned my gear not shifting. Simply, I just lacked the knowledge. He attempted to make me feel better, but I realize he was basically realizing how much of an impact he may of put on me because of his actions. Just be careful what you say and appearently dont waste their time. I personally think with a little research, anyone can fix their own bike as I have been.

Great owners. Offer notary services as well. I work near there and have seen how friendly and helpful they are with customers. Bike prices seem a bit high, but their repair services and tubes seem definitely reasonable.

Went in to get my grandsons bike fixed. Both tubes needed to be replaced. Bought better tubes for a great price and install was worth the price. It would have taken us longer to do it ourselves. He also adjusted his handlebars and aligned the front to the handles for no charge. I was very pleased with the service. Quick, reasonable and great service. Thank you
