Weve used this shop for well over 10 years. First couple of car alarms, no problem. About a year & a half ago we had a DVD player & alarm installed in 1 vehicle and a DVD player & back up camera installed in a 2nd vehicle, no problems at first. Just after a year, thats when things went real bad. The back up camera on the second vehicle started blinking on & off & the speakers are going in & out. They want $45 to diagnose the issue.On the other car, just after the 1 year warranty expired (2 weeks beyond) the siren stopped working.... $40 to replace it. Now 6 months later.. driving on the freeway, doors unlock & steering column starts smoking. Per my mechanic, the alarm shorted out & burned wires in the steering column. Shop says theres no problem with the alarm, yet they dont recommended installing it back in the vehicle... sounds suspicious to me. Management says if I can find the receipt, theyll check it out. No thanks! Spent $85 for my mechanic to rewire everything... I dont want them to touch my vehicle. All I can say is this place has gone down the drain in the last few years. Not sure if its them selling crappy products, poor workmanship, or poor management. Maybe a combination of all of the above. But they dont stand behind their products or work like they used to. Gotta find a new alarm place!

Was hesitant to buy a such an expensive phone off the internet from them..but I have to say Im really impressed by the owner care with his customers and the phone itself looks brand new I love it!! I would give more stars if I could.

So I came to get a GPS tracker VIPER for my truck. It has 3 features, GPS tracker, smart start, locking and unlocking. They did not install it fully, only the GPS tracker. I went back and told them not all the functions work and they said to install it fully it would be at additional cost. I asked them to give me a refund and he said no refunds! I argued with him for 20min and he decided to charge me $100 extra and then said it would only be $40 extra for labor. The guy started to work on my truck and had no tools. I then opened my tool box so he could use my tools. As soon as I went back into the waiting area I see him rush In to get paper towels because he spilled something in my truck.....Honestly this is the worst experience ever. I will never come here again. I drove 30min here for the great deal they offered and ended up paying more than what other professional shops chargedThe owner is the problem who is not upfront about his prices.The worker who installs the systems does good work.

Rips people off for a simple fix. Got charged $50 to tighten 2 screws inside my computer. Haha owner thinks this is fake. Didn’t do it myself because I didn’t have the tools.

5.0 star rating 7/14/2016First to ReviewI went int o get the glass lens and headphone jack on my Galaxy Note 2 fixed and they did an AMAZING job. I was very scared that they would use a cheap 43 Ebay screen and I would get back a botched phone. But it has been 3 hours since I picked it up an no issues so far. If I have issues that arent y fault I will come back and update.Walking in the store, the head guy at the counter is pretty chill and just knowledgeable. I paid $45 for the glass and $35 for the headphone jack replacement. I knew hat was way overpriced at least for the headphones but I just went wit it. Im sure if you really want to you can haggle it down.I was told my phone would be ready in 24 but it ended up being 48 which I guess is fine.I recommend this place if your in the area. Much cheaper than other places. I read SO many reviews for places because my phone is very important to me so I was nervous, but I chose well.

Best Deals and Customer service . We have got a Pioneer Stereo installed and I have looked lot of places but it was the lowest price I found with great installation work. I was worried about the rewies I read but seems like the owner is very friendly and the new management is doing amazing in this though market to keep everything smooth... highly recommend

I used this as a pick up location for some Wish items I purchased. It was pretty shady looking from the outside. The gentleman who took care ofme was haggling with a lady over a bluetooth speaker when I walked in. He was attentive, quickly filled the order. I just wasnt comfortable with the location or overall look of the store..

I am with them more than 3 years. Know that owner very well and received a text to leave a honest review for the place by him since some ppl leaving negative reviews. I apologise to him that I didnt left it before but I usually always busy. They are amazing and best in business I know of and never had any issue with them. Very talented installers, professional, and the most reasonable prices around. I tried saving a few bucks by going somewhere else but they ruined my wire harness. Ever since then i have been coming to this place for over 3 years now to do my cars family window tint and audio installations. Plus I got my dads phone service added to my simple mobile family line in June and we are all happy about the service, 3 lines with unlimited data on the $60 plan for just $110 and each line has $20 international credit so I can call my family in El Salvador.On xmas 2016 i got my daughter a hoverboard from them and is still working :) so the store has all the electronics you need, phones, tablets, camera recording, toys,hoverboards, speakers, cables etc.Thank you guys for being so nice to us.

Horrible place. Called a week ahead to make an aapointment at 1:40 the next saturday, called the day before to make sure, then called the day of a few hours before to make sure everything was still good, called when i was on my way and they told me that it wouldnt be done because there were cars in front of me. When you make an appointment with someone stick with it so i called another place and have another appointment with someone else. Good prices, but they do not know how to run a business.
