Honestly one of the best purchasing experiences in my life. Staff was extremely considerate, helpful, and great in getting my boyfriend and I what we need for literally 70% of the price. Their deals are as amazing as their staff. If you go by I recommend working with Marcus he’s awesome and gets you the best deals on mattresses/mattress pads. 100000/10000 experience highly recommend!!

We turned to MF after buying a different mattress from Texas Mattress Makers that did not come close to meeting our expectations. Nabil at the Woodway store texted us with options and recommended the perfect new mattress. Nabil went above and beyond with clear and prompt communications. Great work from the delivery crew as well.

There are two things you should probably never buy online: 1. a couch; and 2. a mattress. I made the mistake of ordering one online and was immediately dissatisfied. I went over to Mattress Firm and am so glad I did! Jeffrey was a fantastic salesperson at the Galleria location. He took the time to show me a few different models, although it really only took two tries to find the perfect mattress and adjustable base, based on my well I dont want xyz preferences. He was a pleasure to chat with during check-out, as we both are originally from NYC. All in all, it was a piece of cake compared to agonizing over the online mattress in a box companies. My bed was delivered within 3 days and I am sleeping like a baby now! A++ customer service :)

I went to the Mattress Firm on Westheimer and was greeted by Montana. Montana was super friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and was relentless in making sure I left the store with something that I would enjoy.
