I had my major leak in the master cylinder and Prime Auto replaced it as well as a broken exterior door handle. I was so glad that they were able to do the work in one day as it seems like they are always busy and that is the only means of transportation I have. The work was done quickly, it was reasonably priced and I love the service. The office staff was very polite, explained the work that was being done, answered all my questions, and returned my calls. This is the first time Ive used them but will certainly go to them for any future repairs.

This was a shock in a great way! I had been quoted an outrageous amount by the dealer. Actually more than the car was worth. On the suggestion of the place I get my oil changed I brought it there. They examined the car and quoted an amount for a major repair less than half what I had been quoted by the dealer. Then they found that they were able to reduce the repair as it wasnt all needed! Really good folks and they did a fantastic job! Truly 5 stars compared to any auto repair shops!

I own a commercial Ford passenger van and had spent a Sunday messing with the rear high center brake light. As usual a screw just would not cooperate. On Monday I go to the auto parts store to get some more bulbs to put into the light. As I am cashing out I ask the cashier if there are any shops around the neighborhood that would help with my dilema. A guy in line behind me recommended Prime Auto Repair. I am happy he did. We got the light etc., etc... fixed for very reasonable.I highly recommend Prime Auto Repair.

Replaced my engine and Fuel Pump on my Mitsubishi Raider at a reasonable price.... Very professional and knowledgeable.... I would highly recommend these guys to anybody needing minor or major work to your vehicle....

Israel is simply put the BEST, he is a MASTER mechanic. Once I found this place right around the corner from my house I continued to ONLY go here even after I moved. From flat tires to near total engine failure, they do everything. And the people at this place treat you like family and don’t price gouge you if you’re in a tough spot.

This is a really good auto shop. They helped me replace my clutch on my 2015 Camaro and replaced my AC system at an affordable price!

Ive always been skeptical of mechanic shops, and its tough to find a shop you can trust no matter what. I initially took my vehicle to a different mechanic shop in the same zip code and was told I needed to replace other parts and it was going to cost $2,600. I did my due diligence and stumbled upon Prime Auto Repair thanks to my oil change shop, Grease Monkey.Israel was happy to visually inspect my issue and immediately told me that its only the one part that is failing and other parts didnt need replacement. Instead of $2,600, my repair was literally half that. He even showed me pictures throughout the process and physically showed me the failed part at checkout. I have found my mom/pop mechanic shop for sure. Please go see Israel for any mid to major repairs needed on your vehicle. My ac went out so I took my Santa Fe to prime auto repair and had a reasonable estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repairs and the car was ready the next day with a nice cold ac.

New shop in an older location! Took our car in today with a check engine light. Turned out to be a battery issue. Isreal was very knowledgeable and repaired our car fast! Good prices! He and his wife, Anna, run a very nice shop. Sweet and honest people! They have my business from now on.

This place is awesome, has fixed multiple things on my truck. Other places I had quote the jobs almost wanted to charge me double of what Prime Auto charge me. I highly recommend this place

My husband needed his chambers redone on his car and nobody wanted to do them immediately other than Israel. He runs this shop amazingly and does wonderful work. My husband also had a problem with his codes so we brought the car back to Israel, he ordered the part we needed and then the codes went away so we called him and asked him to check it out. The car was fine so he returned the part he ordered for us. This is an amazing establishment and we will be going here for any future needs and wants. They are also very reasonable in price and do high quality work. I’m very pleased with Israel and his staff with the work they did and how fast they did it. I recommend everybody in the area to come here for anything they go above and beyond with the things they do and make sure your vehicle is safe while repairing whatever you brought it in for.

I was there a few weeks ago, really good service and there honest and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place a lot. And they are also bilingual.

Excellent work

This is the second time I’ve gone to Prime Auto and they’re just as amazing as the first time I went! I needed an alignment done first and this time it was my fuel pump, both were last minute problems. I definitely will be back with anymore future truck problems! 🙂

I had a problem with my truck that could have been an easy fix or requirequire major engine work. Israel took a few minutes out of his busy day to check it out. Fortuately he quickly determined the easy fix would take care of the problem and scheduled the repair for the next morning. By noontime that day I was all set.Israel and Anna are very friendly and helpful and my experience found them to be trustworthy. Will definitely return and use their services again.
