Recently purchased a Jeep Rubicon JKU from Auto Deals and was amazed at how easy and streamlined the process was. Ramiro and Chris were easy and pleasant to work with throughout the entire time, as well as being straight shooters. My recommendation for potential buyers is to do your homework, know what you’re looking for and what you have for a trade-in, make the decision together with your significant other (if you have one) and have your finances in order.

I recently came here to try to purchase a used car. Right off the bat, parking is a little confusing. Not much parking available. Once i parked, i was greeted at the lot by a hispanic male. Friendly and professional. The process was also a little confusing, maybe because i dont usually purchase used cars from used dealers. One thing to note, i asked if i could take the vehicle to my mechanic for a PPI (pre purchase inspection) and i was told that company policy prohibits that. I dont care who you are, but that seems a littlr shady right off the bat. They do work with you on the total price, unfortunately they couldnt give me a better deal, so i didnt do business with them. I would recommend but be sure to bring a mechanic or a trust worthy friend and make sure its what you really want before signing.

Stay away from them. They sell you cars as is, and usually they have problems. This isnt normal. Make sure to get your car checked by a 3rd party before making the final sale.

Cant deliver on their word..All credit,good,bad or no credit... Gave them a $500 dollar deposit and two to three day came back with $2500 more on an automobile they wanted $17,000 for and they said NO CAN DO🤑😤👎👎👎LIERS....

I had a good experience here. Having poor credit these guys really helped me out and worked hard and got me into a 2014 chevy equinox that i love. Considering my credit i think i got a fair deal as well, being realistic i know i cant go anywhere and just expect super low interest and payments, i left with moderate numbers that are doable.Everyone here was also super friendly. Thank you Auto Land for working with me and giving me an oppurtunity to rebuild my credit while enjoying my new ride :)

Got sold a limon, even after the fact that i have previously purchased a car with them and had an amazing experience and a great relationship with this dealer. My second purchase with them My transmission went out on a 2010 Chevy equinox a month after I bought it. It was a hassle to have them help me fix it so I ended up just letting it go. After putting $2500 down to purchase the truck and multiple transmission shops saying the repair would cost me $5000 or more. I should of just bought a used car in cash instead of getting a repo on my credit and a loss of $2500 out of my pocket.

I bought an avalanche from them that was imported from Canada. I mentioned the rust on the frame and he said he sells them all the time from the north and its not a problem. Thats what I do. He said the dealer inspected the car and his guys inspected the car and reassured me it would be fine! I drive the truck home to San Diego and get it washed only to find i missed seeing some surface rust on the exterior! I called him and let him know how upset I was and he said he would see how much it would cost to fix it. He NVER returned my calls or emails after that! If you want to buy a rust bucket buy from these guys! My advice, ALWAYS have a local garage go over the car before you enter a contract! I would never use someone who sells vehicles KNOWING they have problems!
