Horrible customer service. Walked the whole store and looked for help. Not one person approached me or tried to help. Definitely don’t spend any money here.
Pros:Quality inventory and reasonable pricesCons:1. Unbelievably bad customer service. I am not sure if this pattern is across Landmark furniture showrooms or just their Westheimer location (which is closing down, no surprises there). The manager at the Westheimer location is an extremely rude man called Dallas. When my furniture was not delivered at the agreed time, I returned to the office to inquire about the delay. He told me that it wasnt his fault and if I felt bad about it, I should complain to the warehouse directly. After I told him that I had to miss work to wait for the failed delivery, he suggested that I wanted a pound of his flesh. I was stunned.2. No refunds. They can get away with terrible customer service, because they know you cannot get your money back.
The phone number on here is not for this location. I did not know this until I called. Some gentleman Ryan answered and was very short and rude.
