Always friendly professional service. From greeting me at my car, proving a loaner, and and having the car ready to go as promised. Gerald my service advisor was awesome.
I purchased a car from them. Alex was notable because of his professionalism, courteousness, and genuine kindness. He had a lot of confidence in the financial manager, Marcos, who did a wonderful job getting me in the car I wanted. The atmosphere at this dealership is great. Other employees seemed nice as well. But Alex is outstanding!
Service was great. However it takes a long time. Advice have someone pick you up or ask for loner. I waited an hour and an 45 min Service person said 45min.

Great service quicker than expected. Yummy coffee or cocoa while you wait. Snacks available in refreshments area. 2 tvs to watch if youre interested and pub style tables for chatting with friends or an at attendant about your service needs. I love being able to just pull in for services. Just park and walk in. Everyone is attentive and accommodating. I dont like to end up at the dealership for anything but now if I do I dont grimace and grumble. Thanks again Marshall.
Just spoke on the phone with Rebecca in the service department and explained the issue of satellite interference message on display screen that will not turn off and the inability to access menu on Acura 2015 TLX display screen. Many threads on 2015 and up report this as an ongoing issue.She then interpreted my message to a few guys in the service department as “her display screen won’t go off and she doesn’t like it” to which I heard loud laughter and the answer to my problem is to “tape black cardboard to the front of it” and “yeah, never heard of that before that’s an unusual issue to be having.” I explained the Acura forums I had been reading to which she replied maybe 20 years or older but not on newer models or the 2015, our cars don’t have that issue. I then say…I have an Acura with an Acura display and audio system, is there anything you can do for me? She says no, not really we’ve never heard of such a thing.So I call Sterling McCall and Antonio answered and he immediately new what issue I was referring and explained a possible solution which we were able to eliminate over the phone and then he offered an appointment time to bring it in and attempt a reset free of charge and informed me that if the problem is more complicated they would let me know before performing a full diagnostic and finding what the problem is. Now that is Service!Highly disappointed with Gillman Service Reps and their quality of service or lack there of especially since we’ve been doing business with the Gillman’s for over 20 years.
I bought my car from Gillman Acura in 2015, and they have taken great care of me ever since. They have always provided me with flexible and excellent service, even on short notice.

I was told to come in today by Mr. Amon at 3pm to speak with Mr.Walter. upon my arrival at 2:45 I checked in at the front desk with the receptionist.she said that she had let mr. Walter know that I was here but I sat in the lobby for almost an hour and nobody bothered to check to see if I have been helped or better yet where mr. Walter was so I left. this is the second time that Ive had this experience happenand it really bothers me that there isnt better customer service

Previously owned BMWs and Porsches. Both were very expensive to repair. We have found maintenance costs on our Acura MDX to be moderate by comparison. The customer service received at Gillman Acura North is better than any BMW or Porsche dealership we utilized in the past. Miguel in particular stands out as the ideal service advisor. Miguel thoroughly explains each suggested service without applying any pressure; decision making left to us as the customer. Factory recall services cheerily applied as they become available. We are enjoying the legendary Acura vehicle reliability as well as better than expected customer service.
