If i could post less than 1 star i would, they dont know which cars they have in their inventory and they falsely advertise m sport spec bmws to upsell and make a quick buck

I didnt even buy a car and am still writing a bad review. Same car listed different places on Facebook with different prices and suspicious bait and switch wording in the ads. Messaged both girls listing each the vehicles with no answer on one, and evasive answers to the other. Ill add that the one who did respond said twice that the vehicle is still available though. Finally got a phone number and called the lot (I presume) to get a completely uninterested salesman who told me they dont have the car anymore. I mean seriously guys, is this how people do business?! It boggles my mind. Avoid like the plague.

These people are very unprofessional. I finance a 2013 bmw for about $300 a month. The insurance company they referred me too was very expensive, still I hadn’t complained yet. I tried to be very cooperative because i understood that full coverage insurance for a person my age would be expensive anyway so i was paying $650 a month along with my car note payment.My father put majority down on the car and he made it abundantly clear that his license had been suspended and that I’d be the primary driver, which is why my insurance was so high to begin with.They let us leave the lot with the car anyway and i had the car for about 2 weeks making on time payment with both the insurance company and the car note payments.After the two weeks went by i had noticed that my car wasn’t parked outside where i left it. I grew to be very frustrated because i had made all my payments for the month and these people we’re still interfering with my transportation. I called them and they guy with the blonde hair yells at me that my fathers license isn’t vaild that and that’s why they took my vehicle for those reason. Then goes to say “find someone with a vaild liscense to get ownership of the vehicle” and hangs up.I tried to get in contact with multiple people from this organization still i got no response. My grandmother offered to take over payments and ownership of the vehicle but we were then charged with towing fees for an unlawful tow and also had to come up with the $650 insurance because the month was coming to an end. Days without my car and still making payments i began to get fed up. It seemed like everytime we came up with the money a new fee appeared.I say that the tow was an unlawful tow because i had made my payments for the month and also because the tow truck was a mini pick up truck with a tiny wheel holder to drag the my vehicle behind the pick up truck. To top it off I went to the “tow company” and the guy was very rude. When i had gotten the car back it was dirty with white residue that seemed like baby powder but the odor was nothing of the sort. My belongings were removed from the car ans place in a black bag, when i confronted the guy about a missing item he told me that ot was my fault and that it wasn’t in my car as if I didn’t know what was in my car.Eventually i got the car back and literally 1 week later a drunk driver ran a stop sign totaling the vehicle. I walked away with minimal injuries and was completely relieved because I wouldn’t have to have any dealings with these people. My insurance paid the car off and i can only say that was God removing me away from these people.I say all this to say. Please be mindful that these people are crooks once they have that money in their hands all bets are off. The promises they make mean nothing. If you are in desperate need of a car look anywhere else .

BEWARE FROM PURCHASING A CAR HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed for $15,000 car is pretty beat up from the inside with 125k miles. They listed the car for $16,999(car is not worth that price) on the contract which the financier hid from me because my initials weren’t even on that page(page 1 of 3) they hid that document from me & made me sign a different page about the warranty, it was page 3 of 3 listed in the bottom corner which i didn’t even see. They didn’t even provide me that page which i had to call the bank, who then provided me all those documents. They withheld documents from you and only show you a portion of certain documents. BEWARE!! All the good reviews are fake!

Please read these reviews, and do your homework people. I found a car I was really interested in posted on Facebook market place. After looking into it further and having different people contacting me on what I thought was 2 different cars only to find out that it was the same car and the 2 people that I thought were messaging me were actually the same people. They just switched the price of the car and the mileage. This is obviously not the place to purchase anything. I will be making a formal complaint to the attorney general as well.

Do not buy your car from here. They will scam you.Terrible customer service and they are liars. QWe bought a 2013 Range Rover and after we purchased it they took forever just to give us the title. They would not pick up the phone and after over 2 months we received it.To top off they told us the car had not been in any accidents. Shortly after we began having lots of issues. The car was very damaged and with repairs of up to 6k. We got it appraised at CarMax and they confirmed it had been in 2 accidents. When they told us it had not been in any.Beware of this place. Do not buy your cars here.Terrible customer service and liars.

Tried purchasing a 2015 Range Rover from them and they were very rude.I saw it on the Facebook marketplace and sent a message and the sales rep refused to give me additional information on the car.It was listed for $14,800 yet when i asked what the cash price was they said $17,000? To which i pointed out the online price and then they said $15,000?I noticed in one of the pictures the paint appears to be peeling off of the back bumper and asked for a closeup picture and they said “we are not going to take pictures all day for you come see the car”1. I asked for any pictures that show damage to the car2. The drive is 3 hours which i told them.3. It was priced about $7,000 less then what I’ve found other ones exactly like it selling for so was trying to figure out whyTried calling the company and messaging them on Instagram. Left messages. Even texted Carlos.. no responseWould stray away from this place seems fishy

I contacted this place in regards to a vehicle through Facebook the person that I spoke to on Facebook was very responsive polite and informative . I was told to contact Ricardo at the dealership he informed me that the vehicle wasnt as described on Facebook I told him I was interested in what was advertised on Facebook at that point he decided to say nothing and just hang up on me. Sounds like a bait and switch. Ill take my car shopping somewhere else.

The worst place I ever try to do business with I would never recommend them to anyone that is on the market for a car very poor customer service definitely do not have a wide variety of cars to select from and also all the cars that they sell online are bait and switch just to get you in the door so they can try to sell you something else and all the cars that they have for sale has tons of miles for their outrageous pricing not a way to run a business by having some people drive over an hour and a 1/2 just to look at a car That you guys have been talking about for me to come look at for 2 days now and finally I head up on Saturday which is today 5 minutes away from location I get a text saying that the car is sold in that they have multiple that I can choose from when Im 5 minutes away thats horrible for Business. So I gave the place a call to talk to the guy that was writing me and they had no explanation of why all I was told was that guy doesnt speak good English so he Probly got it mixed up. How can you mix it up when I specifically asked you about a specific car and you seen the picture of the car and you agreed that its there in that is the real car the Im one to purchase you cant get mixed up From that. And the response from the guy on the phone was I dont know what to tell you the car was sold yesterday for a while ago and I said I would never recommend any business to you guys ever in the future and he specifically told me I dont know what to tell you you can just turn around and go home or something because the cars not here or you could just come and look at what we have to offer you and I told him I dont do been switch business thats not what I do when it comes to business I do what I have to do for what I want that just plain simple in thats that. These guys sell rebuilt cars from junkyards and salvage auctions with fake mileage, flood damage and multiple accidents, claiming that they are almost new in excellent condition with “clean” tittles. This dealership is an institution of fraud. Their salesmen DiCarlos and Alex are liars and con-artists.

I bought a Range Rover drove it home.The car was broken(turbo problems) and they told me to bring it back so they could fix it. After 3 weeks waiting for my car they finally told me they couldn’t fix the car, promised me to return my down payment, another two (2) have gone by and now they don’t even return or pick up my calls!!!! 😡😡😡

Very sad, we purchase a car, had it for only 3 weeks. And for three days straight the car have turn off on us, only car we had. Cannot believe they have the balls to sell a car that was having issues, and telling us the car doesnt have issues when we arrived to purchase. $4,900 down the drain, a family of 5 they just rob smh. I had a review of 5 Star but I had to change it because it was one of the cars ask if the dvd worked tell me that if when I check does not work and the air also stops working it did not cool I ended up taking it three times through the air I took it the first one was like a week they tell me that ready and that budget of the dvd was never approved they never give you the phone of the supposed owner I do not know what they are afraid of or if he is one of them and they cover themselves with that to throw him the fault somebody good we were in an agreement that hiban to look for a place to fix the dvd I take the car to the few days without air again I had to return the car was little more than a week they say to me that it is ready nothing of the dvd yet We are just looking for someone to do it but nobody dares ok I go back to take the car after the same thing happened without air again I take them back it was three weeks they with the car can believe that they tell me it was a problem ema of the condenser that cost about $ 650 that the only thing they could do was pay it in half with me of course I told them that this was not absurd, so they told me that the leak could be covered but the mechanic did not guarantee the job. I do not know what they did because I told them I wanted a guarantee and that I was not going to pay a half I imagine they did the cheapest but until now the air is fine if they have problems again Ill take them back to the DVD Then I will find a place I find it I give a price after a few messages and about 4 days I answered that I had to approve the budget I wrote a week later and they never respond to me, its been more than a month and nothing yet so they know if they do not want to have a bad time and headaches, never buy a car with them, and this comment helps many

I bought a 2012 infiniti G37 the car runs good but the next day my tire came off because the bolts Was not the right bolts for the car, and my car has water damage and a leak in the sunroof. And they still have yet to call me for things they owe me on my car
