If you want to get your vehicle actually repaired go somewhere else. I’ve brought my truck in to get it repaired twice for 4 different issues over the last year or so and I’ve had to bring it somewhere else to get it actually fixed correctly. On top of that they refused to respect their own warranty for the work I paid for previously. I went to a Ford dealer thinking they would be the best option to fix my Ford truck, but apparently not. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Purchased vehicle 9/25/21. My vehicle had a recall which I took in that next Saturday. Service called me that same Saturday to.pick up. Just to find me back there again the following Wednesday. I have not had my vehicle since. It is now October 21,2021. Awful Service department. I believe they are playing the guessing game. First it was one thing now is another and part from Fort Worth Texas is not in yet. Nothing but waste of time.
Do not bother coming here to get service done for your car. The AC compressor on my car had stopped working and I took it in to get fixed! It was suppose to be a two day job that turned in 6 weeks of NOTHING!! Krystal the service representative failed to communicate with me on what was happening with my car. I attempted to call Krystal for updates at least three times a week and she NEVER ONCED ANSWERED! After much frustration, we went in person to talk to Krystal and she told us it would be ready in two days and she would call the insurance. Weeks passed and I never got a call, She never answered her phone and She NEVER called the insurance or gave me any updates about the status of my car. After she wouldn’t answer, I attempted to call customer service multiple times and the service center to speak with a manager. The manager never answered either! We finally went in and asked for the car back, which was just sitting there and had not been worked on! It was a waste of my time and such an unprofessional experience!! No communication or updates from Krystal! Don’t waste your time bringing your car here. They are very unprofessional and do not care!I will also note, I would always bring my car here for maintenance because it is the closest location, never an issue, until now. This was overall the worst experience ever.
Krystal, a Service Advisor, welcomed me and helped prepare a service request within a matter of a few minutes. She was very kind and easy to get along with.Matthew Cowley, the Auto Technician, did a fantastic job replacing the malfunctioning door latch, quick lube services, the wheel alignment, rotors and brake pads, and the multipoint inspection.My only critique is: Mr. Cowley, please don’t eat in my car again. You (or your tech B) left chocolate crumbs all over the passenger seat and center console. My interior was not the most pristine when I brought it in, but it certainly didn’t have chocolate crumbs sprinkled about. When I saw that mess, I assumed you skipped your lunch break to work on my car, so I didn’t cause a big fuss at your workplace.Overall, the vehicle service was good enough for me to trust. I look forward to bringing my car back to have the remaining faults corrected.
Really lack of communication, never return calls or updates with your vehicle… I dropped off my truck last week have not heard anything back… I’ve called every day all they say will return call… need better customer service who actually care about customer especially because we need our vehicles
I emailed them about purchasing a 12 passenger van and was told it was available at 8pm. My husband called at 9 the next morning when they opened and was told the van was still available. We went to the bank and got the financing cleared and by 11 we were on our way to make the purchase. We were texting with the salesman the entire time. As we turned into the dealership he texted that the van was sold last night. They had nothing comparable in their inventory. I am very unhappy with the communication and lack of transparency. I feel like this was a ploy to get us into the dealership regardless of the availability of the vehicle. Hours of time were wasted due to this. I do not recommend using them.

Service Rep seemed a little frustrated. I know its a holiday weekend but u cant show ur frustration especially. And I still havent gotten my truck back, just went in for an oil change at 9am still not out at 1:30pm seriously

Had an appointment for an oil change before family vacation. Arrived early and wasnt even helped. After 30 min passed my time they pulled the car in behind me for service again just walking passes me. Service since i have bought my car from there has been alot of miss but this finally did it for me. I hate this place.

I went in to have a key replaced. Service providers didnt want to help me. All I needed was a new key, they told me unless I had a functioning key they were unable to provide me with a new copy.They also failed to tell me that I could contact Ford Corporate and as long as I provided insurance and proof of ownership Ford corporate would provide me with a code that would have all my key information attached with it. Thanks for nothing I went to to Tommie Vaughn Ford and they were able to tell me about contacting Ford Corporate. I was bummed because I purchased my F-150 from Autonation and had a good experience but when it came to the service department its was a poor experience.
I had a vehicle that needed servicing & the repairs were more than the car was worth, so I purchased a used car from their dealership. The Nissan Sentra that I bought had a couple electrical things wrong, so I was told to bring it in. They gave me a loaner, but a week later, I was told it would take too long to fix the Sentra- that it was at the Nissan Service & the parts would take too long - that i couldnt keep the loaner that long. I was backed into a corner,, I felt. I had no transportation. So...I was offered another Sentra of lower quality. I drove the car for a few days and knew it was not what I wanted. I wanted the car that I bought. They said it was not possible. I bought another of the same quality (I thought) its an ok car. But I was also told there was new tires on the vehicle, new windshield wipers among a few other things. I am a 61 year old woman and the tires looked ok. Ive had the car for 6 months ..these tires are not new and low quality. I just feel like I was taken advantage of because I was in dier straights without a vehicle & because of being a woman.
It was an awesome experience, developed a slow leak on my left rear tire and Antuonation Ford was the closest place to pull into. Valerie Campo met me on the service drive and immediately got my vehicle in. She told that I needed a New Tire, but my Tire warranty would cover everything. By far the worst car service place. I went here because I had an AutoNation warranty on my truck, even though I lived far and had other ford dealerships near me. I went in on a Wednesday after taking an appointment. Wednesday and Thursday, the service advisor Valerie has nothing to report. On Friday, she texts me back after texting her, stating the techs are busy. The service advisor, Valerie, promised me to get me out by Friday. There is hardly any communication; they dont update you on anything unless you keep nagging them with texts. And rest assured they would never answer your calls.I did not just drop by, I had an appointment, and after two days of having my car, if you knew that your techs are busy, you should have said to me that in the first place so that I would have come some other time. Then on Friday, I show up at the dealership, and she states they submitted the repairs to the warranty, and maybe she can give me an answer on Monday.The AutoNation warranty I brought from another Autonation dealership wants details. I wanted my car back and wanted to return when everything is approved, but Valerie states that everything will start over if I take my truck back. So I left my vehicle there and unsurprisingly, no updates on Monday till the evening after multiple calls and text. She calls me back at night and states the warranty company has declined my claims. Tuesday morning, I told her I want my car back, and I am on the way. Now she says they need a few hours for the tech to put my truck back and come in the afternoon. So I show up at 1 pm, and it takes them another hour to pull my vehicle.I later called the AutoNation warranty, They explained the dealership had not worded the claim correctly, which is why it is denied. They wanted the advisor to call and explain it. To my amazement, she does not know which part of my truck is not working. I hope they put someone who knows and cares better about vehicles to work as advisors.NB: The AutoNation warranty is a complete waste of money too. They will find some reason or another to deny your claim. I had a far better experience working with other companies.Worst experience ever, never going back. Stay away if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I bought a new car and the finance guy let me sign a print copy with low miles then i signed electronic too telling me just the same information and when I picked up the car and get the copy of paper work it had 300 miles. They lied and tricked you. Do not trust them.I believe in Karma.

Employees cant show up open the store on time, they trash talk customers right in front of you over their headsets and are rude to customers!
Everyone here is so lackadaisical about there work it’s very obvious that nobody here actually likes doing their job. You will be greeted and helped by people that are not concerned about you or your car in the least so keep that in mind when expecting any positive results

I was reading the reviews about this dealership, nothing good about it, no wonder, cant negotiate with this people. More specific, sales manager at used cars department,... I would like to talk to the dealerships owner, wonder if he knows about how they treat the customers.

I was approved by Ford to get a new paint job as my Escape is still under warranty and peeling pretty bad. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO!!! I have been waiting for over two months for them to have a courtesy vehicle and when I called to speak to a manager, they told me that 33 people are still ahead of me!! AFTER TWO MONTHS, 33 PEOPLE ARE STILL AHEAD OF ME????Something just doesnt seem right with this picture. All the while, paint is continuing to peel and eventually, itll begin peeling beyond the approved paint job--leading to more headaches.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I have a 2017 Ford Explorer. It was leaking in the very back side window & dripping down through the speaker next to it. My car spent almost a week there for them to repair it. They said they ‘fixed’ it but another rain storm & yet again it was leaking in the exact places. Proving that they in fact did not fix it. Take it back to them & they have it for 3 weeks. They rarely contact you, they never actually return phone calls, always so busy... horrible customer service. After a week there they realized they couldn’t figure it out so they sent it to their body shop who had it around 2 weeks. Just picked it up today from them having it for 3 WEEKS and guess what!?! It’s still leaking! I don’t know how they can have a vehicle in their possession for 3 weeks and not actually fix the issue when they were told exactly where the water comes in at. I love my car, I have no issues with Ford themselves. My issue is with this dealership that from the start of getting my car to having warranty covered work performed is a complete nightmare.
Set a appointment for a simple oil change on my moms vehicle. Theres not a single person in the Lobby waiting. I my self am a mechanic, should not take 1+ hrs to do this service. This is the worst service Ive ever received. And not to mention the lack of professionalism from the so called service writers/advisors never will recommend anyone using this lame, slow, worthless facility.

The reason why I bought from this dealership wasnt only because of the discount but also the level of service. I randomly called in and Cecil Fontenot immediately answered all questions on the Raptor I was looking for. Within ten minutes the sales manager Steven was put on the phone and was so straight forward he even gave me the bottom line with his name signed on the bottom of the quote. Dealerships usually dont do this because theyre afraid youll take it to another dealership and ask them to beat it. Other dealerships in the area such as Doggett, Legacy, and Katy (there sister company) gave me attitudes and run arounds on pricing. I immediately closed the deal within 15 minutes after speaking with Cecil and Steven over the phone. Picked up the Raptor a few days later and everything was professional, smooth, and quick. Cecil gave me his number and welcomed me to call him anytime if I had any questions.
Dont take your car to be serviced here. They lie so much. I was told to bring my car in early in the morning to get a diagnostic test done to determine what was going on with my car, which is a brand new car not to mention from them. I called close to closing time only to get told my car hadnt been looked at. WHY? I got told a different story everytime I called or got a call back. I was told to come in the next day to ride with a service person WHY? Very unprofessional and poor communication. Stand clear from coming here for service repairs ... missed work for nothing

Worst service ever! The service department always takes a week just to fix one thing, They had first told me 2 days and then called me to tell me it will take a week to fix the problem. Charged me more than what I was originally told because it needed “extra parts“ which I was never called and notified about. They always try and screw you any way possible.

The worst experience I’ve had with a dealership hands down. Bought a year-old vehicle and “bumper to bumper” warranty from them. Thousands in mechanical repairs and none of them covered by the warranty. Customer service is extremely slow and service department lacks diagnosis skills. Paid less at a local mechanic for the same repairs that they would cover. Awful.

If I could give dealership and its service 0 stars I would. Financed a Volkswagen Beetle from the establishment and within a month of doing so, a loud noise started emitting from my engine, brakes were not functioning right, and steering was bad. Took it to get it serviced here and they held my car for an entire week before telling me they fixed the problem, drove the car to make sure it was operational and not making the noise, etc. Okay, cool. So, I come down to get my car and upon immediately turning it on, the noise still persisted. Okay? Looked at my odometer and the paper they gave me saying they checked everything I told them to check, but obviously they didnt. Odometer was the same upon entering and exiting their service department, tires were not good like they stated, and brakes still acting weird. Took it to Volkswagen and they figured out the problem immediately, because apparently, Autonation does not have a Volkswagen guy, BUT according to their manager Brian from used sales, they have Ferraris and other car brands that they would be willing to fix up. Honestly, I really feel like they have taken advantage of me and my kindness, because no individual should EVER say to their customer that they can do this and have that, but cant and wont fix my issues. Anyways, long story short; dont get your car from here and dont get their stupid warranty that they charge thousands of dollars for, because they wont fix anything anyways.
This dealership is a scam. They wont look at anything under warranty unless you pay them up front for a diagnostics fee. Be ware of getting service work or oil changes. They use non motorcraft parts. For example the oil filters are autonation branded made in china. I suspect they are duping you on oil also. Most of the time they wont answer the phone. If you drop your truck just plan on calling every couple hours to see if it is done...because they wont call you and you can only hope they will answer the phone.Go somewhere else or dont buy a ford.
I have called and left three messages for Heide Crump (service representative) this week and have not even received a return phone call. This is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. Poor business practice!!!

I took my 2015 f150 in for a seat belt recall and was told by a guy named Michael that they could not move the truck into the shop because the battery wouldnt work unless it was jumped off. He said it would slow down the whole work day by jumping it off when I did it myself in 2 minutes. This guy will try to come up with an excuse for anything to try and take your money and as soon as he found out I knew what I was talking about he didnt want to say anything else. Horrible service.
Stay away front desk at the service department doesnt know how to do the job all they know how to do is ask for money and call people repeat everything the mechanic says waisted all day at that place first telling me they knew the problem then turned out that was not it. They did not know what was and is not covered by warranty auto nation sells. Told me it waa going to be $XXX amount of cost to check it out later tried to charge me $40 more for no reason told them if they could give me a reason why they charged it I will pay it no one could come up with why they added that cost. Not even the managers could. Returned few months later both guys ignored me for about 5 minutes till the manager told me theyh had to help me out and even after thatg he was a smart was when he talked to me

If I had the option of not giving any stars I would ... I have a 2016 Edge Sport with 19 thousand miles ... they sent me a written request that the airbag modules are damaged. I take it for the review and they confirm that my truck has that fault. I tell them how long they need to repair it ... And the employee answered I DO NOT KNOW, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PARTS, IT MAY TAKE 1, 2 OR 3 YEARS.I tell him how ???? Its that Im driving a faulty van that Im still paying for, he limited himself to answering him SO MAKE IT AS I WANT, THERE ARE NO PARTS ... I told him but the airbags are something super important and the very moron replied, DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE MODULE THE CO-PILOT IS DAMAGED ... I answered ... And you think that I do not upload people or that ........ he repeated to me SO THERE ARE NO PARTS and MAKE IT AS YOU WANT ........ totally disappointed We have been Ford customers for years .....So 2016 Edge users attentive with their trucks they sent me. The written request ...
