Up until last month, I had nothing bad to say. However, my toy hauler was entered and had roughly $2000 of items taken. Partially my fault as I left the tailgate unlocked, but when I called to inquire about the cameras pointed directly at my camper, I was told that if I didnt have the exact day or maybe 2 day period that the items went missing, there was nothing they could do. I only had a 20 day window as it sits in storage between uses. I have since verified that the theft happened on their property by the scraping of my tailgate on their fence. I guess in order for their security to be effective, I need to do daily checks of my belongings in storage.

I was able to get my storage with ease and excellent customer service. Phoenix was helpful and pleasant which made the entire transaction easy and enjoyable.

The Manager/owner named “Phoenix” at the facility is very, very rude. When I first got there to look into purchasing a unit, she came out and went off on me asking if someone else’s vehicle that was there was mine and I said no. And then she was like asking me again if it was mine and that I needed to move it after I had already told her that it wasn’t mine. She has no good customer service and pretty much makes up her own rules for the lot. Pretty much seems as if she has no life and nothing to do but to chase down tenants asking questions and get in their business. I know this because I shared a unit there with someone so I’ve had issues with her before, but she didn’t recognize me when I went to purchase a unit. Not to mention, when purchasing another unit, she made me stand outside and almost refused to let me inside in 115 degree weather. She finally let me inside but seemed as if she was freaking out and made me stand in a corner the whole time I was in there. When it came time to sign the paperwork, she made me go OUTSIDE to sign everything. That was very uncomfortable and very unnecessary! I literally got this new unit yesterday and I’m canceling it ASAP due to her rude comments and her attitude. I just want my money back and would not refer anyone there.

I have had my storage for about 3 yrs now. And out of any storage place ive seen or been in this one is the cleanest and most friendliest staff!! I usually deal with A young lady named Phoenix. If you go there tellem I sent ya!!

Got my unit fast. Did the paper work online the night before and then signed in person the next day. when I went to get my keys. The receptionist Phoenix was nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns she also reminded us about closing times and fees.

Great price for camper storage. Friendly staff. Easy access for customers. Clean, protective, staff on premises 24/7, cameras, gated.

Been renting there for almost 15 years and the new management has some of the worst customer service I have had at this facility in years. I would highly recommend going some place else

Ive been renting with Arizona storage for almost 2 years. The property is very secure and clean, inside and out! They’re also very flexible. I finally bought a house and don’t need the storage any longer. Phoenix, the manager worked around it! She provided me extra time to remove all my belongings. Phoenix your awesome! 💙 She’s always very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend! 👌

I’ve been renting a storage unit for almost 10 years and I have never had an issue. The manager is super sweet, courteous, and always friendly. Property is always clean and secured.

My storage is pretty spacious and I love that it is gated. Wish it was 24 hrs though. No other complaints tho!

THIS STORAGE FACILITY IS A JOKE! THE MANAGER, PHOENIX IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE CONSIDERING RENTING HERE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Rent should be a little lower you should be able to smoke where ever you are its only a storge facility they charge you for driving 10 miles an hour just remember that the public and the people of the city that keeps you open and pays your bills

I only returned a truck here. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. They honored the price the Penske rental office in Illinois quoted for keeping the truck extra days.

HORRIBLE. All the other 1 star reviews are right. The lady Phoenix is extremely rude and makes it a hassle to make payments. Would not recommend to anyone. Worst customer service.

The woman that works there is horrible and rude every time I have interacted with her. The units are not weather proofed in any way--your belongings get fried from the Arizona heat, there is so much dirt that gets in the units and the last time I went to check on my belonging the unit wreaked of urine!!!! Super unhappy and will have to find another option for my belongings while I am living out of state. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Avoid this storage place, the manager, Phoenix is very nice to you until you give her the money. She then changes into your worst storage nightmare. It is worth paying more not to rent from this place. Also if you dont bring in the add that shows a discount Phoenix will not help and will charge you the maximum she can. Avoid this place if you can.
