Not only was the guy able to do exactly what no one else could do, he was kind and genuine. I brought my kid into his shop and the owner gave him a bag of treats. I’d recommend him and his shop to everyone. He was efficient and patient and very affordable. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I don’t believe any of the reviews under 5.Keep doing what you’re doing.

I had to drive a long way to do my service and he waited for me, resolve my problem and make me a happy customer. I will recommend this place to anybody. He will do anything to solve your phone problem, will make you to come back even if you have to drive a long way (like me) to do something that not a lot of people were able to do. Want to thank the owner of this fine store. My phone was taken over by a weird software upgrade fail, which caused my phone to be unuseable. But thanks to the hard work of unlocked cellular, my phone was completely restored to great working use. My experience here was wonderful. My phone no longer worked because it had been blocked by my previous carrier. I had found the email for Unlocked Cellular from the website and told him what was happening and he told me he could fix my IPhone 6 Plus. I was glad because I really didnt want to have to purchase another phone. when I got to the store I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I was surprised at the speed in which it was done. He was also very courteous and sent me an email to let me know when it was complete. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know!

I use to be with at&t and they were killing me with a 600 plus bill. So we parted ways and I had 2 note 9s that wasnt paid for. I ported my number over to metropcs where I pay 80 for 2 phones. It took him less 24 hour to have the codes he needed to unlock my notes. His price was very fair and now Im using my note 9 on metro and by it being unlocked i can have any service. I highly recommend him and his services.

I went in because I needed a phone unlocked and new service. Craig had to work around a few issues with the device. He let me know the charges up front. I was up and running within an hour, even after he ran into some issues. By the time I got home, I had an error message. I was able to call him and he walked me through the settings even though it was his closing time. Very professional customer service.

Fast and courteous completed the repair on my phone in a timely manner and at a Reasonable Price Id recommend him to anyone if he cant help you he can point you in the right direction. Im a satisfied customer no complaints.

Dont waste your time there.... They charge me $20 to check my iphone if it can be fixed or not and then the person wont let me stand and check it in front of him either...he told me to sit down and wait. He actually took my battery out from the phone and told me that this iphone wont be fixed. Wasted my $20 for that. MY IPHONE feels so light weight(like something was missing), heating up pretty bad and has more scratches from the front side. I decided to go to the apple store to check my phone, so i can get a new iphone.they check my iphone for free in less than 3 minutes. they told me that the battery is missing ... I went back to the Unlocked Cellular shop and i asked him if the battery is missing...He was like that he FORGOT to put the battery. He was trying to sell me phone for more price when i replaced it by an apple store for only $278... PLEASE dont go to this shop. Their service sucks and their prices are almost as high as apple store.. Go to the apple store and they can even fix the water damage phone sometime. thanks
