🌴🏄🏻I love Family Tires. My tire got screwed. It was leaking air. I got there near rush-hour so the crowd was less. After backing up to the garage as he directed it wasnt four minutes and he had that screw out and patch inserted. It only cost $10. You can tip too!If you want quality used tires which is where Im going soon give them a call and they can get them in for you.See you soon for quality used tires nice Family Tire shore. .... my bad, I meant store, not shore. I came here a couple of months back cause I was told by another tire shop that my tires were dry rotted & I needed new tires so I decided to purchase my tires from family’s tires but when I got there & showed them my tires they automatically told me that My tires still had some life to them so I shouldn’t waste my money buying new ones from that point on I knew I could trust them & they were right they aren’t like other shops they don’t want to take your money they are very honest & professional & very quick so today 8/17/21 I purchased two tires from them they were professional, quick, reliable & the prices were great I will forever be a customer to them thanks again family tires ❤️❤️

Hands down the best tire shop in a 100 mile radius. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had getting tires. Went to get two tires for the front of my truck and they gave me a deal on a matching set of all four! When I tell you that this is the place to go, it’s the place to go! Very friendly and extremely professional.As I was getting my tires another customer came in who thought he had a nail in his tire. Turns out it was just the head. They could have just put a plug in it and charged him (like I’ve seen other shops do)But they were honest. No need to fix something that wasn’t broken. Will not use anyone else for tires as long as they are open I’m a customer for life.Thanks again for the great experience.

I dont know where to start. I moved to Griffin about 6 years ago and went to Family Tires for tires. Ive been going ever since. Not just for tires. They are GREAT mechanics! Bobby and Will are trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, fair they are like family to me. What a perfect name for the business. I highly highly recommend!!!!!

Im originally from Miami, so all of my mechanics are there, my alternator went out and I took my car there in an emergency type repair, Mr. Bobby and his crew were absolute angels, they got my car fixed while I was at work, extremely fair prices I might add!! Worst experience I ever had buying used tires. I had to go back twice to exchange the tires. Then one of the techs ask me if it was a slow leak in one of the tires and I said yes, he didn’t exchange the tire for another instead he said it was the tire stem and told me it should be ok now. I had to put air in that tire every 3 days before going to work.I will never go there again.

Bobby is da bomb. He’s always had my best interest first and foremost.

Real comfortable and friendly environment handle my broken rim and busted tire in a short time frame and even was able to ride away from shop on another set of rims instead of 3 rims and one dounut thanks and the price was very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone else

Found this place on line. Out of all of the listings this one was family!!!! I called and they were very polite, and did what he could do to help me. So I went there and sure enough there was a special 5 year old doing workbook. Her older brother was outside. We had a great conversation. So...come to find out their mother was also there. I took the picture of the Family . I recommend them to anyone. Support our family owned businesses.

He put two different sized tires on my car, both of them the wrong size. Then, he excepted me to pay again to get the right sized tires. He wanted me to pay for his mistake, a mistake that NEVER should have happened in the first place. Would not recommend.

Do not, DO NOT rent a U-Haul from this place. If I could give it no stars, I would. I reserved a truck well in advance of my move date, & less than 12 hours before I was to pick it up, I was notified by text that my truck was miles away, in McDonough. When I called Family Tires, the proprietor, Bobby, told me that the truck that he had on the lot wouldnt start; then, he proceeded to whine about how this wasnt on him, that it was all the fault of Chris, the regional mgr. He gave me Chris phone number, which I called repeatedly, & got neither an answer nor a return call. Bobby did nothing to help me procure a truck, & he was completely unprofessional in dealing with the failed transaction. I found help & professionalism at the Monoprix Store in Griffin, so I recommend them! If Family Tires is this incompetent around helping a U-Haul customer, I can only imagine what sort of tires they would sell. Beware!
