This dealer was a great experience for me. Alex and Abraham and everyone who worked there were laid back and genuine. They did not give me the run around. No hidden agenda as with big dealerships. No extra fees. They did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend Rhino Motors!
Recently moved to the area from Chicago and was in need of reliable transportation, fast. These guys were absolutely phenomenal and worked with me on my situation in every way possible to create a completely stress free transaction. Would recommend 110%.
Was car shopping from Minnesota, eventually landed on an S3 from here. Terrible experience, would highly recommend going elsewhere. I asked if it had been modded or has mods on it, they had no idea or just ignored the questions, it ended up having lots of aftermarket parts. They also sent it to an Audi dealership to fix a seat, but it still throws that code so it was not fixed. The most annoying part was, I had agreed upon a date to fly out and get my car. However, after purchasing the tickets the salesperson decide to tell me its now in the shop and my flight wont work. So I had to eat that. Horrible communication, did not accurately depict or describe the car, car had so much road rash on the wheels and front lip that were hidden from pictures or ignored when asked about. Lied about the tire tread depth. Also more annoyingly, I flew out there and had to take an hour plus uber ride from airport to get my car to only have them tossed to me and said thanks. Refused to meet me at the airport to do the same thing. Probably would have passed on the car if the accurately described it. Very displeased with this dealership. Only saving grace is I love my car.
Do not let them set you up with Uncle Credit union for financing. Theres a fee for every payment.
Ok. I purposely waited about a month to post this. I flew from LA to Hayward ca. to buy a car for my son at rhino motors. When we got there we got off to a rocky start but thanks to GIANNI we were taken good care of. He picked up where someone else dropped the ball. I found him not only to be honest but informative. He gave me a GOOD deal on a car but he gave GREAT customer service. We drove the car 6 hours to LA and the car ran great and is still running great as of today. Rhino motors will sell you a good car. Thank you Gianni for helping us and making my sons first car one of our joyous moments in life.
NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING ANY FACIAL COVERINGS. CAR WE WENT TO TEST DRIVE HAD NO BRAKES...STRAIGHT METAL ON METAL. TRIED ANOTHER...TPMS LIGHT ON...THEN SALES GUY WANTS TO UP THE ADVERTISED PRICE BY $1k-$2k....MADNESS!
Im just saying. Based on my own personal experience, when they say as is, ( they really mean it) Lots of inventory but the quality of the cars is way below average. I would really do my homework before purchasing.
Extremely low budget cars. Scam artist who buy cars from the public auction and try make a quick buck. Drove by and seen most of the cars arent offered a warranty which speaks volumes. If you want a quality car look else where. Low quality cars. Dont cheat yourself, treat yourself! You work hard for your money and they will try to steal your money. Smog test arent properly performed and they dont provide an inspection but advertise their cars are certified.
Was looking at the Audi s4 for my nephew and hands down this guys are great no pressure no games and no hidden fees anywhere test drove the car with Bobby came back and took the car home less than a 20min laterThanks
Not happy with this dealer. used car not quite what was stated, took almost 3 months to send registration documents (just before the legal deadline) and I got two tickets for fake tags. The plates that were on the car had not been renewed and someone stole a current tag and put it on the plate. Very disappointing
Like their honest straight forward .
I wish you could give this place no stars. I’ll be downloading the maps app soon so that I can upload my home video. I had to be over wifi🙄. However I wanted to get this review up here. I went to this location after being referred by their brother store in San Ramon. I initially hesitated to go because it was out of my way. The website failed to update the car was in Hayward instead of San Ramon. So many reasons I hesitated. One thing I’m learning is a lot of these local dealers are scam artist. Will sale anything for a quick come up. This dealer though, Gianni to be exact, is a piece of work. When I got to the dealership he was on the phone had me waiting. Then as I was looking at the car walked away and left me with the car for 20 minutes without explaining anything about the car. Kept asking to test drive before explaining how the car works. I immediately thought that was very unprofessional and rude. How could you try to sell a car without explaining how it works, it’s functions, etc etc. He didn’t show me where the car was located, I had to find it myself. Then when I test drove the car it was on empty severely I could barely make it .5 miles. I had to stop the test drive to put gas in it. The car smelled really hot. I informed Gianna the car smelled really hot and he said it needed coolant and he would check it. I asked for smog report, vehicle inspections, an itemized list of the car part and he didn’t have anything. He had some guy pull up place a smog sticker on the car, and say the car passed smog. The car was not put on a machine or anything. Silly me, I still purchased the car. He told me a story about his wife and dog had me extremely sad and convinced to buy the car. I took the car home. I scheduled an inspection with Audi for the 6/19/19, however I wanted to see how great the car was. I left home with my son and his Roku stick in hand. Immediately upon leaving home the check engine light comes on. Shocking right? Who pays over $5000 for a car and the next day you’re burdened with an engine problem? After being guaranteed you were buying a great car. I took the car to Auto Zone to have the diagnostic reader identify the problem. Upon arriving to Auto Zone which was only 1 mile from my home, the car was smoking badly. I mean badly. The problem was the transmission. The car needed a really small part a really long time ago, yet no one had gotten it fixed so it led to transmission issues. The CSA at autozone was extremely scared I drive the car as I was as I had my son with me. I called Gianni and informed him I wanted to return the car. I read the problems with the car with my own eyes and knew I did not want the car. When I told Gianni I was on my way, he stopped answering the phone then sent a text message saying take the car to his mechanic. He wanted me to drive the smoking car to his mechanic for repair. Who wants to be at a repair shop a day after purchasing a car? Especially after being repeatedly told nothing was wrong with the car. 🙄. I kept calling until I got an answer. I told Gianni he could take the car to the mechanic and I wait at the shop. He started over talking me, then telling me I had not said that. 🙄. Red flag 🚩. If I don’t want the car, I don’t want the car. He starts trying to argue with me and tell me there’s protocol. No! There’s giving me my money back. I didn’t want to hear anything. My fiancé was really concerned about our safety and was headed from work to meet us. He wanted to find out why Gianni had me sign the paperwork denying our right to return the car and to see if he could offer resolution and find another car on the lot. I informed Gianni and he called the police. Real headache right? I then arrived and tried to talk to Gianna, he immediately began Yellin, telling me I’m trying to be a smarty pants, he didn’t care about my boyfriend, he didn’t have to take the car back because I didn’t sign the paper. My son left his Roku stick in the car & now they can’t find it. 🙄. Stay away from this lot! 🙏
