Would give them a zero star if I could. Brought in laptop which we assumed had battery issues. We wanted someone to at least look at it to confirm our suspicion. The lady at the front took in to the back room. The guy back there didnt even check the charger or test it out at all. She came back and said Since its an internal battery there isnt much we can do. Seriously? I KNOW its an internal battery! Then she said it would probably run us 189 to 199 to install a new battery. So we took it up the road to Best Buy. Geek Squad only quoted us 40 to install a new battery. AND they helped remove two back cover screws that were stripped free of charge. Dont waste your time with these idiots. Go to Best Buy.
I had a horrible experience with this company. Hayley the manager is extremely rude and nasty. Very misleading. Run, run as fast as you can. The location at Walmart can fix your device faster and more efficiently. They do not mislead you and not rude. I wanted to have my daughters switch fix due to water damage. Hayley told me and my daughter we can definitely fix this water damage, No problem and then when they couldnt she says well we dont have a magic wand and then hung up on me. Then I called back and said I would like to speak with the manager she says Im the manager and your device is ready for pick up. She hangs up on me again. I call back and said I want to speak with the owner because she was being extremely rude. She tells me the owner wont care to speak with you and there is nothing I can do about it. I was shocked! Now I had other items fixed at this location and a positive experience on other occasions. But after this experience with Hayley who said she has worked here for 6 years I will never return. This company has had many Better Business Bureau interactions that were unsatisfactory I wish I had a new that before doing business with this company. I did find another place that can fix devices which they fixed my device with no problems and spoke with me in a professional manner. The locate is inside the Walmart. I would never give business to a company that lies, is rude and doesnt appreciate customers hard earned money.
These folks are the best! They will tell you straightforwardly whether or not they can fix your device, give you a price estimate, and fix it in a reasonable amount of time. If they cant fix it, they explain why, and make sure you understand that if the repair wouldnt be at the optimal performance level, they wont fix it-- they wont stand behind a repair that isnt 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which is nice. They will also give you tips about working with your phone service provider (that maybe the company wouldnt even tell you).
What a great experience I had with them yesterday. I have an iPhone 7Plus and the charger would not go into the charging port. I went in asking how much it would be to repair. The young lady behind the counter said 2 hours and $98. She said let me see you phone for a minute. She came back a few minutes later and said sir your phone was clogged with dirt and lint in the charging port. I cleaned it out and it is charging again like it should This made sense to me because I keep my phone in my pocket all day as I travel for business around the Triad.I will ALWAYS go there now if I need a repair and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.They are very customer focused and not taking advantage of people.
I took my smart phone there and the lady said 80 percent chance of fixing. When came back lady said couldn’t fix tried to call me nobody answered. very rude. Wasted my money.
Just recently I was very disappointed with my first experience at Airtrack. After a week, I was advised my new battery was in and that I could bring in my phone to have it installed. However, during the same call, I was informed that due to the type of phone I have, there was a chance that the display could be damaged in the process of installing the new battery. If this damage occurred, Airtrack was not going to be responsible for that damage. At that point, I declined the service and have since found another service outlet here in my hometown.
This place provides cheap quality repairs. Brought my iPad to change the old broken screen. After picking it up and going home, I turned on the iPad and the touch was not responsive. I contacted the store and asked for a refund, but the worker refused and was very unprofessional. So basically, I paid for a new screen without getting one.
I visited this business to have a phone repaired. I called first and explained the situation. My screen was cracked and did not light up. I was told there was a diagnostic fee to determine the issue. Initially they said it would be an hour wait. I waited in the area but didnt get notified until roughly 3 hours later that my device could not be fixed. They said the tech changed the screen, digitizer, and charger port but the phone did not respond. I was distraught thinking I had to get a whole new device. I was still responsible for the tech fee even though they couldnt fix my phone. I almost left it there because what am I gonna do with a broken phone whos mother board was reportedly no good. I decided to try a different repair shop and Im so glad I did. My phone was repaired and working in 20 minutes! I went back to the location to request a refund since my phone was actually repairable. First they examined my phone to see if it was the same one. Then they tell me they are happy I got my phone fixed but they just cant refund the labor. What about my time and money that was wasted. The explanation they gave was that sometimes the phone goes into shock and after a day or 2 it works again. I didnt take my phone to the shop until 2 days after the incident. Ultimately I feel like I was scammed. I believe this business was hoping Id never come back to pick up my device so they could fix the phone and sell it for a profit. They refused to refund my money even though they lied and said my phone could not be fixed. I do not recommend this business.
I called them and told them the charging port was not working. Very nice lady told me where to ship it. Two days later they got it, and called me to let me know it was fixed..Boom..shipped back. Works great ! 1 week and back in business..4 days shipping..

My iPhone7 was smashed by a robot. The screen was not damaged, but the backing was bent. I took it to Airtrack and they took it apart and bent it back to its original shape the best they could. They then told me that the part (backing) should be replaced and I agreed. They charged me a bench fee (labor) and said that they would apply that charge to price of the new part. The new part came in, but they were unable to get the phone to work with the new backing. They spent a lot of time working on this issue. The phone would still work my “bent” backing. They did not charge me an additional charge for the labor of trying to get the new part to work. I had work done on another device, so they even applied the amount I paid at first toward this device. Yes, my phone doesnt have a new backing, but it works. These guys put a lot of effort into this problem and didnt charge me! I highly recommend Airtrack just by the level of effort they gave me.
Airtrack devices did an excellent job repairing my iPhone 8 Plus. Called for a quote on my lens which was very reasonably priced. Brought it in the same day and was done in a little over an hour. The women at the front was super helpful and delightful. I will be back for further repairs.
What I like about Airtrack Devices in Greensboro is Jean, the person who manages the front desk. Jean has a tough job. She greets person after person, many of whom are freaked out about their broken device. She problem-solves on the spot, even while the door is constantly opening to let in new customers. If you give Jean some space and respect, she will do a great job by either resolving the issue herself (which she has done for me twice) or sending it to Stephen and the other techs. In my experience, the folks at Airtrack Greensboro do good work for a very fair price.

This place was recommended to me by a close friend and Verizon store associates...I took my iPhone 6 Plus to this location to have a cracked screen repaired.... After 30-45 days I noticed That my screen was lifting up from my phone, to the point were the insides were completely exposed.. It was bizarre, no one had ever seen this happen to an iPhone, not even employees at Apple...I took the device back with receipt in hand and explained to them that the screen was lifting up (which you could clearly see) and while pressing it back down, my screen cracked .. Well the girl at the front desk argued me down, (in front of standby customers) saying that the warranty only covered 30 days and manufacturers defects only!! - Totally unprofessional, completely out of line....They refused to repair my phones damages, that were created by them & and wanted to Charge me $160 to do so..This company ruined my phone... DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR DEVICES HERE for repairs ... They will fall apart after 30 days and the company will offer you a 10% discount off of $189 repair job...Faulty, cheap, rude, unprofessional business....My phone is so ruined that not even Apple can help me at this point....If I had an option to out 0 stars I would!!!!
VERY happy with my experience here. Not only were their prices the best, but their customer service also. Employees were very friendly, the phone was repaired faster than expected and they were very honest about the damages (could have said they had replaced the part and they didnt). Don’t waste your time or money on a diagnostic fee then can’t get your phone fixed for whatever reason. I went to CPR on Battleground and they do free diagnostic and will fix your phone fast and the prices are affordable. Ijs

Then, a day later, dropped my phone again and recracked it. They not only gave me a discounted price the second time but threw in a complimentary tempered glass. Brought my iphone and ipad here to be repaired for cracked screens. The girl at the front was very helpful in quoting me a price (very reasonable) and explaining what they were doing. She told me to come back the next day and I returned to pick them up and they both worked perfectly! Would recommended 100%.
I worked with a resourceful and helpful young lady named Faith. When I presented my problem, she explained their process, timeline and estimate of price. All was incredibly fair. When I explained that I worked from home as a writer and that my computer was my lifeline, she made a few great suggestions on how I could expedite the process. She heard me say that I had an appointment in Burlington that evening. She said that there was a store there and they might be able to look at it immediately. She didnt just give me the phone number to the Burlington store, she called them, talked them through my situation, set up a time for me to drop off my computer, and then she worked with me to make sure I was all set. She went above and beyond. And thanks to her making that connection for me, my computer was out of my possession for only two hours. I have it back now, working, and all was fixed at a great price. I am so grateful that Airtrack was recommended to me (by BestBuy who couldnt quite fix the problem).
These guys are great. I work around metal and constantly destroying phones. They have helped me save a lot of money compared to my insurance. My speakers go out almost every 6 months and they replace it in less then an hour and get me back in business. Thanks for the great work!
I was recommended to Airtrack by a friend. I had a horrible crack on my iPhone 6 and had been putting it off for some time. Rushing to get to them after work, I realized that I was walking in after they had already closed business. They showed that they truly put the customer first by staying late to fix my phone for me. They were very efficient and did a stellar job on my repair. Even better, they had a great selection of quality phone cases so that I dont end up back in their store again. Definitely should be a top choice for iPhone and tablet repairs.

I really loved my fixed phone at first. Although my dad did warn me about how fragile the air track screens were I didn’t believe him. Turns out he is right! I barely dropped it and now there is a big spider web across my screen. I just fixed phone 2 weeks ago there!!!

Although I experienced poor service on one occasion I am very pleased with how this place handled the situation. They came up with a resolution to resolve my problem and make things right. I always go here for any of my phone repairs. Its not too expensive and it only takes no more than an hour to repair compared to other places. This is definitely the place to go!
I ran over my galaxy note 4 and nothing was working on it! A friend recommended me to Airtrack and I had a great experience! They were able to fix my phone and none of my information as lost. It was finished by the time I was done with lunch and they did it for a fraction of the price that my carrier wouldve charged!
I have used this store twice, with success. They repaired my old iphone 5c cheaply and quickly, same day service. They also gave me a great deal on another refurbished iphone. I plan to return to possibly purchase another refurbished phone.

They came highly recommended by several IT friends and even referred by other related businesses. I must say... I believe the two ladies working the front end of the store are a HUGE part of what makes the customer service at Airtrack so amazing. However, the employees in the back repairing have taken good care of me and my phone as well. Excellent customer service in addition to excellent technical repair/care. I went to Airtrack a year ago to get my LGV10 repaired, they are very friendly and provide prompt service. I was able to get my repaired phone back in about an hour or two... I was using the phone just the other day and remembered that I took it there, and I am still amazed at how well my phone still works. It has had zero issues since I took it there, and plan to go back if needed, and will be referring friends and family to airtrack in the future!

Took Windows phone in for a charging port fix. I headed out of state that night only to discover that my callers could not hear me. I then emailed them since my audio died and even had my husband to drop it off to them when I returned to NC a week later. Their response was that the Speaker was a separate issue and accused me of damaging the device. That was simply not the case. Apparently the charging port is juxtaposed to the speaker receiver and was damaged during the repair. They never stood behind their work. Was deeply disappointed since they came highly recommended. In the end, it was cheaper to replace the phone than to file suit and waste time in small claims court over this matter (for the record, my visit was Nov 2014).June 8, 2018 Response to Owner:Issue was indeed brought to your attention and the prior eview reflected our attempt to resolve at that time. My emails (since i had no speaker and was out of state) were met with the accusation that I damaged the speaker and that it was a separately new issue. FYI- the charger issue was brought to you on November 20, 2014 it was repaired, but the speaker was burned up in the process. The speaker issue was discovered 2 hours after pickup when I got a call from my mom that my dad was dying. Dealing with your response to the matter while having to purchase a replacement in the last week of his life was why I had no fight in me . Rest assured I want it known that you did not stand behind your work and the fact that I did not sue when I was mourning does not diminish the legitimacy of this claim. Thank you for response
I have a galaxy s5 active, I had a port cover for 3 years and it just recently broke. I called the Best Buy in Greensboro and they told me to try here. I have had it fixed twice now and it keeps breaking. I will be going back tomorrow to see if they will fix it again, I dont understand how a port cover can last 3 years and theirs cant last a week.Update, not only is it their product that keeps breaking they will not fix it or give refund. I would be careful with them.Update 2:Upon Mr. Morgans request, I am updating activity thus far. Mr. Morgan from Airtrack Devices has offered a 3rd fix or a refund. I have chosen a refund.I will issue another update, upon completion of resolution.

Great experience. My screen was broken on my old phone, and they transferred information to my new phone. They explained my options and worked to solve my problem quickly and with the lowest priced solution.
The ladies up front were amazing. Verizon told me to purchase a new phone after my phone was damaged. However, airtrack was able to replace my screen. I had so much info in that phone, i didnt want to get anything new. Especially since i didnt back up my contacts.

Was the worse service I ever had. Never wrote a review before. I went to get my phone fix . Prior to that my girlfriend got her phone fixed after being cracked . Not even 30 days later her button popped out of her iPhone. They were coming up with reason why they could not fix it. I wanted to give them a second chance and get my phone fixed. My phone screen was cracked prior and i paid 140 to get it fixed. They claimed that I could not get a warranty if my batteries expands. My batterie was never expanding in the first place. I even asked for a first time customer special. They never gave me one when I know they have them . That being said I dropped my phone one time not even a month after getting my phone fix and its back cracked...Not going back . Dont believe me see for yourself. -Peace

Unprofessional, inconvenient, not worth it.Dropped my phone off to get worked on today, came back an hour before official closing time and they had already closed, supposedly for inventory. No one answered the phone, the voicemail instructs you NOT to leave a message because they wont check it. Very rude and un-professional, and now I am without my phone until they open (hopefully) at 10 am tomorrow morning. Super frustrating, super inconvenient, wont go back.Went to pick my phone up today.... instead of a simple our mistake, were sorry, the owner tried to say that we had been informed that the store was closing early (not true), and if I didnt like it they could go ahead and get the part out of my phone that they had used for the repair. So, if you would like to have a business that you left your phone with for repair argue whether or not it is appropriate to close early with no notice, so you are not able to pick up your phone, then basically tell you to lump it, this is the place for you. Smh.
Took in my LG G2 that I shattered the screen, they replaced the screen quickly and at a cheaper price than I was quoted else where, havent had a single problem with the screen since. Super friendly staff, great experience. Will definitely be a return customer.
Please turn and run! Literally 7 days after repair at AirTrack Devices, the touch sensor on my phone stopped working completely. I am not alone. A simple Google search will show that others had similar experiences. I saw them too, but out of desperation I ignored them and took my phone with a scattered screen to AirTrack Devices. I called via the phone application in my car and asked the store manager, Haley, for a refund. She said they wanted to try another screen since the first attempt to repair wasnt successful. Since I live cross the country(New Mexico) I explained why physically coming back to the store was not a feasible solution. Being without your phone for an hour is reasonable but spending money to ship across country and not have for several days is not. Simple right? Haley explained they would need to remove the current screen and replace with my old screen in order to confirm theres an issue. Someone please explain to me how you put shattered glass back on a phone - Im curious. She refused to authorize a refund or refer me to someone who could. There are several other electronic repair shops with feasible refund policys. Please take your broken device to one of them.
The metal piece of my phone charger was stuck in the charging port and I couldn’t do anything to get it taken out. Came here and they fixed it for me within 20 minutes! Saved me a lot of time and money had I gone to the apple store!

If I could rate this lower I would. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement and it took them 3 weeks for that. But by that time then they came up with another problem, my mother board was Damage. Which couldnt be possible because I checked my charging port before I brought it in. Therefore they damaged my mother board while fixing my screen. At the end of this process they ended up giving me a whole new phone. The entire reason for me gettng this phone fixed was for the memory. #Fail

The older lady w/glasses that works at the front counter at the one on wendover is very disrespectful and needs to work on her customer service skills! If shes truly unhappy with her job, she needs to apply elsewhere! Life is too short to act UGLY. She got upset with me b/c a customer asked me a question In reference to my phone for purchase if the company didnt want it! She went and got my phone from the back and told me to leave as I was waiting on her to return with my phone and give me a price for it. All I needed her to do is give me a price and I would have told her deal or no deal. But sadly instead she rather be in my conversation with another customer that had walked in asking me a question about my phone. I will NOT go back and would not recommend anyone going there. When people act ignorant and disgusting as she did! Its a NO go! I hope in the very near future you all will hire staff who are respectful, enjoy there job, and helping people!

I was in the store on 11.30.18 at or around 12 noon today and spoke with an older white woman ( no disrespect I just dont know her name) about my phone screen protector. After comming in the store numerous of times and having my phone screen protector replace twice. I asked her a question about my phone and the lady was very rude in how she responded to me for no reason at all. I just turned around and walk out. However, I will not be going back or recommending my friends or anyone else. I have spent over $300.00 dollars on a single phone. Thats not the point even if I spent $1.00 dollar or nothing I think there should be some kind of courtesy.

My phone was locked up and took it to Airtrack to see if they could fix it. Within 5 minutes she had solved my problem and no charge. This is why I come here anytime I have a phone problem. Good people.
I drove over an hour to go to this place because thier prices were cheaper than any other i had found to fix my charging port in my galaxy s3. The customer service was excellent. And they had it done it less than an hour which was wonderful! But I have now been using my phone 2 full weeks and it wont charge at all again. The receipt says it has a 30 day warrenty so you better believe they will be fixing it!

Airtrack devices was a miracle come true. My phone was completely in 3 pieces and they not only fixed my Iphone at an affordable price but made it look as good as new. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the triad area. And the repair time was just an hour when I thought it would take atleast a day. Thumbs up!!
Customer service is aweful. Staff is not very friendly and customers are not greeted or even told thank you. I was told 1 price and charged a higher price on two separate occasions. After questioning, they made the corrections both times but it was done in an unfriendly manner. When youre running a business of any type, customer service goes a long way. Please take heed because your company provides a good service but as customers, we have choices. Its the little things that customers really appreciate.
I recommend this cell phone repair shop they did a excellent job on putting on my tempered glass and I was recommended it through my phone service provider cricket and the icing on the cake was I put it off for FREE.they also Cared about the type of job they did. The first time around it came out a little iffy and they did it over and it was fantastic I love it.And they wanted to be sure I was satisfied and that I was.
They usually good but on my last repair with them was horrible. I had a cracked screen on my phone here for repair. Instead of them not telling me they couldnt get a screen to fix it, they used a screen from a similar model which led to the screen popping out of the phone. I had to come back to the store numerous times because of it. Then found out that it was not the screen for the device. Waste of time and gas. Wish they could have been honest from the beginning.
All I can say is over the past years I have been in and out of this place with zero problems. My brother uses this company to and has never had any problems after the service was provided. If they cant fix something they will let you know and if there is other issues that might cause a problem with their repair they let you know up front. Profession and affordable and quik thats is all I need in a repair service. Thanks for being there Airtrack!

Airtrack Devices is fantastic! I am a student at GTCC and rely on my Ipad 4 to do homework and classwork. I dropped it and cracked the screen and was on a time crunch to get it fixed before classes started for the semester. I took it to these guys and I was able to get it back the same day I dropped it off! Airtrack Devices is super friendly and efficient, I recommend everyone here for electronic repairs!!!!

UPDATE! Since my last post I have unfortunately been in and out of airtrack a couple of times from damaging my cell phone screen, water damage and cracking my tablet screen. The owner personally worked on my phone the other day because he said his other techs were busy with devices and had it back to me by the end of the day no problem. He even put a screen protector on it for me for next to nothing! Hayley was very courteous and polite on the phone and when I picked up and dropped off my phone each time and the last time with my tablet. I can’t say enough good things about this company and how professional and knowledgeable the entire airtrack team is.I have worked in the construction industry for many years, so a broken phone is nothing new for new. Whether it’s in a case or not, I’ll find a way to break it. Airtrack has been a life saver for me over the years. They are always very friendly and do whatever they can to get me back up and running. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work done.
