Made an appointment online and showed up early to my Genius Bar appointment. I was told to sit and wait for 20-30 mins because they could not check me in. After waiting for that time, we sat at the Genius Bar counter but we were ignored until we followed up on our appointment time.We were then told our appointment time had elapsed and they would try to fit us in. The Genius man took a look at our computer, but abruptly left and helped check out another customer without any communication to us.

They should call this place the unprofessional ignorant bar. Don’t waste your time. My MacBook got stuck during update. They have only two options: either erase or reinstall. I already got these options by phone. So why bother the drive. Any teen who can google these issues can get get better options. They literally told me to seek better options I have to go to other PC repair shops.

Do not get swindled into buying their screen protectors. They told me that the Belkins Privacy Screen Protector have a warranty that covers cracked screens. Well FYI they don’t. They also told me that they can replace it at the store if my screen protector gets damage. Well after driving through 1.5 hours of traffic to make my appointment they informed me that the sales associate who sold me the screen protector wasn’t well trained and she gave me the wrong information. They then told me that I need to contact Belkin and that my protector falls under their warranty…. Well guess what!? That’s a lie! The warranty only covers normal wear and tear.The sales team here are a bunch of swindlers. I have no problem buying the protector, but please be honest so that I don’t have to waste my time!

Excellent service! Em was incredible and very patient and informative as I was trying to purchase a new device as a gift for my mom. Unfortunately the sale was unsuccessful but that was not Ems fault by any means it was due to the phone carrier I was attempting to transfer the device service to. Throughout the whole entire visit Em was incredibly attentive and compassionate with the circumstances. I will definitely continue going to the Apple location!

I came in to replace my stolen iPhone and received the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The process was incredibly difficult (due to AT&T, not Apple), but luckily I had Elle to help me through the process. She’s a trooper! It took a couple hours, but she was able to figure out all the problems and help me replace my phone. I’m extremely thankful for her help, as well as the rest of the crew’s help at this Apple store. If I ever have any problems with any of my Apple products this is the store I’d go to. :)

Customer experience use to be everything in these apple stores. Unfortunately people were very unhelpful and they rushed though my questions at this location as if they were busy. Most of the employees were standing around talking to each other. When I finally got one of them I asked about iphone 13 colors and the employee told me to go online, when they are right Infront of him! Really put me off from buying apple products and I was going in with the intention of buying so many.

I was greeted today by the support specialist Ethan at the americana Apple store and he was extremely professional and helpful, he made sure to go above and beyond to explain everything to me in detail and assure me my laptop is in good hands with the repair team.I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the entire process and do the best he could to help me in every way, thank you for your time. Too many representatives at front while only few working at the backend. You get a very nice service for making an appointment and then have to wait along time so actually someone can solve the real problem. I think it should be the other way around. More problem solving technicians and less front end representatives.

Asked a simple question to the two people who were having a meeting or something next to the watch bands and was replied with a very rude “give us a minute”. Was over it and left. I will just order online I guess. This store and the one inside the Glendale Galleria need to replace their employees with actual people who know about customer service.

I didn’t have a great experience here. When I walked in and told the SA what I needed, he didn’t explain why I needed an appointment but said that he would make one for the next day. I went out of my way to come to the store to buy something, and I felt as if he was turning me away without a legit reason. I ended up going to another store in Pasadena where a friendly SA assisted me in a timely manner. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Aldo was especially helpful. My ipad2 was not connecting to any wifi. He scheduled a Genius Bar appt for 4 hours later, but tried a simple fix and it worked!(Why use such an old ipad? All I want is to read PDFs on it, without distractions)

This is my first repair visit. It was “3 minutes” late for the appointment due to vehicle traffic. Even though I called the situation at that time and was told that I could come anytime after talking with the employee, the employee I met outside canceled my appointment because I didnt ask for the callers name. Its absurd, but that day I promised again three hours late for the repair. I left my three hours in the air because I didnt ask for the name of the employee who took my phone call. As the sun went down, I was able to come home. This is my nightmare. I dont want to go again.

The young assistant I saw was very kind and helpful. She tried her hardest and eventually fulfilled and honored my warranty . It took some doing but she was willing to go on a limb and make it happen, ask her managerial team to send me home happy. This was actually a scheduled meeting with appt and I was helped out with a short line and tbh was one of the smoothest and clearest meeting I’ve had at an Apple store.They had a cleaning team where I had the table and the adjacent areas cleaned every 5-10 minutes. The table was cleaned about 4 times while I was there. I was very impressed. The wait for the warranty was kinda long but I’m very happy with the outcome.2👍🏼’s outta 3👍🏼’s guys, I was happy but it was kinda just difficult and was almost offended that it took showing my receipt and still the warranty was almost not honored. This is Apple and they make so much money already to give a customer trouble and question so heavily before honoring... obviously at no fault to the wonderful you g lady that helped me and made it happen in-spite of the issues. Thanks again!!

This humiliating i went to Apple store in americana one of the chubby guy assisting costumer to let in and its out turn to come in but the guys asked me what can i do for and i reply i buying apple charger. And she reply to me oh its only for appointment only so meaning the walk-in costumer they can’t inter inside the store but the mother and daughter. In the first line they let in without asking questions. Why is like that. Where costumer. And badly need the phone charger today because my charger broke.

Shopping at apple isnt it I shouldve just bought an android it wouldve been easier, cheaper, and faster. (Unfortunately I had already paid it and gone through the trouble of making more than 5 frustrating customer service calls)Their system couldnt process my order and I spent almost 4 frustrating hours (with my mom making me more frustrated) going in and out of the store making the same calls over and over. I had to cancel all my plans due to this issue. (I was to have my order ready at 12:15 but instead I got it at 4:30) Profit > Quality Service

I hate this store and their employees. I came two weeks ago and I was in line to enter when an employee said “what are you trying to accomplish tonight” like??? Oh I’m here to get a burger and buy a car. What do you think I’m here for?!! And two days ago I went, and the security guards at the door spent 5 minutes saying nonsense just to say they were closed. They even said “we’ve been closed since March” when I literally went two week before and it was open. Why lie?

Worst etiquette when it comes to customer service. They are nothing but ruthless people. Literally a young lady came up to one of the associate by the door explaning her situation on why she needed to go in before she even got a word in the other associate while her back to him was signaling the associate talking to her to deny her entrance. Its just rude an her situation should of been merit for entrance. I than got told I had to make n appointment so I proceeded to tell him I dont have a device to access the web to register how do I go about it I asked.! He said youll figure it out next?!?!!!!!!

I really disappointment of two employees that they work in outside of store .Their name is MAFEW and ROBERT .They are the most rude and unknowledgeable guys that I never seen in this store. Horrible customer service! Store phone number routes to call center who cannot answer store related questions & refuse to transfer to store. After so much time wasted and no answers I get to the store a min before closing and security refuse to call the manager until I insist and an exiting employee calls him for me. Totally pathetic!

Aside from semi-long wait times, this Apple Store is very efficient and workers are super friendly.I really have no complaints when it comes to Apples actual support team because they always fix my problems, I just feel the way they handle the scheduling could be better. They have a decent amount of employees not really doing much but say they cannot help out when I ask.

I am really disappointed with the service. I came in before 11:00 am to see whats the issues that I have on my devices which are IPAD PRO and IPHONE. I check-in with an employee at this location at AMERICANA and I explained to him what was the reason of my visit so he said Ill check you in the wait will be more than two hours that I accept it. I went in around 2:35 pm but the person who was helping me said you have only one appointment with one device. I was kinda out of the clue of was he was saying. I asked him what do you mean ? He said in order to see your devices you must have two different appointments. However, I told him that I was very Specific when check/in so that I came here with my two devices issue. He was not helpful at all. The time pass by and I was almost done with my first device. He said let me get one of the manager to help you. A female came in and I explained to her my unpleasant situation but she only said I am sorry for your frustration but you need to understand that its our second day that our store it has been open. Apparently, she dose not care for a customer time.I do not know what’s the point to come early because at the end they do not do the right guide line.POOR LEADERSHIP.

This is one of the busier Apple stores that I have gone to but I feel they are appropriately staffed to accommodate the large crowds. They offer the same things every other Apple store does but their staff is great. A little too crowded in my opinion but there is an additional Apple store inside the Galleria if you’re looking to avoid the crowds FYI

This Apple store is well situated across from the center fountain and next to the Cheesecake Factory. The store is usually very crowded with lots of teenagers playing with the phones. That being said there are usually some open devices and the staff is helpful.

At the Apple store.. I spoke with 4 different store associates, and each and everyone of them told me completely different prices for screen and back replacements, with my phone under hardware warranty and apple Care. Also while inquiring about the iPhone XR and XS, two associates had separately contradicted details I had asked about. 😅 Who the heck trains these quite incompetent employees. I felt my own IQ dropping bit by bit as each one told me very different, or the complete opposite of the last telling me. Usually Apple store employees are knowledgeable and on point. I havent the slightest idea what went wrong at this location.

I have been to other Apple stores that were more convenient for me, but the quality of service and the wait times were not as good as this one. Wait time was only a faction compared to others and the staff here is truly helpful. Lily was knowledge about the technical issues and had no issue helping me. Highly recommended here

My credit card was stolen at the gym across the street and the perpetrator bought $3600 of equipment. Police basically already found the guy so Im not worried about that, but when I asked Apple if they could look up the transaction they literally said no and showed absolutely zero emotion or consideration for my situation. I bought a $5000 laptop from here earlier this year, so its just a bummer that they are so robotic and apathetic towards their customers, especially given the severity of my situation.

This 5 star review is for Brad! I came in yesterday because my Iphone 8 plus totally glitched out due to me updating the new IOS 13. I had a reservation and the tech that I initially worked with informed me its probably best just to replace the phone. I then left the apple store to head over to my phone carrier to get the new phone activated. I was told by my carrier that I needed to go back to Apple to get a new SIM card. I was instantly annoyed because I wasnt informed I needed a new one before I left the apple store. I headed back to the Apple store and I ran into Brad to ask him about the SIM card. Brad went above and beyond to not only provide me a new SIM card but saved me a trip and activated my new phone right in the apple store. I decided to stay in the apple store to fully update and download apps to my phone. I then realized the same issues I was having with my phone before had transferred to my new phone. Now I was extremely ANNOYED! I went up to Brad however, he was helping other customers. Despite, dealing with other customers, Brad made it a point to assist me when he was done. I thank Brad for his time, patience, and legendary customer service experience.

Im not sure why this store doesnt have a 5 star rating. Personally I have found the stuff in the store to be above average and ultimately the most pleasurable experience at Apple stores that I have visited in the past. Theres a beautiful water fountain (that sprays water according to classical music) in front of the store the staff is alway happy. If that doesnt warrant for five stars then I dont know what does.

I didnt have time to go to the actual store so I called instead. My mac had a virus installed in it, and I had NO CLUE on how to get rid of it. Was informed the wait time to talk someone about purchasing a new phone or upgrading my plan would be over an hour and a half. You cannot make an appointment online in advance If you are looking to purchase a phone. You must come in give your name and wait. Ostensibly, this is because it’s the busiest time of year. It seems to me that that would be the time of year when you would most want to be able to make an appointment if you actually care about your customers and their time. Given the amount of money people spend on these devices, this is unacceptable “customer service.” After 10 years, increased costs and terrible customer service have me strongly considering a move to an android phone
