My son and I visited Mainland Investment on Airline Rd on Saturday to look at a 2014 Hundai Accent. We called ahead and spoke with the sales reps about the vehicle. They were very professional, said the car was still available and that they would hold it until we arrived to look at it. My son was texting Jennifer on the way down and when we arrived, the car was already pulled out for us to look at, the engine was started and the ac was going so it was comfortable inside when we took our test drive. The car was in excellent shape and was perfect for my son. We had an issue with our out of state credit union finalizing the purchase agreement and had to come back on Monday to finish everything up but they held the car for us over the weekend and were awesome to work with finalizing all of the paperwork. Even though it took a little longer than we had anticipated, working with Mainland Investment was an awesome experience. Even with the scarcity of vehicles at this time, they have a very diverse inventory. They were professional, they were very helpful and they were extremely accommodating and I will definitely consider them in the future for any other car purchases.

I decided to write this review after seeing a mother and child stranded by a car they just bought from these people that had motor issues and it reminded me of the issues I had when I bought a car from them. I bought a Toyota Avalon with 200k miles exactly, it was in good condition but there was a tapping coming from the motor and these people continued to make me believe that it would go away with driving saying it had not been driven in a while knowing full well it was a lifter tap and the cost to repair it would be over $1000 and they would not cover it. The day I was supposed to get my plates, check engine light came on soon as I pulled into the lot. They covered the catalytic converter replacement, but engine light stayed on for an evap leak that was also there before buying the car. Seems the check engine was erased prior to the cars purchase. The starter also later went out a month later but I honestly would not place that blame on them as there were no warning signs for that, so I just traded it in for a 2016 Chrysler 200 and my headaches and worries were gone, but putting this review here to warn anyone that if u see an issue with their cars do not let them brush it off saying it’s nothing major because it just very well may be.

This Dealership have robbed me blind. I put 4,500 cash down on a 90 day same as cash contract. I was 2 weeks away from paying my car off and after being ONE DAY LATE my car was repossessed. I contacted them to get a total and find the location of my car. They dealership now refuses to give me any information. I’m now without a car and 6,000. They also stole belongings out of my car and told me to contact a lawyer. These company is a huge rip off! Very rude and unprofessional. They are use to stealing cars and people’s money. I will not let them get away with this or harm any other customer.

Excellent service!!Buying a used car is often a difficult and nerve wracking process. After looking and looking I decided to stop by Mainland Investment Auto and I wish I had gone here from the beginning.Leo (The Manager ) made the buying process seamless! He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for a v10 Ford Excursion and at a fair rate. The vehicle is in great shape, with low mileage and at a better rate than I found elsewhere. Id recommend asking for Leo anytime you are on the market for another vehicle.

I would not recommend if you are really in need of a car. I just bout a car a week ago and i find out the hard way that they sold me a car without a catalytic converter. I can not get the car inspected without spending my entire saving. Dont let the owner lie to you. Because the light came on a few minutes after I drove off the lot and came back and was told that was not the problem they fixed so they couldnt do anything.***Update it has taken 1450 to fix what they fixed told me they fixed..

I love these guys! It has been a good while since I bought my truck from them. But I still have my truck. It was a black 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. Absolutely fell in love with the truck and the people there. Their vehicles are so clean and run great. You can tell they go the extra mile to have them inspected and cleaned before selling it. I am extremely pleased with my vehicle. I bought my truck back in September 2011. And it is still in great condition. It runs amazing! I am actually in the process of upgrading things to make it look even better. When I bought it the truck had factory/base model type of tires and lift. I have since had an inch and a half lift and nice off road tires added to it. I love it! Not that everyone will go here looking to buy an off road truck. But let me just say the options are endless :) Great service, great deals, and good quality vehicles what more can you ask for?

I have enjoyed working with EVERYONE at Mainland Investments! The vehicle I bought is in excellent condition and a joy to drive. I purchased the car on a Friday and realized there was a rattling noise in the front end. I called Mainland and they told me to bring it in at my convenience and they would take care of it. Sure enough, I brought the car in and they replaced the shocks and belts and now it drives like a brand new car! The front office and sales staff are very friendly and the mechanics are knowledgeable and fast. Since they offer mechanic and maintenance services, Ill certainly be back again!

Leo the owner, his wife, and Jessie the salesman lied to us and sold us a car that broke down in 3 weeks. When we asked him to fix it he said we were on our own. Leo said he put a new catalytic converter on the car. I am unsure why it would break down 3 weeks later if it was new. We paid 5,500 for the car and 3 weeks later had to put 1,500 of work into the car to get it to run right and pass emissions testing and quit missing. Check out the Better Business Bureau on this place before you buy here. People like this are ultimately held accountable by the marketplace and fold up.

The customer service was really great(: From the minute I inquired about the car up until the purchase was made Gino the new guy was there all the way and very helpful he even let me know that he was gonna be running a little late but still did everything he could to be there which is exactly how it should be. After three months of hassle I finally got my plates to my car 😄 but unfortunately three months of only having the car it breaks down all because someone just sealed the hole I didn’t know nothing about in the radiator. So because of that my car ran hot and a head gasket cracked so now my hard earn money went to waste. So from experience don’t let them fool u check the radiator take it to auto zone and get a engine check. Just don’t trust a word they say. If my car was still up and running I would recommend this place but I had so many issues dealing with them and my car I couldn’t let this happen to someone else. Unfortunately they are not gonna fix my car

Arleth was very nice &willing to help! I had a great experience with her but ultimately ended up not buying because the manager Susanna was so rude. She told me one thing but changed her mind once we got inside to finalize & purchase the car. Ultimately her rudeness was so bad that I decided not purchase the car afterall. There is no need to spend money at any business when managers dont know how to correctly communicate with customers or handle business in a respectable manner. Cars are expensive I was told one thing over the phone. Then when arriving in person it was something totally different. Expect to pay every two weeks at least 500 a month on a car note.
