This facility no longer has an on site manager. Making any problems which you may have, infinitely harder to solve. While, it may make sense given the modern climate, it makes tje situation that much harder.Packing up your thing, putting them on a truck, taking it to a storage unit that you are paying for, only to find there is a problem and no one is around...Finding out that your only option is to wait until at least the next day. Or spend a bunch of time and money. After a long day of moving, when this part should have been the easiest part of the day. All because a corporation decided to minimize their own costs without informing their customers.Its not a situation which lends itself to happiness.

Let me say ROBERT is a blessing this man helped us when we are at our lowest and never judged us so I say this DO NOT go any where els I can say robert will help you wether your going threw bad times or good this man is amazing 🙏😇😇😇

Horrible customer service, theyre incompetent on using P.OS. systems and terminals and blame customers for user errors. Rude and will make excuses for helping with simple returns of unused moving items (packing tape, packing paper and other items such as boxes) avoid this location at all cost unless you want unnecessary stress and anxiety added to your move. Save all reciepts.

Everyone seems to like the service here. I got the opposite type of service and was even forced to leave thousands of dollars worth of computers for these people to pillage and steal. I tried to get a second truck as I was told only 20 hours earlier wouldn’t be an issue. When I showed up I happily paid the 20.00 late fee as I was 4 hours late. When I explained I had thousands of dollars of company equipment and personal clothing I was basically told to bad, sorry for your luck and no you can’t use my phone to find a ride to get your things. These people stood my personal belongings as far as I’m concerned and I never write reviews because I know the damage they can cause companies. But this time I feel I must let people know how poor these people behaved. I don’t care the reason, don’t care their opinions of me, the location is horrible.

This location is a fine example of what customer service is and should be like. The staff is always very eager and ready to help and take very good care of you. I was sad to see the manager leave a few months ago but new manager seems very nice also and has been very good too. I really recommend this location.

Dont get locked in after hours. They wont answer and you have to call Glendale police department to get you out. Also management like to harass honest people who follow the rules.In addition, since writing this review. Ive been locked out even though the bill is paid.

Bad place ever to go the charge more than any others and there truck broke and when I don’t recommend anyone goes there rude customer service .

Very clean and well maintained facility. The managers Lisa and Kyren are friendly and super helpful. Ive rented from several different places and Uhaul is always so much better then everyone else.

These guys were so quick to get us in to install a trailer hitch. The service was super fast and done correctly so we didnt have go cancel our vacation. The price was great, tech was super nice as well as the rest of the staff who bumped up their fan and gave us water because it was so hot outside. My kids were being your typical bored little hellion and they were so patient with us as I wrangled them. Thank you so much for taking such great care of is!

These people. Oh my. These people are THE friendliest, most helpful U-Haul Reps I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. the location is a great spot, easily accessible from 51st Ave, just North of Cactus on the West side of the street. They have ample parking, shared with the other businesses. The Storage Units are well laid out with plenty of access room. EASILY noticable from either cross street.

I dropped my UHAUL here after moving from Flagstaff. I was helped by Ty and he was AWESOME. There were some technical difficulties that made my own way trip appear as a round trip. I would have been charged a terrible fee, but Ty took care of it for me. Thank you Ty!

Very polite. Both Sara who signed the truck out and Kyren who checked it in. Usually uhaul employees have been short with me or have bad attitudes. I have rented 100s of them from work over the years in evry state but 2 in the continental us.

I recently rented a truck to move some couches. I chose to go here even though it is not nearly the closest location to me simply because the staff is so amazing. Management really has an understanding of their customers needs at this location. If I am ever in need of a storage unit this is where it will be at.

This is my go to spot whenever I need a truck or a friend needs a truck. Highly recommend staff always friendly and handle everything timely and professional!

This was at Cactus and 59th or 51 ave. Cute young owners working had at a newly purchased business. Well run, good location, they are hungry to fill up and may offer deals. Great personal service.

The staff at this location are fantastic! The manager, Lisa, and assistant manager, Kyren, could not be more courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! When my personal vehicle, a Chevy pickup, died with engine trouble while loaded with items from a move, Lisa and Kyren went out of their way to find a rental truck to help me out of the fix I was in. Kyren took the time to explain every detail of the rental process and Lisa, upon my finding out that I could not safely fit behind the wheel of the truck I had rented, was kind enough to go off the clock and drive the rental while my sister and I transferred the items from my pickup to the rental to my sister’s house, to which I was moving. I could not be happier with the excellent level of service these two superb employees provide, and I will always use this location in the future for my rental and moving needs!

Terrible, they would not give me an estimate on renting a trailer unless I gave them my personal information first.

Hello, Today was my 2nd day of employment with the team at uhaul and honestly I could not ask for a better team to work for. The training that is being conducted by Molly, Tavis, Melanie and Deanna has been an amazing experience so far. The team has thoroughly explained step by step everything I must learn each day in re guards to Cleaning Trucks, Vans, Trailers and equipment, to dispatching, Receiving and giving our customers a 100% of Customer Service .
