I have used this particular Walmart Pharmacy for many, many years now. I personally think the employees and pharmacists are absolutely great!Now, what I really hate to say is that the coders of everything in every place in Walmart just seem to be lacking for almost as many years as I have been trying to do my business online with Walmart. If I run into one more dead-end that what I am looking for does not exist or that it never existed or that it will soon be fixed--I do not believe I will be able to hold it together! Today? I merely wanted ONE REFILL on a medication. Just ONE SIMPLE REFILL. The coding is so horrible from my online Walmart account that I finally had to give up as though Walmart merely tolerates its pharmacy, that it is a special thing allowed by Walmart and has no real merit. Let me tell you--for those of us who are taking many medications as we age--this particular pharmacy, for me, is a lifesaver. Again, the pharmacy, the employees, the way the orders are handled--meaning I have never had a bad problem with employees and/or my medications here at Store # 2928. You people, please give yourselves a pat on the back!I for one am grateful to have you doing your things for me. I just wish I did not have to spend hours figuring out what I am doing wrong and always unable to reach things that I have always reached, etc.Anyone else feel the same as I do? Then, give a cheer for these people!I suppose I shall have to resort to the phone in order to get a refill as my medication is non-existent as of today. But, since I shall have to make a phone call, I guess I should mention my post to all these employees :)

The staff is nice but communication is very poor here regarding when RXs are ready or if there are delays in the expected time. Its beyond frustrating.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! Ive been going to CVS for years but switched to Walmart because all my prescriptions are cheaper there. My insurance covers all my prescriptions but I thought if Walmart Pharmacy charges $11 and CVS charges $300 for the same thing then Walmart deserves my business for not Over charging. Um heck no I will be going back to CVS. For two months I was told to check back a day before my script is due to see if they need to order it. Then the day its due I was told the truck didnt come yet and theres no guarantee it will be on the truck even if it was ordered. If I go a day or days without it I get extremely sick. Theyre playing with peoples health. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I dont know why they are so unorganized but I will be going back to CVS. They need to be reported. Which Ill probably do that also.

I came in to pick up a prescription for a test I had done and the lady that was helping me couldn’t find it,So she asked the pharmacy manager for help that’s when the manager spoke up and said somethings that violated my HIPA rights and started laughing about it.Im in the process of trying to get her fired and my possibly suit her for it. So everyone stay away from this place

Never answer the phone, on top of having to wait more when your prescription was already put in at a certain time and get told it’ll be ready 30mins to an hour.....

Went to Walmart goose creek and they wanted to charge me $40 for antibiotics that Walgreens across the street got done for free with out of state insurance. How is that Walgreens could do it but not walmart!

Most everyone on staff were rude, even the pharmacists. The older male pharmacist was unhelpful when their was an input error on their side. He literally couldnt careless.... Went without a insurance COVERED crucial medication for 3 days for no reason!Get a new job if you cant always be nice to your customers!There is one female pharmacist there that is always very nice and respectful.Avoid at all costs.There is another pharmacy across the street and two more down the block!

Most all of the staff is rude and doesnt know what theyre doing. Theres always a problem when dealing with them. Ive moved my business elsewhere.

There are no other words that can describe this place other than, “Wow!” Not a good “Wow!” ... a very, very, very bad “Wow!”If you can avoid it ... don’t go here. Seriously.
