These guys work expeditiously to get your device bac up and running. I had a simple camera issue that all of a sudden wasnt so simple once I arrived in Miami and Key West couple months with no way of capturing such beautiful scenery... Ready for Mexico though!!!

They were so busy, both when I dropped off and when I picked up. But they processed people as fast as possible and did a great job. When I was picking up I over heard another customer complaining that someone at the store signed her up for 240 new mailing list and used her phone to buy $250 worth of stuff at walmart....both which were outlandish considering how busy the store was. The manager spoke to them and handled it was class, regardless if even the other customers knew it was silly. Over all very pleased with the service I received and impressed with the staff keeping thier cool under the pressure of many customers and some difficult customers.

As I type on my now calibrated screen, I am so happy with the level of service I received. They replaced my screen with a new screen on my S21 and did so for free as it was under warranty. When I picked it up, they were very detailed on what they actually had to do for the replacement. I will definitely be back again if I need any repairs even if they arent covered.

I needed my laptop screen fixed so I took it to them. Took a few days for the part to come in (they don’t have everything in stock always so be aware of that) and then about 2 more days for them to replace it. Once I got my laptop the screen was perfect! But, I did have an issue with my battery afterwards. When I plugged in my charger it would start and stop charging on its own and only charge for a couple seconds at a time. So I took it back the very next day. They said I needed a new battery. Before I took my laptop To get the screen fixed the battery and charger worked fine however, I’ve had my laptop for about 5 years now so it was probably time for a new one anyway. They gave me a discount on the battery price since the laptop was under warranty. Took a couple days for a battery to come in and then a few hours for them to fix. Now it’s like brand new! There were a couple bumps in the road but I’m overall very happy with my experience & at a reasonable price.

I came to them last Friday with a phone that was just malfunctioning with the Sim card. My poor review isnt because they couldnt fix it because no one could fix it. They did actually try and fix the phone. And they were relatively polite.However, to attempt to fix my phone required flashing the memory and factory resetting the phone. Problem is they asked if I had a back up and I said no, Id like them to back up and reinstall. I know thats slow and adds about an extra 15 or so minutes to the operation. But I didnt have a backup and I was at a point where I couldnt access a back up. Well they flashed my phone, but never reinstalled anything, so now, I have a new phone. But 2 years worth of notes, photos, and documents are just lost to the ether. Im sure they can probably handle your problem fine, but make sure you have a back up before your phone goes too far.

They are pretty chill, pretty decent service, the only thing is that the lines are long and they sometimes have no one out front to greet you, and getting to the counter may take a while more than likely due to staffing, so thats unfortunate.But theyll give you pretty decent options if you ask for alternatives or if you have other concerns.

I did not get an email when my phone was ready. I could have picked my phone up about 2.5 hours earlier had I gotten an email. I just went into the store to check if it was ready. What an awesome experience! Andrew is fantastic! I had two phones. One needed a battery and phone charging port fixed. Good price. When it was fixed I had another phone that wouldn’t hold a charge after a new battery was put in and new chargers bought at Batteries Plus. I took it to Andrew after he fixed my first one and he said the chargers were so cheaply made they wouldn’t work. And I paid a lot for them. Andrew GAVE me a used one he had and it worked perfectly. This guy is amazing!!! Please give him a raise. Will certainly tell my friends about this place. All of the other associates were very friendly also.

Daughter power button broke on her phone. I was a little late getting to the store they had already closed .I knock on the door and they came to the door they asked if I was the one that had called earlier they let me in and asked if they could take a look at the phone. In ten minutes they had it fixed they had the part on hand. I dont normally give 5 starsBut they were helpful and friendly great service.

Current model doesnt have you being contacted as well as should be. I was assured that this was a target focus for them and that they were aiming to correct this.The phone works and functions as it should. I have zero complaints there. They (uBreakiFix) is under stringent requirements for their partnered manufactures to meet expectations. In this matter they have met those expectations and thats a very good thing. I had a unique situation apart from the typical cracked screen or damaged charge port. I build custom gaming computers as a hobby and had taken my first crack at custom water cooling. Installing the water block on my GPU I needed to check the thermals underneath and make sure all was in working order. Then boom. Stripped a screw. A small flat screw that no tool in my Arsenal could undo. JB weld, a rubber band, grip pliers, every trick under the sun was to no avail. Then I called ubreakifix and Andrew answered. Explaining my situation, Andrew was understanding and asked me to bring in my GPU so he could take a look. A couple hours later I brought it in. He saw the extent of the situation, took it to the back room, worked his magic and in mere minutes returned with the screw removed and my card in the condition I have been trying to return it to for a month now. Very honest people. Our speaker was jostled out from phone falling. We were quoted $250 for a new screen because of the type of phone we have. However when they opened it up realized the speaker just needed to be tightened up! We were not charged anything! Super honest and fair guys!! The repair was done much quicker than we were quoted! Friendly staff that is overwhelmed with business. Every employee interaction waa pleasant. However, the model would be much more efficient if they took a secondary form of contact to alert you when your device is ready.I was told to come back after 1.5 hrs, waited 3 to return. Told wait another 20 that turned into 40. For the third time, I was told to wait x amount of time and my device wasnt ready.

Andrew was amazing to work with. My screen was cracked/broken and barley working for me to make calls so I took it to have it replaced (no insurance $258 out of pocket). Andrew replaced the screen and it worked for half a day and I just knew I was out of $258. Called Andrew back he said bring the phone back and I will refund your money. 100% satisfied and highly recommends this spot……

I was pleased with the professionalism and the level of knowledge demonstrated. I was not prepared for the 4 hr turn around to replace the screen, but the outcome is worth it. Not being familiar with the process I can only compare it to my recent experience with my daughters repair at a discount shop when her screen was replaced. It took 30 minutes, less than $100 and the service was performed at the front desk. The result? Her screen isnt a perfect fit and will actually click when pressed in certain places. I think the money and time I invested is more valuable than risking it at a discount shop. Prepare for the 3-4 hrs without a phone and youre golden.

This was such an EASY transaction. My husband showed up as a walk in and explained the issue with his in warranty Pixel. They took it back, called us 3 hours later when it was ready, and we picked it up. Service was fast, friendly, and professional. We expected this to be much more of a hassle but were pleasantly surprised.

Went to the G’boro NC location and dealt with Jeremiah and Mike. They both were very responsive and helpful! Ipad looks brand new and they even took the time to put the case (otter box) back on! Extremely professional and patient even though there was a line waiting to be helped, both when I dropped the device off and when I picked it up (that should tell you how good they are at what they do). It took a while (approx 2 weeks) to get it back because they were backed up on orders (again, let’s you know how good they must be at what they do) but it was well worth the wait!

I walked in for an estimate to repair my iPhone 12 without an appointment and Andrew the Assistant Manager waited on me after assisting another client. I explained that I had dropped my phone in the doggie water bowl while the charger was connected. Shortly, thereafter the phone would not continue charging and the touch screen started malfunctioning. I tried the reset and noticed it was going to contact emergency services so I was able to stop that. He took my phone in the back and came back within 3 minutes. When Andrew came out from the back of the repair center he taught me about a new way to reset my phone and didn’t charge me because the reset actually worked. I thought it was amazing! I was so appreciative I had to buy something to show him how much I was pleased with the service. So I bought a new case and I highly recommend this company! Mike and the other technicians have been truly wonderful, with servicing my tech needs! The time needed to service my sons Playstation 4 was fast. They were able to update and clear the errors. I also, received communication concerning the next steps, without the te hs doings things without my permission. I like that the techs are in the loop with my product. If I speak to one te h, the other tech is able to update me the same as the other tech. I am a big fan of communication and they have it! My son is enjoying his Playstation!

It goes a long way to show that these guys really do care.I dropped off a broken cell phone at 12. Clerk told me it would be ready by 4:30 at the latest. Showed up at 4 and was told they were behind so it would be ready by 5 (which is when they close). As I was waiting in my car for 5 I see a line start to form. At 4:30 theres 7 people waiting to pick up their device. I waited in line till 5:30 then waited in the store for another 30 minutes while they ran around trying to get everyone their devices. I was last to get mine and when they finally gave me the price it was $50 more than I was quoted. Luckily they gave me my quoted price but after waiting longer than I was promised I expected a discount not an upcharge!

Made an appt online for Friday @5:00 p.m. to have a laptop repaired . I arrived at 4:50 p.m., walked in and waited. Eventually someone from the back showed up at the desk. I told the gentleman I was here for a 5 pm appt and he never asked my name or even asked to confirm the appt time. He said “ we are not taking any cell phones at this time”. I responded with “ that’s okay because my appt is for a laptop”. We aren’t taking laptops either was his response. I showed him the confirmation email and asked why would he say that even after I have made an appt. He grabbed my phone and walked to the back to show a “ manager “ I guess my email. I could hear her say” I don’t care what the d**N email says tell him no which he clearly did again. Ok fine, I can gladly take my business elsewhere. Why confirm an appt via email, have me drive across town during rush hour and then refuse my business. This company will never get any business from me or anyone else that asks where to take a phone or laptop. Horrible customer service .

I was very impressed with how the front of the house operated. It must be very difficult to operate a business with a one person in the store at a time policy but the young man that was orcastrating it all was an absolute professional. Corey maintained an even keel temperament throughout my time there and he was running all over the parking lot trying to assist his customers from there the best he could. It was awesome to see his professionalism at his age. O will bring my phone back without a question if I have any other issues with it in the future. These guys are the absolute best! I’ve had to have phones repaired before in other places, but I’ve never had an experience anywhere else as good as this one.I dropped my phone and broke the screen the day before our trip out of town. I called around and everyone I talked to either quoted several days to get the part or WAY too much for the repair ($400-$500!)When I called these guys they were helpful and professional the whole time. They explained to me that they were an authorized repair center for Google Pixel devices, had the part in stock, and quoted me a lower price than everyone else, but it was still pricey because of the part cost, which was understandable.Then they asked if I had insurance. Turns out, they’re also an authorized repair center for Verizon insurance! They answered all my questions about how to file the claim, making the whole thing much simpler than I thought it would be.I went in after filing a claim, they had a part reserved for me, and put my mind at ease by answering all my questions about the repair, the warranty, everything. They showed me the part, explained why the repair takes three to four hours to do (Google Pixel 3s are very complex!), and even volunteered to stay after closing to make sure it was done the same day so I could be ready for our trip.Best part is that the insurance paid for most of the repair and I only had to pay $29 after filing the claim!Overall one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you so much guys! We’ll be back again if we ever need anything else fixed!

Came to pick up my phone and was told my insurance claim didnt come through even though I had confirmation numbers. Called and made another claim only to wait 2 more hours for them to calibrate the phone even though it was ready when they thought I was going to be paying cash. Poor service, slow and rude. Will never come back here.

I had a ps4 showing an error code and originally took it somewhere else. They werent able to get it on and told me it was unrepairable. I took it here afterward for a second opinion. Logan took excellent care of me and had both the ps4 turned and error code cleared in about five minutes. I loved his professionalism and how quickly he got it taken care of. Id bring any electronics that needed repair here in the future.

I wish I can have a minus star. They open at 10 am I was outside in the cold waiting g for someone to help me for over 40 minutes. The service should be done in 2 hours. They asked me to pass by 1:30. I told it was better if they gave me a call... 4 pm no call so I went directly there. I was outside for 20 minutes, got in the when I requested my phone. They took another 10 minutes, then they told me to wait another 15-20 minutes because my phone was showing errors. Are you kidding me?

The staff is polite and professional and try to get your device to you as quick as possible. Due to c-19 they only allow 1 customer in the store at a time which can be frustrating due to how busy that they can get. Allow for extra time due to this but know that these protocols are not their fault. If my device were to have issues in the future I would not hesitate to reach out and contact them.

Yes same day repair.. But i was sent a message that the phone was ready for pick up, i drove there, waited 30 min in the parking lot/line to get into the shop because of covid..only to be told that it actually wasnt working properly and they needed more time. After leaving that time, i was not contacted by the staff to be told when it was finally done. No communication until I reached back out to them. Final result was good repair and done same day, but terrible service.

Justin was upfront about my repair of my Galaxy 8+ back glass and the price was great. He said he could get it done in 30 minutes if I didnt mind waiting which I did. During that time the story got busy and I realized it was going to take longer than 30 minutes but as I contemplated leaving I witnessed something rare...the manager exemplified integrity. A few customers brought in items that he told them the repairs would cost more then a replacement. He then asked if the customer absolutely wanted their items replaced before he did the work; some stores would have taken the business at the cost of the customer.I would absolutely recommend to anyone to bring their phone tablet or laptop here. He earned my business!!! The store is ideal if you are here for short period of time or would rather avoid shipping your item elsewhere and waiting weeks!

I took my iPhone XR to the establishment to have my screen replaced. The employees were friendly and professional. Once I got my phone back, it didn’t work properly. When I pressed a letter, a different one would show in the text box. It would take me multiple attempts to select an intended application icon. I wasn’t able to send emails and only hmmm sent texts by talking to text. The keyboard was off. I called the store a week later and spoke to a manager. He was very polite and stated they had been having issues with the replacement screens and offered to fix it being it was still covered under warranty.Instead of going back and waiting 3 hours to fix an issue that should’ve been identified prior to returning my phone to me, I spent money to get it done right. U haven’t had any issues.

I did not have my device serviced here because we couldnt get the model number but not for lack of trying by the agent that helped me, hence the 5-satrs he really went above and beyond.They have Covid19 safety measures in place which meant 1-2 patrons in the store at one time, face mask provided if you need one and hand sanitizer at the door.

I spoke to a member of their staff after they recieved the repair kit for my tv on a thursday. He told me they could repair the tv same day as long as i arrived before 1pm, after i told him i was also bringing my s21 ultra for an out of pocket repair. Drove 60 miles down and arrived before their 10:00am opening. Stood in line untill after 11:00 am because they only allow one person in at a time. Turned in my phone with a cracked screen and the tv and then they told me the phone wouldnt be fixed untill after 3:30 pm and they wouldnt even look at the tv untill after 6:00 pm. After sitting in a hot car for 5 hours i recieved my phone repaired for $318.00 and was told they would call me if they maybe could repair the tv. 8:00 pm they called me and said they wouldnt even try a repair because they found a few roaches in it... wait for it..... in the south. If you need a simple phone glass repair they are ok. Anything else... dont waste your time. Thank god ONN sent me a refund after hearing how horrible my experience was.

Prepare for a long wait while standing in the cold. Only one person is allowed in the store at this given time. On average, the attendants take approximately 30 minutes per person. As I shared, prepare for at least a 30 to 45 minute wait.

I had an issue with my Galaxy 20 ultra camera lens and these guys fixed it quickly and it is perfect. You cant go wrong with these honest people.

Not currently honoring appointments even though you can make appointments online - which they dont tell you until you arrive, wait in line for a while outside, and then finally call the store. With lines and limited hours, youd think they would want to be able to manage their workload better by scheduling when people arrive. At the very least, youd think they would see all of the appointment notifications that they receive from their website, and contact people to let us know that the appointment is a lie?

I visited as soon as they opened after their long covid-hours weekend and apparently a bunch of other people had the same idea. Other than an overly optimistic time expectation (I was told a few hours even after pressing for a worst case scenario), they stayed after-hours the same day to finish up my repair and everyone that helped me and answered questions were professional and patient. Keleigh did my actual repair and was helpful, professional, and friendly and did a great job on the repair (a battery replacement).
