Weve rented our storage units for 6 months and have had a great experience. Tina has been so helpful along the way and has done everything to answer any questions weve had. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Helpful staff when Ive been there. Thanks for being kind, nice and polite. Not everyone has a good day but nice job handling of an upset customer and keeping your composer to handel 3 kids and hard working parent. Glad I rent here where my stuff is safe all the way around.

Updated: In speaking with the 888 customer service number, they were extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately my rent has gone from $65 to $110 with no actual notice. Mail is not a reliable way of notifying someone of such a huge increase. (went from $65 to $80 to now $115). The storage unit itself is very nice and clean, very secure. I still believe the employees at the actual location are rude and unprofessional, if they do not wish to help customers then they should direct us to the 888 number instead.

Ive had my stuff at a few different storage places, and even though this isnt exactly the best part of town, I always feel safe while im here, and i know my belongings are safe as well. The employees are very professional, kind and courteous. Thx again extra space storage! I would definitely recommend them. And give them 5 stars all day@!

I would like to start off by saying thank you to extra space storage and the amazing employees at your location, Tina and her assistant helped me so much from beginning too end. They helped make the process so easy, fast and efficient, great customer service and the storage was a great fit for me at a great price. I have to say I would recommend them over and over again, and if I ever needed I will definitely use this location again.

Extra Space Storage was easy to rent a unit, online. They sent me the papers to sign online signed them went back to them, they sent me my copy, sent me my acceas code and where to get my lock and number of the unit. The one thing i wish is that we had access to storage unit 24/7. Otherwise everything wqs great. Clean and nice unit.

I honestly loved this place...I have nothing bad to say about this place. From the beginning they were very helpful and the manager Tina is the best. Id definitely recommend this place to a friend. Im going to miss the Mgr the most when my lease is up. Thanks Tina for your help and advice.

I havent had an issue with this place yet. I would recommend putting the office phone on Google maps for this location so that people dont have to deal with the aggravating machine every time they call. That being said the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The storage facilities are clean and spacious. They even offer climate controlled units for people like myself that baby their electronics and dont want them sitting out in the heat. I absolutely love the courtesy calls, especially when the machine refuses to accept my card information for payment over the phone.

Just got my storage unit and it was just what i was looking for, not too pricey and the people here are nice and accommodating, i would recommend renting a storage unit from here 😊

Thanks Tina! Perfect! Always clean and pest free!!! Most times they run a special where the first month is free. Their lot is gated and code access ONLY. The locks they have cannot be cut. They offer insurance on everything which gives me peace of mind. Anytime I move or need storage I go here. Im on my third unit in two years. Tina is awesome! She runs the place on her own! She keeps it tidy and really knows her stuff. She recommended packing materials that were great in quality and cheaper than WalMart. She also recommended a unit with perfect dimensions for my items. I literally did not have to ask any questions because Tina took care of everything and explained it all. It only took about 10 mins to get my unit, locks, gate code and packing materials! Thanks again Tina!!

Stored property for 4 years and although it was all covered in years of soot, dirt etc. (Didnt think I would be storing it that long.....the price rose about 20.00 my the fourth year.Always friendly, always clean and secure, always an excellent experience with Yhe one and only Tina running the joint like it was second nature! Her friendly smile and polite conversation reminded me that there are still good people and good deeds despite the social distancing and well placed fears about contamination.She made sure we had access to a clean sink, soap, and sanitizer and even stopped by our unit, in 115° heat, to ask if we needed help with anything.
