I was treated with good manners. I give it a 3.8 rating. I went in because my engine light came on. This is not my regular shop. The one i go to are low staffed. So i came to this one. Moreover, as am Done telling him about the engine light. The employee ask me so what do you want done today? . I felt like that was a trick question. Because After they insert their computer into my car. Then everything that it needs will pop up. In this world some people try to sell you anything in order for you to feel comfortable, that paying will resolve the issue. Its a new car, i thought it only needed an oil change and tire rotation. All in all I was treated like a walking money sign rather than the person that I am. The employees were nice. The job got done. But instead of asking trick questions, lets word it in a way that makes senses for both parties.Edit: someone else said making an estimate without checking the car pretty much the same thing i went through.

Terrible front desk clerk.... estimates without inspection of vehicle.??$@:!!!!!... Outrageous amount...😒 check other franchises and even lil mom and pops shops down Blvd much more receptive. Professional and willing to work with u in your desperate spot....😇✌

Terrible! Went in for an oil change, took far longer than it should have, but whatever. Finally got done, left and saw my check engine light was now on. 1st time Ive seen it in this car. The said it read as a mass airflow sensor, probably when they checked the air filter. Made an appointment after reset attempt. 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time, still hadnt pulled it in, or stated when they were, or why the delay. I left. Ill pay an actual decent mechanic to resolve it rather than a 5th trip there. Cant even do an oil change without creating an issue, and no regards for putting me out on multiple occasions.

This big o took me right in and honored the big o warranty by rotating my tires when the big o in SL was too busy to honor their warranty. They got my buissiness for sure. Thanks big o hayward. My new tire shop!

6 hours for a tire change and I had an appointment. I ended up having to eat lunch in the area. Not acceptable. If you dont have the manpower or space dont book the appointment at that time. I was told the tire truck arrives at 11am and that time would be best for scheduling. So I arrived promptly at 10:55. I ended up leaving at 5pm. Also the TPS which I had to buy new was not working. I ended up going to another shop who synced the new TPS and had me on the road in 30 min, NO Charge! To top it all off my wife was at home with the toddler allday! It was Saturday and she had plans so That caused all kinds of stress at the home. I was told the day before it will take an hour.

This by far the most honest and reliable shop I have ever been to.They make sure to let you know that getting back on the road safely is their biggest concern and have earned my business from here on out. I suggest you give them the opportunity to earn yours as well.Sean

I had two flat tires during my delivery job this afternoon around 4:00 PM. There are many tire shop nearby but all close at 4:00 PM. Only Big O tire close at 5:00 PM. I called first to make sure they have my tire size. The shop manager quoted me a set of 4 tires which I did not pay attention for the brand, but the price seemed very reasonable to me. At that time all I care was to get my tires replaced since I have been thinking about getting new tires even they only last about 25K miles but due to some uneven tire worn. By the time my tow truck arrived was after 4:30 PM, and we got to the shop was like 4:45 PM. The shop manager himself stay overtime and change the tires for me. It was a professional job well done. Later on my way home on the freeway, I noticed I had a much comfort and quiet ride, my car runs smoothly at high speed compares to the old tires, a named brand tire begins with an F. After I went home, I looked at the invoice and noticed the tire I bought I have never heard of. Its called Aspen. All I know that they runs smoother that my old ones, so they are either better tires, a better job done, or both.The shop is super clean, and the manager is super nice. I recommend everyone to visit this shop, and Ill definitely go back in future.

I love these guys!! I took my car to Jeep and they couldnt figure out my tire had a bubble in it. Drove in and without looking up into my car they knew what was going on!

Came here for an oil change. they recommended air filter and cabin air filter replaced.. i delined. decided to changed them my self after few weeks later to find out they reinstalled my filters reverse at the shop, leaving dirty dust in to my engine and cabin! these guys working here are shady people.. do not come here!

This was the best encounter i have ever had when needing any kind of automotive repair. The staff was outstanding!It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and just prior to leaving on a two hour drive, we remembered that we had a nail in a tire. It was five of us in the car including 3 kids. We pulled into the shop and explained the situation. Although they were busy, they got started on us immediately. It turns out that there were two nails in the same tire however, we were on our way in less than 30 mins. If that wasnt good enough, they did the job for free. I am still in shock over a month later.They have new lifelong customers from me and my family. Big shout out to Mark and his crew.

Great location!!! The best customer service I’ve ever had at a tire shop. Mark was extremely helpful. He gave me tire options instead of pushing a product on me. He walked me thru future repairs to keep an eye on. I live in San Leandro, but I will definitely keep coming back!!!

I was told 1:45 hrs to get 5 tires installed, with 2 cars ahead of me. as I was walking out, they realized there was just one car ahead, so told me come by earlier. I said Ill be back in an hour- they said ok. I came after 1 hr, to realize they hadnt started on my car yet. once they did, they took another 2 hours. and it was agonizing 2 hours (of actual work time) as I watched them install 5 tires, with less than 1 minute of free car inspection and 5 minutes of free alignment check only (but took 30+ minutes for this alone). workers got distracted, stopped working on my car to chit chat with other workers working on different cars, went to go pick up a phone call then stayed at the desk for a while. when workers were working on my car they moved quite slowly, almost deliberately slow (except for one guy who was mostly working on another car but came over on his own to work on my car when previous worker had just left). workers and operations seem very inefficient. quality? not sure how I can judge quality for installing 5 tires in 2 hours of work time. there was one guy working on my car, then he took a call and someone else was told to work on my car, then another guy came to finish things up because the 2nd guy had just left. I was cringing the whole time as I watched this inefficient operation go on. and then I saw a bmw on a lift come down off the lift, with the bottom of the car making contact with the lift as it was reversing. the employee stopped, looked around while inside the car as to seek help, then other workers in the vicinity yelled out youre good. nobody except the driver and myself noticed the bottom of the car hit the lift, and I saw the plastic on the bottom rip and stick out. if you own bmv 5bkd264 or 5bkd624- check the bottom. Im personally not upset- as I dont have full context. but 2 hours (actual work time) for 5 tires is a waste of time for me and waste of time and $ for the shop. the guys were friendly enough, but seems like operation management, communication between employees (when they transfer work to another worker) needs a whole lot of work. im only posting this since it looks like the owner/manager reads this.I will be trying a different shop when the time does come to replace tires for my other vehicles.

Polite and quick, but brought some new toyo performance tires and rims for a project car and they nicked the clear coat on the polished lip of the rear rims, like they missed when trying to mount it . There’s a few other blemishes you cant really notice unless you look closely on the other rims . overall there okay unless your an auto enthusiast and have super expensive rims, I’d skip them and get your tires mounted at one of the tire and rim performance shops who will take a little moreCare in mounting but undoubtedly be more costly.
