I actually was just browsing for a newer car but ended up buying one from Silicon Valley Enthusiast. Seen a car online and emailed them to see if I could come in and look at it. They responded to my email/request promptly. When I showed up they had the car ready for me to look at and test drive. The staff was super friendly and helpful and Jason Martinez was super patient with me while this was the first time I was by myself purchasing a car. Jason took the time to explain the finances charges etc. so it made the process comfortable for me. Oh yeah the car is GREAT so far. I recommend this company and I am happy that I did business with them.

AMAZING.I dont typically write reviews but the service I received here was so exceptional and made my whole car buying process stress free and effortless I had to share my experience! Its been 3 weeks now since my purchase and I couldnt be happier with my car. Went in on a Monday to test drive a BMW X3 xDrive28i and was assisted by Jason (hes AWESOME). He was very knowledgeable about the car and all things BMW, answered any question I had and made me feel very comfortable as a customer. After test driving, looking over the car and speaking with Jason, I was sold. Was handed off to Rich to further discuss details. To put it nicely, my credit isnt the best, but Rich was able to work with me and get me financed to walk out with the keys in hand the next day. Rich is the make it happen captain! As a single mother and now first time car buyer, Im truly grateful for the excellent customer service provided and not making me feel like just another number or taken advantage of. Just got my dream car from SVE. Called last Saturday and drove off with my car Monday. Jason was the salesman and he was fantastic. We agreed on a deal over the phone with trade in on my old car so all I had to do was drive up north and sign. Let’s start by saying, I HATE buying cars. The last experience ( with a different dealership) made me put off buying a Car for 6 years. This was an opposite experience in every way.They had reasonable prices, and were willing to take our trade in at a fair price ( I wasn’t expecting to trade in) so the stress relief of not having to worry about 2 cars was an added bonus. We drove and signed in under 3 hours. They offered upgrades, but were in no way pushy, and were very reasonable to work with.It’s changed my mind about car buying experiences and I would absolutely recommend. Also the cars they have are very clearly well cared for, when walking the inventory floor that love shows.

This place will sell you warranties without you knowing make sure to read everything and ask questions. I am yet to receive my plates from dmv after 100 days and am having trouble getting my money back for a returned warranty. This place is a scam I would not recommend buying any car from here.
