I had gone thru some bad experiences in the beginning but then I came upon this other cricket store on springs road in hickory and a lady named Ashley helped us so much and was awesome!! She went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of and very pleasant to speak to! She is the reason I am staying a customer with cricket!
