I like this store. I was looking for a small 49 key keyboard by m-audio or Alesia. Didn’t find one so I bought a music book instead. I didn’t really want the book but I do want to contribute to the arts. If something happened to you guys I wouldn’t have a source for music books. So thanks for being there in case we need you.

I just turned 25 years old and I have always wanted to learn how to play guitar ever since I was a small child. I finally decided to give it a try and started researching places to take lessons. I found The Moore Music Company online and gave them a call. I was a little worried about being an older student but they were so polite and got me scheduled with the person I requested quickly and easily. I can’t wait to go to my first lesson this Friday!

We received excellent service at Moore Music! The owner, Al, assisted us in deciding on a trumpet- he was knowledgeable and offered the best deal up front. He wanted us to save and wasn’t trying to push us to get a new instrument. Al also took my son to the side (6th grade) and showed him the parts of the trumpet and how to pack it while I completed forms and check out. The cashier was also patient and kind. This place is amazing and we will definitely be back. We’re planning on getting lessons for my son!

We have been renting violins from Moore Music for over four years, as our elementary age violinist has grown. Weve be very happy with the instruments, starting from a 1/10, moving to a 1/4, and now 1/2-size violin. The insurance has kept us fixed up, and allowed us to have replacement violins when we needed repairs. Last week, the 1/2-size bow started to lose hair, and it took us 10 minutes to exchange. The owners love music, love their business, and were grateful that they make it easy to rent an instrument for young, growing musicians.

Instruments, instruction, sheet music, other accessories…they have it in stock or will work to get it for you. Prices are absolutely competitive with what you find online! Wow! Is the best word I can use for our experience! My daughter is new to learning to play any type of musical instrument. She decided to play violin in orchestra for her Encore class this year. Knowing very little about saxophones we were looking for guidance on weather to restore a family, 1930s Buerscher or look for a saxophone ready to play now. Even though it would take months to restore (due to the backlog of repairs) we decided to restore our family sacksaphone. We are grateful to More Music, Evan and Brian for their restoration expertise and knowledge on vintage and modern saxophones that will put new life in our old saxy.

On December 23 of 2020, I had some instrument trouble with my clarinet. I panicked because I had an audition due in the next few weeks. After calling around the county where I’m from I couldn’t find anywhere to fix my instrument in roughly about a week. I called Moore Music which is in the neighboring county to us and I was relieved when they said they could fix it and it would take under two days. I got a phone call the night I dropped it off that it was already ready and I could pick it up on Christmas Eve. I was also informed that the hours had changed since it was a holiday which was very helpful. I study under a professor who teaches private lessons at Moore Music so that’s how I found out about them. My family and I will always come to Moore Music for any music needs! They are very friendly and very helpful!
