Hello. First time on this. A shout out to my Brothers in Arms. My name is Rich Vivian. Im 68, Disabled Vet & going blind. I wanted my last TV big so I could see it. I went to Video Only. I bought all my TVs there. The man in charge. Remember this name Andy ted person I have ever met. I bought a 65 LG. He pointed out it hade a great sound-bar, & wireless back speakers. No mater what I did he never helped once. I called LG 19 times. Shipped back everything, didnt work. Even went bought the speakers at other store. Didnt work. I sent a letter to there credit co.4 pages. I bought all this on Jan 8. Just now got letter back. We find for the store. I owe all the % plus missed payments.5 months. They thought 68, disabled vet. He wont make waves. I went down at 10, with a huge sign Disabled Vet Going Blind cheated by Video Only. Andy called the cops on me. Bad for him, I was on the sidewalk. I told the cops thanks for there service. Can you grasp, A disabled vet getting arrested on Memorial day, WOW.I was at there front door at 10 to 12.30. Im going back next Sat. Same time, same place. Im ARMY all the branches are different, but we all charged the hill. All know the same thing you never stop. You either take you target or you die. Please all people, this could happen to your mom dad & if we dont stop this, you will get there when your old. If this is not all right with you, please help drop a 500 on then. Ill be back next Sat, but you dont have to wait. Andy is a cancer. You can go anytime, it will take a week for me to do it again. Can I call the marines, They are the ones that charge harder then any branch. The army was enough for me. I didnt need to go any higher, eating mud was fine.

That annoying commercial on the radio made it sound that they have the best deals. I want in there few times I checked their prices before buying anything there make sure you also stop by other stores because other stores have way better deals than them. Im not sure whos giving them five stars whats obvious they havent actually get their research on what TV they wanted. Some most of the TVs they had were just above the prices in Best Buy. I would definitely check other places besides this. Also please clean the carpet it stinks

Staff are very knowledgeable about the products and the specifications. They do have some really nice AV equipment although I was on a budget. I left with a Yamaha complete 5.1 system I am totally happy with. They have many options at very competitive prices.

Andy is the person to go to, when I first came in I was just browsing to see what TV is right for me and asked him questions about the different brands and technologies. I knew very little but after I left I knew I wanted to get an OLED.After about a week I came back with my wife to purchase an LG 65E8 and a wall mount with a huge discount, big thanks to Andy! I brought my aunt into Video Only because she needed a new TV. My aunt is Chinese and has trouble communicating in English. We were helped by Andy. He spoke chinese and vietnamese, which happens to be the ethnicity of my uncle. He was very knowledgeable about the functions that came with different TVs and did a very good job showing us TVs in different levels of quality. We were able to find a very nice LG TV within our budget. He was very transparent with the price to quality ratio. Just bought a 75 Samsung Q series TV from Keith and Andy. They beat Best Buys Black Friday price on the TV and extended warranty by a long shot. Customer service is TOP NOTCH! This hidden gem of a store is worth the drive from wherever you come from.

Monitored all the big internet stores, waiting from Black Friday through Cyber Monday for a deal on a 65 LG OLED, but couldnt find one at my price point. Went to Only Video as a last resort, before driving on to Costco to buy a Vizio. Surprise! They sold me a 65 LG OLED B8 for $1250! Their new price was less than refurbished for the same model. Exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Miraculous!

Dont go here unless you want to buy a new TV. Always the best prices, if they cant give you a good deal on it, they dont carry it. Very straightforward and easy process, more knowledgeable staff than other places.

Wanted a particular Panasonic 60 plasma. BBuy had it on their floor, but none of their 20 stores in Nor Cal had it in stock. Same with Sears. Am in downtown Oakland and called VOs nearest store in Hayward. Sales person Elias was helpful. For some strange reason they wouldnt complete my order over the phone. They took CC info, but then Elias drove to my residence for me to sign. I had assumed hed be bringing the Plasma. Just had me sign order. Screen was professionally delivered at time stated a couple days later.Price was low - especially since the model is so popular it was hard to find. Even Amazon said they had it at the same price - but wouldnt ship for a month. I prefer to support local businesses if I can.

For the last 5 years I have been buying my TVs from Video Only. It is the only place that I send friends and family when looking for a new tv. This was the first time I have shopped at the Video Only in Hayward and Keith was able to set me up with a killer deal for 2 LG TVs (1 OLED and 1 NanoTech). Blown away by the customer service and pricing on their TVs.

For televisions and sound systems Video Only has the best prices and customer service in the bay area.

I came in here Sunday (four days ago) with the intent of purely to look around. I generally dont like to be approached as I window shop, but because I didnt know exactly what I was looking for I was up for some suggestions.I bought my 65 VT25 Panasonic here 10 years ago, and I figured Id give these guys another try! I was not let down one bit. If anything, Im happy i didnt bother checking in with any other store. My Panasonic plasma is still an amazing TV, but I wanted something bigger, like an 82 Samsung.Im all about quality. I want the best TV that I can afford that will take me through another 10 years. With that being said, Keith gave me a deal I couldnt pass up on a 2019 Samsung 82 Q90R. I told him I already have a receiver, and I would like to bring it up to date, and he suggested the Pioneer Elite Vsx-1131. It has Google Chromecast built in, so I can have it connect to the rest of the house.Well, I got the TV and receiver all setup last night, and its such an amazing experience. Hopefully this TV will last another!Thanks again Keith !

Highly recommend Video Only specially if you ask for Andy. He will take good care of you like he did us. He always looks for the best deal and what is neaded. We bought our first tv with him, and he gave us an amazing deal on a sound bar. We are defiantly recommending and we are defiantly comming back for all our video and speaker needs for now on. As other people here mentioned you need to go see Andy. Im the type of person who tries to do as much research before making a purchase. When I spoke with Andy he was very informative and courteous. He is highly knowledgable when it comes to all the specs and features with pretty much any tv I asked about. Andy was able to help me out with my purchase for the right price. Compared to other competitors like BB, Frys, even Amazon. Dont waste your time just go straight to Video Only and see Andy. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

For a place that specializes in cameras, they actually don’t.The salesman said, “nah, brick and mortar are dead”Me: “you should really call this place video display only” because they have TONS of TVs.Sales: “we got you in here didn’t we?”Me: yeah, but now I am disappointed that you lied to me. DO NOT GO TO VIDEO ONLY EVER! bought a $1300 tv, we open the box and it is cracked as you see in the picture. We go back to return it and Video Only says its our fault the tv broke and that they will not do anything about it. after arguing, the store manager, Stas said it was in a box it cannot break, there is no possible way it can break in a box. Its your fault bad customer service and basically theft for selling an item that is already damaged and blaming the customer for the cause of damage.
