This dealership never disappoints me at all.. I’ve called once Mr. Pedro helped me and talked me through out the whole time and the next day he over exceeded and got me a brand new 2021 Dodge Charger with no miles and I only wanted a used 2020 charger … He also tinted the whole car for me so that saved me extra cash .. Pedro is your guy to go too and I was also a first time buyer so I was tooo surprised and happy !!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!This was the worst experience I had. The service people took over 2 weeks to have my truck ready. They continued to mis-quote me and they have terrible customer service. I got my truck back almost 3 weeks later and found damage from on my leather seats. And this wire hanging. Terrible place!
If i could give zero stars i would. im sure its some really good people here i hope so anyway. the finance manager seemed to be. but that chris he took my mother in law money. drove her his self to the insurance place made her get full coverage. and told her she was all set. we get home pack up the car to leave outta town he calls her an say the deal fell through mind you he had the money since this past monday. the car wasnt ready until yesterday. so you mean to tell me all this time you just now finding out the deal didnt go through. then dips and goes to vegas and when we came to return the car to get our money back because he tripled the down payment. he was gone with our money to vegas. nobody knew about the deal he didnt do any proper paper work just took the money put a tag that lasted until he got back to work sunday and left. when we arrived with the keys for the money they was all looking so clueless. but that one star his for the finance manger who understood and got us our money back instead of trying to make us wait like everybody else in the office was. only reason the one star is worthy
Steve in used car sales in an awesome and great guy to deal with. Gotme into my 2019 Nissan Frontier. Love the truck a lot better gas mileage than the Dodge Ram 1500 i was looking at. If your going to buy s used car go see Steve in used cars you wont regret it.
Was going to purchase a vehicle from them based on the price listed on their own dealership website. After waiting for hours for a quote they came back roughly $10,000 higher than their own list price. So despite what their websites main page says, they absolutely play price games.
Service Appointment Impossible:Tried setting service appointment through web based service scheduler - FAILED. Tried through chat = FAILED. Called with no pickup from Service Dept 4 time - FAILED. Finally contacted Ram Regional Service and am awaiting a response. Will take vehicle to dealership to schedule service and am now concerned if it will be properly serviced and do hope that I do not have to litigate dealership for what should be a willing and easy procedure. SERVICE SUCKS at this point.Update:Was contacted for appointment much later in the day. Took vehicle at appointed time. Left it for repair. Was contacted about 2 hours later and informed that repair could not be completed. They promptly provided a rental to drive until my vehicle could be repaired. Phoned a few days later to advise that my vehicle was ready. Picked up my vehicle and checked if repair was satisfactory. Repair is satisfactory and thanks to the team at Gulfgate Dodge for reaffirming my confidence in their service department. Big thanks to Patsy for keeping me looped in throughout the process.
Went in to buy a Pacifica Hybrid, after a lot of nice talking the final price came up to 10K extra on top of the MSRP....including about 5K of price adjustment.....I wish I knew that before going there, I would have avoided the trip
My family and I shopped around extensively at a number of dealerships and returned to a couple for a second and third visit. Upon the FORTH visit to this particular dealership, the sales manager Carlos was actively involved in the negotiating process which led to the ultimate sale of my vehicle. My sales representative Christian Alfaro was EXCELLENT! I couldnt have been more happy with his knowledge, speed, and relationship with the manager to make this deal happen for me. He was extremely pleasant and went out of the way to accommodate a request on my trade-in vehicle, and made me feel extremely confident in reaching out to him if I ever had any future questions or needed anything else. Hands down would recommend Gulfgate for your Jeep purchase! Ill be back in a few years!
I found a Preowned 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee online, and went to the dealership. The first person I met was CHRIS ALFARO. This young man was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me a bit good advice. I financed the vehicle, which the finance manager RON, was also very helpful also. And, the entire process took only two hours. I have never experienced a car buying event that quickly in my life. Worst customer service, i walked in not even being greeted. Everyone just looks at you like your ugh great. As soo. As we were looking for cars i felt rushed and pushed to just pick car they were throwing my way, and getting into a car you want yeah right forget about it they wont work with you at all just tell you nope you need this one. Made me feel pressured. I can say i did not buy and WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!
I took in my truck to have it diagnosed. It took them 2 days call and say it needed a new battery to get started. Two days after that I have to call them and Im told the vehicle still hasnt been diagnosed. Later that evening I reach out again (a bit frustrated) and finally recieve a response. Being told I need to replace a part I had just gotten replaced ( a few days before taking it in) and a new transmission over $7,000 of work. The vehicle is a 2014 Journey praissing the value below $6,000 I decided not to move forward. I then took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. This mechanic asked me to request the diagnostic codes that the first mechanic found. They were never made known to me... I never heard back from Ron the sales manager with such codes. The (second) mechanic has now shown and explained the codes the vehicle is reading NOT ONE IS POITNING AT THE TRANSMISSION. My truck left this dealership with a new battery and a diagnostic test worth over $380. Overall, this place has horrible customer service, will recommend unnecessary work, and will not care how long they keep your vehicle. If you are someone who needs your vehicle and want honest reasonable work DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Waste of time and money!
Worse service EVER!! Never had I ever had such a bad experience!! Horrible customer service with service department and upper management is no help in solving any problems. I have been dealing with Gulfgate Dodge since Aug 5, 2021 when I took my car to get serviced. Here it is one month later and my car is still not ready. I have dealt with service advisor Ron, service manager Anthony Fletcher and General Manager Luis. I literally was on hold to speak to general manager Luis for over 30 mins and yet he chose to neglect my call and then had a representative say he was in a meeting…if I could rate this service department a zero I would! I just want my car back!! I’m posting a picture of my call on hold. Idk who else to talk to??? Someone please advise!
I took my Jeep that I purchased here 3 years ago to get serviced, I had 2 issues with the vehicle. I left it at 9 Monday and didn’t hear back by 3 so I reached out. They said they had no answer for me for the 1st issue I then asked if they checked the other issue he stated they are trying to figure out the first issue first, not to mention I drove by and my truck was in their back lot parked. I then called again multiple times on Tuesday and they still had no answers for me not only did I have to constantly reach out to them they also had me on hold multiple times for 15-30 minutes. I then went to pick up my truck Wednesday morning, I called to speak to my service rep and he never returned my call. I show up and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my keys to my truck, they told 3 people to bring my truck up and never did. I had to walk to the parking lot looking for my own vehicle. Customer service is terrible, i will never go back to purchase or get my truck serviced there again. You lost my business and the people I know.
Had my truck appointment scheduled for service to check a stability control issue (3rd time) and still under warranty. I dropped of my vehicle off 1st thing Monday morning 7am. Had not heard anything as of 4:00 pm that evening. I then called the service rep was on hold over 11 minutes then asked to leave a message and hed call back. I finally received the reps call and was informed my vehicle was not ready and that the mechanic needs to do an additional test run, and if I really wanted it I could pick it up and bring it back.At this point, I was confused I took off of work for this. Also I was not offered loaner and was left without a vehicle and no way to commute to work the next day.It is now Tuesday the next morning, still have not heard anything as of approximal 9am . So I call again. He stated it was ready. I arrived at the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting for 40 minutes due to my key and paper work was lost. I then express to him I was not happy with the service, he then responded with Im sorry in a nonchalant/it is what is is attitude and walked away dismissively. did not explain was the issue was not what was actually repaired and just a handed my my key. In which, left me feeling as if I were not a valued customer.My family and I have purchased many vehicles from Gulf Gate Dodge over the past 21 years. And as a returning customer to be treated in such a way has left me feeling that I was not welcomed to have my vehicle serviced here.Shame on you Stephen. I will not be returning nor referring any of family/friends.
I went there today to see a salesman named joslynn. She redirected to another salesman who was rude and was acting very unprofessional. The vehicle that I wanted wasnt there and he could not find me another truck in my price range. Im will never go back!
Very rude. They had an overpriced car so I sent the Kelly blue book and offered on the high side of the fair price. I wouldn’t mind if they declined the offer, but Nancy was very rude and said “buy one from Kelly blue book” was looking to purchase a car, but will never be giving my business to them

I would not recommend Gulfgate Dodge I bought a 2019dodge ram classic from there and Only had it a month and a half my check engine light came on I took it to the dealer and they said I had Air leaks buy my engine And some other things was going on.Also I have missing bolts screws my bedliner trimming broke and I just had a bad experience I had asked the sales guy did they buy my truck back or give me a different truck he told me no and I’m not satisfied.so now I have to go a couple days with out my truck.
I want to thank Mrs P., the gentleman in the parts department as well as the cashiers for helping me deal with a confusing and frustrating situation. They coordinated a team effort to resolve a problem and I’m truly grateful for all their help.
Spoke with a Guy by the name of Steve Huwitt and what a disappointmentFirst I called to see if the Vehicle was available as I seen it on an online ad with no details. As Im speaking with the Guy am asking him what the details are and if the recalls have already been taken care of on that year. He states that he has someone coming in to look at it then hangs up...WOW great customer service you must be proud to have such great workers. I can tell you now I wont be buying my next SUV here
Went in to look at a Jeep with a signed deal I got from Gillman Jeep over there on 59 and Beltway. Not only could Gulfgate not match, they were many points higher. Judging by the appearance of the business and how horribly unkept it was, I would be wary of anything they tell you. Who a business hires, how they take care of the business is indicative how they will treat you as a customer. I get a sense they take full advantage of their customers. Do yourself a favor and get a quote at many dealerships before signing anything with them.

Terrible service! If I could rate it a 0 I would!Very good at convincing you to purchase a vehicle but terrible when it comes to their service dept. I took my jeep to get repaired as it wouldn’t start and was told because I didn’t have an appt it would be seen when they had a chance which next appt available was 4 days later anyways my car was seen after calling them multiple times daily “Ron” was my advisor terrible at keeping you posted on your vehicle and when he did was to tell me that my warranty wasn’t covering the repairs when I called my self Mopar and gave them the labor code it was. I was told by Mopar they had to call themselves and submit An authorization claim. Mileage and everything was good . But Ron kept on persisting that my mileage was otherwise and was going to be responsible for the repair however that was fixed because I knew my mileage from the start: so they worked on my car got it back 2 weeks later then 2 days later car stopped working and wouldn’t start and had to take it back for the same issue made the worst decision of getting my inspection done with them as it was already there and they told me it wasn’t passing but the car was already fixed and had to leave it to be run more miles for the inspection to get through. So I decided to pick up my car took it to another place inspection passed and nothing was wrong with my vehicle inspection. This service took 4 weeks SMH Please think about getting service here especially if your advisor is RON never going back again.
We found out the low rating on yelp and google is true and accurate. Went over there to buy a new jeep, found out the owner had been driving it, waited 4.5 hours for the jeep to come back to find out it has 6k miles and has scratches and overspray on it. We went for a new car not a used one with damage and miles. The sales manager said well we sell at MSRP ++++ and we can knock 1k off. No thanks, there are a lot of car dealerships in Houston. They need to sell cars we do not need to buy one.
They advertise on their website that they dont PLAY PRICE GAMES but thats exactly what they do. the sales person confirms on the phone that the advertised price is the selling price and I drove all the way there and was fooled. Sales person said on my face that they just wanted to bring me there. SO any one goes there, ask for a out the door price in writing,so you dont get cheated. the sales person was not very professional and arrogant.
I was nearly scammed by this facility and Jack Medrano posed as Mr. Addison. Good grief. I’m so upset and actually in disbelief on how a customer can be so mistreated. I took my truck to get a headlight replacement since they messed it up and they ended up scratching my truck & radio they had told me they were going to call me to to fix it they never did so I call them back never gave me a specific answer I went by there several times and still no answer. I like to take care of my truck since day one I purchased and I expect them to take good care of it so I won’t be purchasing from that dealer anymore !
Worst dealership to deal with. Horrible service, took my vehicle for the same reason over 4 times and they could never fix it. As soon as we asked them for all the service records they said they would buy our vehicle back to a lawsuit for the lemon law. They bought the vehicle two weeks later the finance company is calling saying that I need to make my payment. Called the dealership and they cannot give me an answer as to why the truck has not been paid off or what’s the hold up.
Worst experience ever! I will never return! I came in for a simple oil change, and after i left my check engine light came on. The guy wouldn’t tell me what was wrong only whispered to his college about what had happened to my car. They “claim” everything was done properly. So now they are telling me i need to pay $1900 to fix my car. I took my car to the dealership i bought it from and they told me the problem could have in fact been caused by them using the wrong type of oil. My check engine light was not on before i went in.

Affordable service for it being a dealership. Ask for Patsy if you need service work done. She will take care of you and get you in/out quickly.----------1yr later...I had to add another review just to show how the service department is the real deal. This time I had Louie as my service adviser.I came in for my scheduled appointment and my Service advisor Louie, already had the part ready for my Jeep. Even though the part was in, they didnt know how long it would take to actually get it installed. So they put me in a Rental car (which was another Jeep) for the day, so I can still make my meetings. However within 2 hours he called me to let me know the part was replaced and I can come pick up my Jeep at my earliest convenience. You cant get no better than that (in and out)! Its been a couple weeks now since I had the repair done and everything is still working as expected. I also got a follow-up call from Louie, just to make sure everything is still good. Good to see that the service advisor is actually concern about the customer.If your Jeep (Chrysler, Dodge, Ram) needs servicing, and want it done right, with excellent customer service, I suggest you call and go to Gulfgate, ask Luis Estrada (Louie) or Patsy and schedule your appointment today.

Im pretty sure this is a good dealership to get a Jeep. However, I did not get a chance to experience that. If you are looking for a sales person, I dont know who is good here, but I know who to avoid. Jesse. I went in with my family to negotiate a reasonable price for a 2021 Willys Sport. While negotiating, I was professional with Jesse letting him know what Im looking for in pricing and features. Never did he tell me that it was not doable. Instead, he had us waiting, kept changing features and pricing. In the end, he told me we are causing him to miss dinner with his family. And told us to leave. Not that he cant do our asking price. Just to leave. If you like to ruin your day by spending time with a rude person, look for Jesse.

ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. Will state one price online and not honor it once you arrive. I called ahead to verify online pricing too before going. They will tell you the vehicle is sold and then try to sell you another and still wont honor online pricing of the other car either. I will be lodging a complaint with the attorney generals office and the BBB. Its not the sales peoples fault. Its the dishonest management. And they know exactly what they are doing. The same vehicle shown below they tried to sell it to me for $28k then $26k then $22,500 when it clearly shows that the price was $18,140. Ive documented this and will be filing my complaint. Your response is a flat out lie. You tried to upsell me on the same vehicle with the chrome option and carpet floor mats in the same white color for $26,600.00 when the advertised price was $18,140.00. This is the same type of lies and deception you guys operate on. If that vehicle was sold, then why was it still showing as available the few days after my visit? I even offered $300 more over your advertised price though Sean and received absolutely no response.
Very disappointed in the service this time. Made a 3:15 appointment to get my oil changed. Showed up 10 minutes early. My Jeep didnt go back into the garage till 3:45. Seen my Jeep come out, get parked and sit for 5 minutes before someone told me it was ready. Left the dealership at 4:21. Sorry i think that is unacceptable to an oil change. All i received from the employees was sorry were busy. I have been bringing my Jeep to Gulfgate for the past 7 years. Dont think Ill be going back now.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!!!We were looking for Ram 3500 2021. I started chatting with Blanca Villanueva. I let her know we were on our way, as we were coming from Conroe, so it was a drive out. May I note, that she has no professionalism, no customer service what so ever! Still, because we had been desperately looking for a truck, we decided to give it a try. Upon our arrival she gets there from test driving with other prospect clients. She hands me a card, says here and then points off into a direction and says the trucks are over there. I’ll meet you there. Eventually she gets to us, we tell her which truck he wants, we go back to the office. Upon arrival at office she is dealing with the other prospect clients. Who seemed disturbed with prices, and she had an attitude with them already. When she gets to us, she explains that the guy doesn’t even have credit and he’s complaining about the monthly note. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I didn’t appreciate she was sharing information irrelevant to us. Plus, that’s rude and untrustworthy. She asked if we wanted her to run our credit. Thank goodness we said no! She brings back a paper with outrageous numbers. Said there’s no negotiation on the price it’s basically it is what it is... she wanted to up charge us 3,000+ for things the truck already came with!!! Like what!?! I was like nope, I don’t think so... her whole demeanor was ugly just like her attitude. I told my husband let’s walk, I don’t want to give our business to this establishment. So we walked! Maybe she saw us, and thought we weren’t serious on purchasing a truck, or I don’t know... but she certainly didn’t try to sell. She didn’t try to negotiate. Which she said I have been working in the business 20+ years and there’s no negotiation, I said yeah, I have family who works in the same business so I know how this goes, the going back and forth with the manager. How they want you to focus on the note instead of the MRSP etc... there’s always negotiation!! Anyways The manager reached out to us via email, I wrote back of my experience in fuller detail and till this day still have not heard back.But I’m happy to report WE GOT OUR TRUCK! Where we were treated with respect, and taken seriously! So if you’re also looking, go to Helfman dodge instead in Katy by ikea! They will take care of you for sure!!

When I first messages Jesus Garza about trading in my 2013 Dodge Charger I was a little skeptical at first because I had been shot down by 4 other dealerships because “my business was not worth it” so I stalled him for a week before finally giving him a chance and going in even if it was just to talk I went into the dodge dealership not expecting to leave with a brand new 2020 Jeep under my name I expected to get the same usual results that I don’t qualify they want a co signer and a arm and a leg for a down payment but thanks to Jesus for staying with me for 4 hours and not letting me leave until I leave with a new car because my Dodge Charger wasn’t built for racing and was on its last legs he went above and beyond to get me into a new car with a very fair price that I am now very ecstatic to drive every single day I can’t wait till I smush my friends and family in my new car and take them on road trips I could go on for hours talking about how amazing Jesus was I’m very blessed to have him as my salesman and he’s earned my business for life I’ve been actively recommending him to friends and family because I know first hand he will treat them right and they will leave happy with the brand new car he puts them in I want to give Jesus Garza 100% credit because he stayed with me until everything was done through and through I will most likely be purchasing another car maybe in the future and so on as long as he still works there 🥰😳🥰🥰

Alright so lets start from the beginning. I purchased my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited from River Oaks Dodge (There were the only one who had the model I was looking for that was well within my price range). After I had completed my first oil change I noticed that something was off, my oil pan kept leaking. Well turns out something happened during the oil change which punctured my oil pan. So i tried to talk to them and they did nothing, didnt even offer a rental vehicle even though it was their fault. So what does this have to do with Gulf Gate. Well, I started taking my vehicle to them after that incident. River Oaks left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didnt even want to try anything. Let me just say i have seen several service reps come through there who have helped me along the way. From my weather stripping leaking during the first year i had the vehicle, to the time the AC didnt want to blow, or the dead battery or my personal favorite, when my differential seals were leaking. Well the team at gulf gate always found a way to help me. And most recently my speed sensors went out. So that was a lot of fun, but i mean my truck is 6 years old now (August 8th, 2020). Well the last three reps ive have have been a god send for real. From Nestor who always keeps me informed, Josh who makes sure my warranty is going to cover something and rick who always checks in those three gentlemen have gone above and beyond to help me. Im sure some might have other experiences, but This is just mine. I would give them a 5 but I mean cant be too perfect they are human so little discrepancies here and there but over all I would recommend them for service. Never done me dirty and just recently they went above and beyond and I appreciate.

Wow, just wow!!! We literally were just gonna do a little window shopping and left with exactly what we were window shopping for...lol. Edgar approached us in the lot and was so cheery. We talked a little and BAM, we drove out in the perfect SUV. The process was so smooth and hassle free. Mr. Valarezo in financing explained everything to us about car warranty and financing options and even got us a lower price when all was said and done. We will be back for a truck for my husband and will definitely request Edgar for our sales guy. Great overall experience.
This was my first time trying to use the dealership for an oil change. Made the appointment online but after checking in with the service advisor I was brushed off by the lady working the door, she said other people had appointments but when I stood there waiting, the man who checked in before me said nothing about an appointment. I dont mind waiting but I was on my lunch break and had called yesterday to ask about appointments and how long the service took. Honesty was not their policy of the day.
I just got approved for a new Truck loan at this dealership and I am very pleased with the outcome. The experience that I had with the dealership employee that helped & worked with me was great. I came in with a mindset for a different kind of used/pre owned truck. But he was very professional, courteous, kind, with great communication skills, respectful, and determined to get the deal done as to me getting approved with the vehicle that I ended up getting, which ended up being more better. This young mans name is Mr. Joe Bayonne. I really appreciated his hard work, dedication, & knowledge of how he made sure that this process was about me with making sure that I got the affordable deal along with the new 2019 Dodge Ram Truck that I purchased. I am so Godly pleased today, and also very grateful to Mr. Bayonne. He is a Keeper. Thank you Mr. Joe Bayonne and keep up the good work.

Be careful purchasing a car from the younger Hispanic dealers. They will do anything to get your sell even if they gotta lie.Buy from the older experienced dealers at this location. Do not trust the younger ones. They are dirty!!!
My experience was horrible....there was a promotion going on and they stated they worked with credit. Which was a lie, had the worst experience with Savannah very unprofessional. She did not want to submit my app and I felt I was being racially profiled. The app was put in on 1/24 it’s now 1/27 and I don’t know if it has been approved or denied. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go there !! I’m very disappointed :(

Run!!!!! Do not buy from this dealership!!! I went to Gulfgate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and had the most terrible experience ever, they lie, they give your the run around, they are very untrustworthy, They literally sold a brand new vehicle that came from the warehouse with issues and gave me the run around until I spoke with a manager for them to take the vehicle back after one week of having it, they made me do a trade in instead of placing me in a reliable vehicle which they took over one month for them to complete, then the loaner vehicle I was placed in which was nothing like the faulty vehicle they sold me, they made me purchase that as the trade in for a larger amount of money and increased my payments which the loaner vehicle was a downgrade from the original vehicle i originally purchased! On top of all that they decided to downgrade my warranty which they talked me into purchasing on the original vehicle, throughout this whole process I lost time from work, money and it was a back and forth run around with the representatives there. If you want your peace, Run!!! Do not purchase from them unless you want to end up with something you don’t want, you want to be treated and talked to like dirt, and want to be stressed out and paying for a vehicle they chose to place you in! Not something you chose yourself and talked to like your a complete idiot!! I will never do business with them again!!
Bought new car from this dealer . After brushed thru paperwork and saw service add ons not discussed but added to total cost of vehicle . Called multiple time of course can’t talk to anyone or was given answer I will receive call back . Watch out for any dealer but especially this one for scams like this
I did not buy used cars I with 3 months the a / c was ruined and they told me my warranty did not cover anymore and the value is Repair of $ 1100 I do not recommend that dealer
I talked to them all week regarding financing. They assured me I could be financed with the down payment that I had. I took the day off and drove an hour over there only to immediately be told a complete different story. Plus the sales guy I had been speaking with that I had an appointment with, didnt even bother to show up. Complete waste of my time! I feel like they were telling me what I wanted to hear, just to get me down there.

Walked in and in less than 2 minuets walked out of their used car department. Very dismissive used car sales man walked up and told me I was wasting my time. 👍🏻 Not sure if it was the fact that I was a female or the fact that I’m young gave this older gentleman the impression that I wasn’t a savvy car hunter but it’s fine. After listening to his spiel about how I should buy a new car vs a used car for my rebates and tell me I wasn’t going to get more than 10k for my 2018 Honda civic si without even looking at it, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Way to lose out on a sale buddy.
Been waiting for a replacement radio for 4-5 months now, when I drove up to the dealership the said that “they ordered and it arrived but then they sent it back” and never called me I was on the phone right now again... and I was on hold for 40 min
L literally just left the dealership. I was in there for about 20 minutes, no one approached me. Everyone was talking, laughing, watching tv, or on their phones. Worst service ever! I was standing there ready to buy my dream Jeep and was completely ignored. I don’t know if it’s because I looked young and maybe they didn’t take me as a serious buyer, but never let looks fool you. I’m surprised this location is still open. Never will return. Don’t waste your time there ever!!!!
Blue shirt Chris and Josh Sandavol are the rudest people ever. These 2 refused to greet me or acknowledge my presence. I pulled into the service bay and waited but no one came out to greet me so I went inside. Chris was standing at the door not doing anything or talking to anyone when I walked in and I stood there for a minute waiting for him to say hi but he looked everywhere except at me and I was standing 6 ft from him. I greeted him and stated why I was there, just then Josh Sandavol walks up. Chris turned to Josh still without greeting me and says shes asking about service. These 2 went on talking about what they were working on prior to my arrival. After they finished Josh asked what did I need. I asked who is the service manager and Josh nodded him over there. I asked which guy because I saw 2. In a very sarcastic manner Josh points that guy over there. I explained to the service manager everything that happened and why I was there. He offered a pitiful sorry about that and stated Ill have someone check the air in your tires. Dont go to this dealership if being welcomed, greeted and acknowledged means anything to you. Its clear blue shirt Chris and Josh Sandavol know absolutely nothing about basic customer service or skills. Again, Chris didnt say hello when I walked in or after I said hi to him first. Even when I told Chris why I was there he still said nothing to me turning to Josh who didnt greet or acknowledge my presence until AFTER he had a conversation with Chris first. Absolutely RUDE!
My sales person was Robert I came in on a Monday night picked out the car that I want it gave them the price that I wanted everything went well with the bank everything went well with the finance manager. I didnt finish the paperwork on Monday but in order to move things along that let me take the car I just had to come back the next day and fill out the paperwork to find out what note I had everything went smooth to after I signed the paperwork Roberts manager Steve was the one that promised he would give me a $20 gas ticket. got there that night told me that he was not able to do it for some odd reason and told me to come back the next night but after I explained that I could not do that because I had to be the work before the dealership open he said well we cannot we cant do it at this time so I went to my sales manager my salesperson Robert he was the one that really pushed and got what was promised to me the night before by Steve it was Robert that really really help me with the gas ticket. it almost felt like since the deal was done that they were done with me and they were on to the next one but I have to say in the pinch Robert came through overall Im grateful for all of the help

I purchased my car from here a few months ago. All of the staff here was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, but most of all HONEST!!! They were also PATIENT, as I had a lot of questions! My sales guy went through all of my buying options and recommended the best option for me and not what was best for him. That goes a long way when you are looking at a salesperson who will always put the customer ahead of his sales quota. He went out of his way to get the best financing options for me and he helped me in working with the finance department to eventually get me the best deal.No bait and switch and no pressure for unnecessary packages that I felt werent needed. Smoothest and most efficient car buying process Ive had! I highly recommend this dealership, as a woman shopping for cars alone, I didnt feel taken advantage of and came armed with research just in case..lol! Even got a chance to meet the owner, who was also very helpful and answered any questions I had!Keep up the great work and providing excellent customer service, that goes a long way!

I drove straight across town to come here because they were having a phenomenal sale online. I was promptly greeted and assisted. I was greeted by many employees and shook hands with the owner himself. I was here from start to finish for 5 hours, which sucks, but I got the car I wanted for what I wanted. With that, I Definitely Recommend this dealership.

I went to a few lots trying to find the car I wanted at the monthly payment I could afford. The first two were unable to fulfill my requests, but Miranda and Savannah and Gulfgate Dodge did just that! I love my car and the price! The other salesman were unwillingly to work with me, but they were able to find me a deal that I love! I am going back later with my down payment and to get the keys!!
I was looking to replace and upgrade my car when I came here. I wasn’t necessarily sure what I wanted to get but Christian did a great job of showing me options with exactly what I was looking for. I am so excited to be in my new car! I will definitely be returning to Christian for when it comes time to shop for my younger brother’s car as well.

Marc, a very professional, nice and caring individual. I had an appointment for service to get an oil change, state inspection and a head light bulb replaced. He made sure I was informed about everything between and in between the service of my car. Not knowing I may have been speaking with an angel. He was just that nice. When it’s in my hands to recognize someone on how well I’m treated, that’s what I will do. They will continue to give extraordinary customer service to everyone. That will motivate him too enjoy coming and doing his job.

Good morning, here is my situation. I purchase a used car from Gulf Gate Dodge, I drove the car for a few days before I called the dealer and let them know that my car was acting up the Radio isn’t working, the GPS isn’t working and the front sensor kept popping up on dash. They said to bring it in, I brought the car to the dealer on the 12th of November, where they had the car for a full week, got back and the car still wasn’t fix so I had to stand my ground in order to get a loaner car until they return my car. After a full month and a half they finally called me saying to return the loaner car Nissan said it’s going to be over $6k to rewire my car. So I brought the loaner back and they gave me my car back I went and spoke to the use car manager and the person who sold me the car they reassured me that they will get the job done, by using one of their in home mechanics to do the wiring and they will call me to schedule it, it’s been 3 months now and every time I call the dealer to speak the the manager I keep getting the run around and I could never get to speak the the manager when I go to the dealership it’s the same thing, so I’m stuck paying for something I can’t fully use and I wanted to see if you would be able to assist or guide me in the right direction.

Took my Jeep to the Clear Lake location to have it looked at because some issues had appeared and there was a recall on a part. They were super respectful but I had to decline because they didnt have a courtesy car and in my current situation I cannot afford a rental. I called Gulfgate to see if they had a courtesy car. A yes or no question. I explained my situation and the representative from the service department was very rude. He stated so if you bring your car here and we dont have a courtesy car available are you just gonna go to another dealership? Yes, my guy, thats why Im calling you first. Even if they did have one available I wont be taking my business here.
Gulfgate Dodge is the place I buy cars at, I just purchased my third car from there and every time I go back I get better and better service. Gulfgate Dodge is fair and they treat me very good.
