I worked with David at the new garden location. Service was great. It took the majority of the day (my fault for not backing up my phone) but I was able to leave and come back. He was prompt and wasn’t trying to “over sell” anything. I told him exactly what I needed and he tried to find the easiest and most affordable way to achieve that. I have been a Verizon customer for many years...since the bag phone😳. I have had numerous folks assist me within this organization but today was absolutely the BEST service I have ever received. Anna at the New Garden St. store was an exemplary example of what great customer service should look like. She was knowledgeable, personable, caring and she LISTENED to me and heard what my needs were! I spent my career as a corporate recruiter and hired hundreds of people, many of whom were sales positions. Effective listening skills and problem solving are two main attributes needed. Thanks to Anna I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new phone. Kudos to Anna!

Far and away the best Verizon store I have ever dealt with. Corey Mackall adds a rare combination of expertise- technical knowledge but with the ability to communicate what is most important to each customer regardless of their own expertise (or lack thereof). Coreys efficiency is stellar regardless of whether you are buying a new phone, repairing an existing phone or simply answering any questions you may have during and well after the sale.

I typically do not take the time to write reviews but feel compelled to communicate the positive experience I recently had at this store. After struggling for DAYS trying to reach a human voice via verizon.com to solve an issue I had with my account, I gave up and went into this store. THOMAS LEONARD could not have been more helpful! He was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. I was immediately impressed with how quickly he knew how to address the issue and point me in the right direction. I had to return to the store a couple of nights later (due to my own ignorance of my phone plan) and, luckily THOMAS LEONARD was there to help me again. Once again, he was remarkably patient with me and knew right away how to address my concerns. Customer Service at this location is excellent!

The service was bad. The employees left the client at the front of the table and said he wanted to go eat his lunch. David McCoy was not very friendly or professional. First of all, he should have checked the phone on every single function in front of the customer, but he didnt. When we got back home, we found that the phones camera didn’t work.Secondly, I highly do not recommend going to this location to buy a mobile phone because he said to transfer the data to the new iphone would cost 35 dollar. This is ridiculous for a big company, especially after spending several hundred on a new iPhone.Third, normally we bought a new screen protector and he should have helped us put it on the new phone; but he didnt.This was such unprofessional service. I would not recommend going there to buy a new phone....at least not from David.

Weve purchased many phones and upgraded many phone plans at Verizon stores over the years, but weve never had a customer service rep as impressive as Philip Ivers. He was very knowledgeable about the options for plans and phones and patiently walked us through the ones he thought would work best for us - then even gave us an opportunity to travel back home and retrieve an old phone so we could take advantage of a special trade-in offer. Got our new iPhones at a huge discount thanks to an in-store promotion that wasnt offered online, upgraded our phone plan on several lines and are very happy!

Stephen and Sasha were great. Easy transition from my other carrier. Ported over two numbers seamlessly for me. The inside of the store was super clean and sanitizer was available everywhere. People were distanced properly as well. These employees are super professional and genuinely take safety seriously. An amazing retailer for Verizon. I normally dont leave reviews but I am making an exception in this case. I am currently not a Verizon customer (however I will be switching soon). I was in the grocery store standing in line and overheard James helping a customer over the phone. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was and the fact that even during his personal time away from work he took the time to speak with and help a customer in need. My carrier always tries to refer me to customer service or to go online which can be a terrible experience, especially during Covid-19. I spoke with James about switching my business account to Verizon in the very near future. He was extremely patient, professional and answered every question I had. I look forward to becoming a Verizon customer.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at this Verizon store. I have actually never had a bad experience here. This week was no exception. Needed a new iPhone and iPad and made an appointment. I was given a young man by the name of Thomas Leonard. He went way beyond what is normally expected of sales/service staff. He took his time to explain my new electronics and patiently answered all my questions, including my dumb questions and my more technical questions. Thanks Thomas and the whole crew there at Verizon. You made a customer for life!

A little frustrated, we brought 4 lines over on 1/24, we just found out today that they have been billing us for 5 lines PLUS THE ACTIVATION FEE. So now I need to wait until my bill comes in in 2 weeks, see what they reversed off and contact verizon YET AGAIN to get the full amount credited back to us for a line that we never asked for (and insurance for my line).It appears to us that the salesman was trying to pad his sales.And this is not the only instance that points to that type of motivation. Its actually the 5th time (so far). (Updated from last review of 4 times)When the other 3 ppl went to activate their lines (ahead of me by a week), he had added the insurance, which is like $15 per month PER LINE. They had to repeatedly refuse the insurance to him in order to get him to finally remove it.I came in a week later. (My s21+ had not yet become available as it was just released) I come in at 6pm to trade in my old phone which they knew i was doing weeks ahead, didnt walk out of the store until 8:30pm. Unreal. So while I am there, the salesman, I dont know his name nor is it relevant. This is a training issue by the store owners/licensees. Of course he told me he had added the insurance as a courtesy because I needed it. I knew he was going to try this after already hearing from the other 3 earlier and I told him to get rid of it. I didnt tell him to go eff himself, as a courtesy............UPDATE:...........But wait, after he confirmed for me that he had removed the insurance, I just went into our bill, which Verizon must spend hours and hours in a committee making sure it is as complicated to follow as humanly possible.. Guess what I found on my line Total Mobile protection plan .... $15 He never actually took it off. Nice. How many coincidences actually become willfully screwing us?.....Back to the original review: Do you want a charging block, it only comes with a cable? Sure. Youre gonna need a screen protector. I dont recall him asking, he just assumed I wanted it. Do you have car chargers for this type of cable? Sure. he goes and gets one. ... And then he asked me if I wanted something else. I said yes.I honestly thought because we brought over 4 lines, got 3 iphones and a s21+, these were all just being comped. At no point did he mention there was any charge or how much anything costs. Yeah, call me naive. But if someone asks if you want something, never refers to it costing anything or how much it is, I am not expecting a charge. I was wrong to the tune of $133. and change. The screen protector alone was $50. I returned every accessory the following morning when I went through my receipt. (Amazon, a better charging block, car charger cable and a better case added up to $36+tax. Free shipping) I couldnt stand the screen protector, I have no idea what one costs on the open market. I am guessing less than $50. A lot less.So...1 Insurance for the 1st 32 Insurance added on without my knowledge for the fourth line3 Overpriced Accessories prices not being disclosed ($133.)4 A 5th line added to the account without or knowledge.5 Insurance for one line left on after being told and confirming to me that he removed it. Hows about I smash this thing with hammer since its insured and tell them to get lost?And about 5 trips and at least 6-7 hours of time spent and things still arent right. Regardless of how many rebates, credits, this that and the other that Verizon offers, its just not worth this level of annoyance and greediness. Its simply unprofessional and reflects a contempt for the customer as nothing more than piggy banks who need their pockets picked.Yes, the network is great. Its the standard by which others are measured and 5g is widely available in my travels and our houses. But this licensee needs a kick in the @$$. I love my phone. But tbh, I was pretty happy with everything I had before. The minute my 2 years are up I will go elsewhere.Stay away from this licensee. Theyre ripoff artists.

I had an older phone that just couldn’t take the updates it kept losing a charge so called and got an appointment with Jelly to help me ! Jelly was the guy who helped me and he was great told me all the possible solutions including a new battery as well as a new phone maybe later he said but offered me options. I ended up getting a new phone . He spent the time and transferred all my old data to the new one which took a while because my old phone kept conking out .He even offered to pair I with my car or get my Apple CarPlay going . great service there . I would recommend to go there for great service and help ! Will definitely head out there again if I need help of any kind

I so happened to call a couple of Verizon stores to see if they had the phone I was looking for in stock. I called this location on New Garden and spoke with Capricia. I have to say she was AWESOME! Visited the new garden verizon to get switch SIM cards from a broken phone and had the best customer service from a verizon store yet. The entire staff was helpful, but Jason went above and beyond what was expected of him. He worked for 3 hours trying to transfer very valuable photos from the broken phone into a new phone. He did not complain once and kept a positive attitude the entire time. He also informed me of information that saved me a lot of money in the future, hands down the best service Ive experienced so far!

I was greeted by a young man named Neil and he immediately set my mind at ease. I expressed what I was looking for an he immediately provided me with options. ABOVE Excellent Customer Service & Attention to Detail !!! My wife and I recently purchased brand new LG G7 phones from sales representative Josh Lanham and are extremely happy with the entire process and our new phones! When we initially met Josh we werent in a hurry to buy phones, but wanted to see what was out there and if there were any great deals at the time. We explained our situation to Josh and he gave us recommendations and options that best catered to our needs; he is knowledgeable and made us feel valued . We decided that we eventually would go with G7s, but wanted to transition when a stellar deal came along. Josh told us he completely understood and would periodically let us know of deals that best suited our situation and saved us the most money. He was honest and lived up to his word by messaging us every two weeks for almost two months which is when the best deal came along. We then met him and purchased two LG G7s from him. Josh made the purchasing process very simple and answered all our questions. He is wise, trustworthy, and we look forward to doing business again with him. We now recommend him to our family and friends and YOU!

Not a fan of Verizon as a corporation but had a wonderful personal experience today at the store. I recently received a new phone and tried to transfer on my own. Unfortunately something went wrong with the transfer and several things did not get transferred to my new phone (including the voicemails I had saved from my Gram that has recently passed).As you can image I was upset that I may have lost those precious memories. But thankfully no. I wish I could remember the young mans name that helped me. He was so nice and understanding and patient as he took the time to fix the issue. After coming over from AT&T after 18 years I was a little apprehensive. But after my experience with Mr. McCoy who signed me and up did a great job getting me started and set up at Verizon. I had an issue with my new phone with the phone quality people couldnt hear me speaking which was very frustrating. I have been Back to the store twice to resolve this issue with my phone. The first time the gentleman was very helpful. He did a soft reset changed some settings. it work for a little while and then went back to having the issue. Came back a second time dealt with the team leader Kenny Blankenship who was very helpful very courteous and professional and did a hard reset and wiped the phone back to factory settings.Hopefully this fixes my problem but after speaking with Kenny and the staff I feel like theyre very supportive and will stand behind me and make the situation right.Im feeling a lot a lot better about my decision to come over to Verizon now with this high level of customer service with this local Verizon team

Neil at Verizon is awesome! Not only did he help me fix my phone, he explained why it went into the LG loop. He went even further and helped me lower my phone bill by doing the unlimited data plan and it lowered my bill. I recommended my parents to go see him and they said that he was fantastic and answered all their questions they had. If you go to Verizon you should ask for Neil!

Jelly was phenominal! Personality, great smile, attention to detail, and concerned about my understanding of the options available to me.He shopped for ways to save me money when I inquired about upgrading my account to unlimited data. We have been Verizon customers for 30+ years (even before it was Verizon), and have always been impressed with their representatives. However, Jelly outshines all those weve dealt with in the past.

My daughters phone had stopped working and we thought we were going to have to replace it. The staff at this store was super helpful - they took time to trouble shoot and helped us talk to the Verizon tech service. In the end, they were able to figure out what the problem was and that it was covered by the warranty. We are grateful that they took time to help us and would highly recommend this location!

Jason Glancy assisted me today when I visited the New Garden store. I was having issues with my phone because it had not been synced to a new hard drive just installed on my lap top. Jason spent at least 30 minutes doing what needed to be done to my phone so my devices will operate in tandem. He treated me with great patience and kindness as he explained that the changes he made were necessary so the phone would perform optimally.Jason really made my day. I have many family members and friends who are Verizon customers. Should they have device issues of any kind, want to upgrade their phones or plans or become first time Verizon customers, with all confidence Ill recommend them to Jason. He sets the standard for what excellence in customer service should be.

My son is a Verizon customer. He had gone to this store for service on his account and had met with Neil. My son recommended I change providers from ATT to Verizon for better experience. When I walked in to the store I was immediately greeted by none other than Neil who proceeded to educate me on product offerings, competitive choices, and price points. It was Neils knowledge, professionalism, and focused contact that I now own an Apple 10, 2 year plan, and highly satisfied. Thank you Verizon and Neil.
