Ive been going to this store since the first day it opened. The associates know us when we walk in the door. They are always polite, respectful and courteous. They are helpful to help my children when Im not with them. One day my didnt have enough money for an Orchid he was trying to buy as a present for me. So, the associate paid for it! I love my neighborhood Walmart!

I Love the convenience and the fact that I don’t have to drive to the Super Center. Most of the cashiers are very pleasant and friendly. With that said, this one cashier Bonita is very rude and snappy! I thought it was just a bad day when I initially checked out in her lane. I understand bad days, we all have them and I know retail can be difficult. So, I have tried again and always get the same result. She slings the bags around like she’s on the wheel of fortune. If you ask a question of her, you get eye rolls and attitude. I’ve even heard her gossiping with another employee about some other employee... I really don’t like the idea of reporting things to management, because I don’t want to get people fired. So I’m writing this review instead and If I see her at checkout, I avoid her... Some people should never be in retail... Some people are perfect for it...

The app works well here and it does get a little crowded, but it’s got a decent layout that makes it easy to move around. People were nice

I shop at this location all the time. Its near my house and its one of the cleanest, best run ones in the entire area but after tonight Ill just be making the extra trip down to the one on St. James.I was getting snacks for a trip with my kids tomorrow and walking down the chip isle at around 9:45pm and stopped to ask the 2 people stocking if yall had a candy isle when I recognized one of the employees who I worked with at a different job.I just stood there waiting for an answer as both of them literally just stared at me until I felt uncomfortable to the point of walking away.Not liking a person from a previous employer does not give you the right to treat them like garbage when theyre one of your customers.I was completely embarrassed and heard that person speaking about me when I was walking down the next isle.I will not be back to this location.

Enjoyed this Market, I had my 3 yrs old Grandson with me he wanted the strawberries and he help with self scann

Typical visit to Walmart. We got most of the things we wanted. No worries. Well have to make a trip to the Walmart super center for the other things. Prices are still increasing it seems and thats unfortunate. The cashier was quiet, yet efficient and we appreciated that. Until the next trip...

Well stocked and organized. Staff members and friendly and helpful. Market style Walmarts are a much better shopping experience. The Pharmacy staff rocks!

Pretty alright for a walmart but customers are where the main issues reside. the fact that when we were during the harsh times of the pandemic people got closer to others worse than before COVID was a problem. beside that the workers seem to be nice, helpful and rather easy to approach

The lady in the deli, Shana was extremely rude. She made it very clear that she didnt want to help me and she wanted me to know it by her words, noises, looks, eye rolls. All I wanted was half pound of lunch meat but she acted like I was asking for much more.

Staff is typically pleasant. Produce is a hit or miss.

Its one of the better stores great staff no grumpy faces will to help, plus the gas out front all in one stop 2nd stop is checker across the street

Nice associates, fresh fruits and veggies. Deli is small,limited mostly to meats but aways fresh.

We started doing the pick up because of the pandemic. It has been faster and more convenient to the point that we will probably. Continue using it even after vaccinations.

In terms of fresh produce, pretty lacking- for example, their candy aisle is so much more diverse than their fruit section. Speaking of which, some of the fruits should have likely been pulled from the floor prior as they were not in the best of shape. The workers were nice though, and seemed to be taking good care of sanitation during such an odd time. They are probably what keeps this from being at two stars, to be honest.

Clean and well stocked, usually have a number of lanes open so I dont have to use self checkout.

Other than the lady that works the self checkout who doesnt wear a mask and the air conditioning always at max, this is a great location. Friendly employees, food is fresh.

Ive been going to this Walmart pharmacy for years. I went to the drive-thru pharmacy recently to pick up my prescriptions after receiving notification texts that they were ready. After one vehicle finished, I pulled my car up just to be told that pharmacy was closed. I pulled away and watched them assist the next two vehicles behind me. I drove back into the drive-thru and had the worst service. I asked why I was refused and Sam told me it was after 7 when I showed up which was not true. After poor customer service, she unwillingly grabbed my bag of prescriptions. Now, I wish I wouldve just left and had them transferred. Im not sure what made the other people in the two other vehicles so special, but I went before 7. I spoke to a manager Diana that evening and left a message for the store manager and assistant manager who she said would be there the following morning. When I didnt hear back yesterday, I called this afternoon to speak to the store manager, Deborah, and had her check the cameras for the timestamps. She called me back and confirmed I showed up at 6:48pm and not after 7. She said shell discuss this with the pharmacy tomorrow but this still doesnt change the fact that I was mistreated and that Walmart really doesnt care about losing a customer. I was told I cannot return my prescriptions,but I know that an exception can be made with prescription returns.

Didnt have any Capri sun for 2 weeks now.

Easy to stop and get what you need. Pharmacy is easy. Parking lot is a nightmare.

Every time I go in I’m greeting with a smiling face. Employees are helpful and the prices are the best. Lines tend to be a little long and slow moving. More checkout lanes that are open would seem to solve this problem. The produce is always fresh and the meat selection is great, especially for the price.

Miss Wallyworld. This place was very clean and love the produce. My buddy insisted on exchanging some dairy & fruit items and they did not disappoint. They allowed us to do an even exchange as well as return with no problems. I can see why they are #1 because treat us like family. Go to Walmart great prices and excellent customer service experience.

I hate Wal Mart in general. This place could be cleaner, parking lot could be bigger or more spaciously laid out. But its not bad

Smaller scaled down version of the Wally Worlds that we are use to visiting. Was able to purchase everything that we required.

Rebecca who works in the pharmacy is A+ and is an asset to your company. Everything I come to the pharmacy she always gives nothing but the best customer service. I was having an issue with Medicaid removing something from the system and she took her time helping me get the situation rectified. She kept me updated and was so understanding of my frustration. I am so thankful to use this pharmacy. I hope this will get her accolades from upper management because this lovely young lady deserves it! Rebecca, you are a freaking Rockstar!

Just a quick trip today...it was fine.

I did the online shopping because of the pandemic. I waited about 20 minutes for them to bring my purchases out. Once I get home, I find that it isnt even my order!!! They gave me someone elses order! So I had to drive all the way back to get my CORRECT groceries. Then on top of that when I get back home AGAIN I am missing 3 items😡 I will not online shop from this location again! If online ordering better check your stuff before leaving the store...

Grocery store with basic toiletries and cleaning supplies available to buy as well. Rarely long lines.

When are you going to stock the store as a whole went to the condiment section and the cupboard was bare looking for Franks hot sauce extra hot and couldnt find it this is completely unexceptionable for a grocery store does someone do a walk-through several times a day or is that just my imagination

This Walmart Neighborhood Market surprised me with the variety of foodstuff on the shelves. Organic grocery items are always my focus when shopping, and this store had a number of options!

Best stocked and organized Walmart in the area. Far better than the Walmart on Rivers Ave. In North Charleston. Still need to do better on fully manning the cash registers.

Great visit! It wasnt difficult to find helpful courteous staff members when I needed assistance. Also, the store is stocked nicely with everything we would find in other major grocery stores. There were food items i dont remember even seeing in the Super Walmart.

This Walmart Neighborhood Grocery has everything you would need to feed your family. The produce section is well stocked and the organic section is bigger than other local grocers. Well staffed and most employees are super nice.

My first visit to a Neighborhood Market. Very clean compared to the Walmarts I visit. Friendly employees. Competitive prices. They use the same pricing all the time I guess as there were no sale items.

It is close and has great prices .

Walmart.. plain and simple its just another Walmart. Not the best but not the worst. They have great deals but horrible vegetables. Meats are better at other places also. But as far as this one goes its clean and never really busy at 9pm to 8am which is great for me working nights and going before or after. Customer Satisfaction always needs work and hire more employees to run the registers. Sure self check is faster at times but a pain in the butt when something happens or you cant use the card swipe or cash

Ok for a quick trip. This store is suppose to be mainly a grocery store. Why is it there is a better and fuller selection at the Supercenters then? Also, I wish they would figure out a better entrance and exit pattern for traffic.
