Excellent service very good prices

Be aware of this place, they do not honor what they advertise. I bought a battery from them which turned out to be faulty I went back the following week toReplace but the owner refused to exchange or even tried to make things right. I didn’t have the little piece of receipt provided but had evidence to prove the battery was purchased from there as they label them and I showed the cc transaction. The receipt that I was provided is literally a piece of paper with the amount written on it with absolutely no details tracking it to the battery they gave me. The guy that works there wanted to help out as he knew what the owner was doing was unethical and informed me he did have a copy of the receipt but was afraid to go against the owner decision.

I was sold a bad battery twice and was told on Im on my own the second time .I feel like he knew they were bad and still sold them

Bought a battery that leaked out battery acid had to buy my own from somewhere else called and asked for a refund and stated just would get store credit .. Dont think thats fair since i will not be buying another battery from here.. Just want my refund

If i could give -10 stars i would!!! PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.. first of all their batteries are 3yr && older which means they will run for 30 minutes and go out ... even when you go to pull out the battery and take it somewhere to charge .. the battery won’t even take a charge.. top of that the customer service is horrible.. you try and talk to these people && since they know they are selling messed up batteries, they hang up on you!... they don’t tell you you can’t have a full refund if their batteries don’t and will not work... the man even said,”why would i tell customers that?” Because they are dishonest.. it’s so sad that people actually wanna conduct business && there are people like this taking advantage...so i will report this so called business to the better business bureau && i let him know thats why he hung up on me!... all because I deserve a full refund!!! YOUR BATTERIES DONT WORK..
