Very nice, friendly service writer, but he basically had zero knowledge on the service ability of the dealership for C8 corvettes, or if the dealership had the knowledge. Cooperatively worked through the questions to get most of the answers, but still left some unanswered. The dealership waiting area was very tired, not very clean, and not an enjoyable area to wait for a vehicle being serviced. Makes other dealerships much more appealing. Sorry.
It is exciting to finally find somewhere that does not do the hard sell. I was able to get the car I wanted without wrestling with a salesman pointing me in the direction he wanted me to go. Everyone I encountered at this facility was excellent in their capacity and their ability to make me feel welcome. The condition of the vehicle was excellent and the pricing was fabulous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of playing games and thinking they are getting a bargain when the prices begin in the stratosphere in the first place. Arturo is wonderful at allowing the customer to express the true need and he will assist you in getting where you need to be in purchasing your next vehicle.
Ive gotten my vehicle maintenance done at Sterling McCall Chevrolet for the past 6 years now. Its usually always a pleasant experience. My new service advisor, John, is great!! He really knows how to take care of his customers. He will get you in and out and a job well done. Thanks Chevy, for the complimentary rides.
My elderly father went in thinking that these people were men of their word. Unfortunately they are not. They sold him a vehicle before having their mechanic inspect it and promised they would make any repairs necessary prior to releasing the vehicle to him. They replaced the tires and held the car to wait for a part that it needed. After a week they called my Dad and told him it was ready. He brought the vehicle home and noticed a stain on the driveway coming from the transmission the very next morning. The sales man told him to bring the vehicle back and he’d have it looked at. They did nothing except tell my father that the leak was minor and wouldn’t be fixing it. We asked his sales agent why he had promised that they would fix anything wrong with the car if they were not going to follow through. We were told by the sales agent that he was never promised this. This man has gone back on his word and taken advantage of an elderly man just to make a sale. My Father is a man of his word and thought he was dealing with a dealership that was as honorable and stood by their word of providing excellent service. We will never be doing business with any Sterling McCall agency again and recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to look else where.
Great overall place!! Isaac helped me find a good car!! Only reason I didn’t have 5 stars was because my Bluetooth isn’t working, a plastic part to both doors are missing, and my windows tend to not go up at times.

I bought truck there 2 years ago and have never had a bad experience with there service team I take tuck in for a oil change and tire rotations on a regularbasis. My Service Advisor Steven Patyk, was very courteous and explained about changing cabin filters and he showed me how to get rid of the Service reminder when it was on my dash. Just a push of a button, and I drove around for 2 days. :) My car was ready before lunch just like he said. I will always come back to have any work done on my car. Thank you.
I did not have the best experience. I dropped my car at the dealership overnight and had an appointment at 7:30 the next morning. Around 145 the next day I had not heard anything about my car so I called and they tried to figure out who was supposed to be working on my car. They sent me to the guys phone number he didn’t answer And I couldn’t leave a message so I had to call back and leave a message with the girl that answered for him to call me back. Around 515 still no call so I called back to talk to the guy and he wasn’t there so I had to talk to someone else. My car sat there all day without anyone looking at it. The next day I finally got to talk to the guy who was over my car and he explained to me what was wrong and I gave him the approval to fix it. I asked when it would be ready and he said Monday, this was on Thursday. Monday came in went I had not received a call all day from anyone at the dealership. On Tuesday I called when they open and asked and apparently the part came the day before but no one decided to fix my car. My car was finally fixed Tuesday afternoon. I dealt with Gary most of the time and he was very nice but I think a little bit more communication with everyone there would have been a better experience.
I was helped promptly at 8:00 am. I was third in line and service advisor Michelle was very professional and very knowledgeable. She kept me informed with what was going on with my vehicle, gave me a number to reach her by phone or text during my time there. Very nice. It was on a Saturday 9-4-21. I will ask for her help again the next time I come in.
We traded in a vehicle on 9/6/21 and have made 2 auto payments since then on a vehicle we no longer possess. I have called the salesperson, the finance department, sent messages to the website, they say they will get back to us and nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Sterling McCall still has done nothing to take care of this. We should have done like we have in the past and sold the vehicle to Texas Direct Auto. We never had a problem with them. This is ridiculous. Not sure what to do next. I cant have them ruin our credit but also cant continue to pay on 2 vehicles. Not sure whether to report the F150 they took in trade in as stolen? Insane. Who does this?
I would never recommend no one to this dealership. They tell you one thing but in reality they end up doing what’s better for them.I sign a paper where the sales man and I agreed 16,000 for my trade in, and what happened that when I fly back home I see that on the paperwork it said 15,000. That was not what we had agreed. The finance guy Abraham, said the finance total was going to be 50,000 and it end up being 57,000. He said he was going to add GAP, but with no cost same price same payment everything. At the end they end up charging us for GAP 🙄 they are full of lies and they don’t try to help you they are just trying to help them self to get money and that’s it. I understand they want their commission, but they don’t have to lie. The paper that they put on the vehicle said the truck cost is 40,400 once we did paper work it turns the truck cost 45,000 the total amount end up with 57,000 for the most simple truck 🤦🏽♀️. So disappointed

Went in after our 2021 Trial Boss that we had for less than 5 days started announcing that the airbag system needed to be serviced immediately. Onstar directed me to the nearest Chevrolet dealer to me at that moment and I was treated with great service. My dad and I stopped at Sterling McCall Chevrolet after visiting 2 other dealerships prior, and Im so glad to say we made a great choice stopping here. Our sales man was Jose Barrientes and he was super respectful, honest and helpful through out the whole purchasing process! He made us feel comfortable from start to finish and used no pushy pressure buying tactics. Our finance guy Edgar Davila also was great! He made us feel super comfortable in his office and presented us with some of the best financing options for what we were looking for. I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. 100% they earned our life long business, we will be returning here in the future
This was an awesome experience. The staff in the service area were awesome. After, riding all over town to find a quick hassle free turn-around repair for my vehicle sunroof, I pulled in the the service bay at Sterling McCall Chevrolet and they were able to take me in for a repairs. New customer at this location. Drove into the advisor service bay. Nobody greeted me. Walked into the desk area where all service agents were. Finally got approached by a advisor. Advised what I needed. Started to work on processing my vehicle into system. Didn’t get asked if wanted car wash. Waited up to an hour or more for vehicle to get a Oil change and rotate. While there the advisor never advised me on issues or things to look at getting fixed which I would have had fixed that day - intake filter, trans cooler lines, sway bar bushings, rear main seal replace, front brakes, replace dead TPMS. No MPI was advised to me. After a long wait still nothing was told about any issues or MPI. Was promptly cashed out and told where vehicle was. Not a great place to go. Would have expected this from a chain oil change company but this was sad.
There may be other sales folks that are attentive at this location but mine was not. He didn’t seem to have the desire to really address my needs and was more concerned with closing the deal by complementing and relating to life experiences rather than focusing on the car deal details. I have since purchased a car at another establishment.
Best experience I’ve ever had with a service at a dealership. They kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle daily and called me through out the day if they had any new information. Most of the time your the one having to continually having to call for updates. Ask for Michelle if you need any service done for your chevy.

I would give 0!! Stars if possible, I dont even know where to begin with the absolute horrible service I received. It was discriminatory, misleading and completely unprofessional! I am pursuing legal advise against the poor service I received. The General Manager Darrell Thompson, Bobby Harris, Finance Director and Justin DeWoody, Finance - could not have done a more terrible job. At no point in time did they return my calls or emails. Without going into detail about my case, I am completely and totally disappointed. The only person that was helpful was actually the salesman Eugene. He was the only reason why I came back in July to lease a vehicle because he sold me my sons vehicle in Jan. and it was a great pleasant experience. Unfortunately that is totally not the case anymore and I will not be returning. This issue to be continued. Unfortunately I could no longer recommend their service.

Drove 3 hours to buy a car. I spent the weekend talking to a salesman about the car. never told about any issues. they have had the car for over a month and still havent fixed it. apparently the parts are on backorder which they never informed me of.upon arriving the first 2 people I talked to lied and said th car came in on saturday, 2 days before I came. numerous websites prove its been there over 30 days. finally the guy I spoke with via email showed up claiming he didnt know why I couldnt take it home yet everyone else did. the gm emailed me as well with zero notification of the car being unable to be taken home if I bought it that day. these are your typical lying scumbag carsalesman. stay far away. very far away. nothing but liars.
LEE wasn’t professional he didn’t communicate well at all when it came down to the services that was needed for my car, the service department didn’t put back my top on the windshield wiper reservoir they broke it and I have to go back and inform them about the matter and they didn’t top off all my fluids in my vehicle. Not happy with the services at all I asked LEE for a break down of the service bill he overcharge me on the first one then sent a new one saying he apologize it was a system glitch smh wow. On the other hand Martin in the parts department was wonderful he was very helpful with prices and product knowledge. I would give Martin 10 stars if I could.
Lee is a wonderful service advisor. He is very helpful and really looks out for me as a customer. He is respectful of our needs as an organization and we trust his advice.
Valerie was absolutely amazing. She took her time to listen to my frustrations as I was very upset as my part has been on back order for a year. After explaining my frustrations, she was in a no judgement, very supportive, and quick thinking approach. Even after a rental could not be obtained and the loaner program ending. She was very engaged on the several times she had to encounter me. I specifically ask for her moving forward. She worked hard and continually apologized as her previous customer was taking longer than expected. I have been with the dealership almost 2 years now and was beginning to lose faith due this problem with my part. Valerie was really phenomenal. Please buy her lunch and give her a raise. I was charged for parts and labor that was not needed. Change out a perfectly good water reservoir and a new thermostat that I had just replaced. The timing chain that turns the water pump was bad on 2010 equinox and needed repair didn’t mind paying the $1600 for that, but I actually paid 600+ for unnecessary repairs. I don’t think I will be going back there again.
I do not recommend doing any type of service at this location.Today I took my truck for a scheduled oil change and let me tell you why I will not return to this location.1. They could not find my appointment. I had a screenshot of my confirmation.2. They took 2.5 just to do a simple oil change.3. They did not rotate my tires as stated.4. They did not honor the online oil change price.5. They did not top off my fluids.

They take a long time like any other dealership, and the finance guy I worked with was incredibly pushy. But they gave me an honest deal and ACTUALLY gave me the trade in offer they said they would online. The salesmen I worked with were nice too. Just be prepared to stand your ground in the finance office…
Went here to buy a vehicle they tried to rip me off on my trade in value by 3k. Luck for us we did our homework.This has happened twice at the same dealership. If I were you stay away. They act like they are they only dealership in town. They ran a credit report even after we walked away from a deal, who does that when they didn’t need to. They were upset when we called them out on the saving tax, try to make us believe they were giving us money for that when that tax savings is already ours since we already paid the tax on the vehicle. Scam artists, when I confronted them they quickly change their tone and dismiss us.
They got my truck in quickly and performed the work the same day. Everyone was courteous and professional and the prices were reasonable for a dealership lol.Worth a look for your repairs.

Javier Tovar, my service advisor was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They pinpointed 4 service issues within 2 hours and everything was covered under my extended warranty. My experience was great! I live about a hour from the dealership. I did everything online from so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was the paperwork. Yohan Rodriguez was amazing! He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. There finance department is diligent in getting deals done. They made me come back three times to finally get me in a truck that was supposed to be ready when I purchased it. They gave me 1 key fob that was broken and said they were not willing to replace it. Lied and told me to get the vehicle inspected on my own dime and they would reimburse. It was supposed to be inspected upon purchase. Their used vehicle service and team is suspect at best. Would not recommend them.
This has been the WORST car experience of my life after putting $10,000 cash down on my truck. In less then 90 days I had SEVERAL issues with my truck and the dealership was NOT trying to help or be liable. After my truck broke down on me I got it towed to the dealership and it has been there for TWO months and still not working nor have they provided me with a detailed itemized work order. They had my truck towed to another service provider to be worked on who started working on my truck without my permission. I called to pick up my truck from this provider because I’m tired of paying for a truck note that I am unable to drive for now 2 months and they will NOT release my truck to me without payment. Mind you I dropped my truck off to Chevrolet not to another service provider nor had I given them permission to start working on it. For TWO months I have been without transportation and they have not provided me with a loaner car… first they told me they didn’t have any loaner cars available and then they told me their dealership does not provide loaner cars. I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase a pre owned vehicle or any vehicle for that matter here. I don’t even understand why I’m paying for a warranty. I only had my truck 3 months before sending it to them to be fixed and they still can’t tell me what’s wrong with it. They charged me $1000 for a battery part that they told me was only $100.
I made an appointment to get my first oil change/tier rotation for this vehicle and I was only waited 1 1/2 hours and got my car washed, shortest time ever... Everyone was very polite. Thank you.

Not sure why the name changed from Munday to Sterling but the service is much better now than before. Service department is great. I’ve had to bring in my truck twice, once with Jeremiah & the second with Steven & both times they’ve completed the necessary work in 1-2 days. Keep up the good work!

I was given the runaround when I tried to cancel my GAP insurance coverage. I could not get through by phone, email or online chat to get someone to help me with it. I tried for weeks and finally had gotten a response saying I needed to come in. I drove an hour through rain on my day off and upon arrival was told I had to do it at home! I refused to leave until it was done and had to stay in the waiting area and fill out information on my cell phone. It took almost an hour to complete and am still concerned it will be done. My bank told me to make sure the refund would be sent to me and not them but the online form will not allow it. That means the wait will be close to 2 months! I recommend not getting the GAP and just saving money for that purpose yourself. I would give a 0 star rating for customer service on this if I could. I will never buy from them again or recommend anyone due the way this was handled.

Consumers beware. This dealership is over charging by adding unnecessary fees to all services they provide. I received an email from Chevy stating my truck was due for an oil change and the price would be $49.95. I called in scheduled a service informed the customer service rep about the email promotion and he assured me that I would receive that price listed in my email. When I picked my vehicle up my bill was 89.95, almost double the email price that was listed. I paid for the charges before I was given the bill by the service rep. When he handed me the bill I questioned a few extra charges that seemed odd. The service rep then started to give me a million exhausting excuses of why my service bill doubled, which none of the reason made any sense, so I pulled up the email to prove what the correct price was. He then looked at me and said oh I will have my manager take a look at it. I sat for another 10 to 15 minutes, when he returned he informed me that they would refund me the first charge and just charge me for the correct price of $49.95. I am unsure if this was done to me because I was a female or if they are conning all of their consumer out of extra fees, but either way, I have no trust in the Chevy service department on the North and I will never do business with them again. I was considering trading in my truck for a new one, however after this experience I will pass on Chevy! These guys are Crooks disguised as service helpers! These type of scammers need to be fired! No one apologized for the error or wasting my time either!

I was pleased with the attention I received from Lee regarding updates on my vehicle. Although I was surprised to have service so early on my new vehicle, I was happy with the service and will return anytime my vehicle has an issue.
I was there for a simple battery replacement. I had an appointment for 7:30am. I was there at 7:15 waiting in line for service. But the shocker after waiting for 2 1/2 hours was being presented a bill of $360.00 dollars to change a battery. Luckily I use a coupon. But unlucky for you...I will be informing friends and family to steer away from Sterling McCall dealership. The sad part is I am about to purchase a new chevy truck. Tried buying a car they hadnt received yet which was going well until I was told I was going to pay for dealer installed options that I didnt want. They didnt have the car yet so no options done yet but they were going to do them & Id have to pay for them if I wanted the car. Hard pass.

I had my tire balanced & rotated. Since I bought my SUV last May this maintenance was offered a free car wash & vacuum. Unfortunately the vacuum part was missed but my SUV rides so smooth. I understand on a Saturday the wait times are higher than usual so it was expected.
UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership about 3 months ago, I went in to get a simple oil change. The purchase price for this vehicle was close to 60k after tags, titles, and multiple warranties. Little to no a vale the service manager stated I need shocks and struts all the way around. I explained that I just purchased this vehicle about 3 months ago. This vehicle was suppose to be certified inspected but im not sure that it was. I tried calling the GM ( Durell) to explain the situation .. After multiple messages and phone calls no call back from him. Finally the GSM (Maurice) calls to try and help with the situation. Ask if I would take my previous unfavorable review down which I did. Stated he would call me back before end of business day with a resolution. Well guess what? Ive not heard back. Stay tuned!
Very poor communication! Truck broke down 2 days after buying it. Passing the buck and nobody taking responsibility. Nobody seems to know anything however when they are selling you the vehicle everyone is attentive and helpful. Once the paper work is signed it seems like you’re left holding a bag of lemons!! No loaner offered or provided. So even after dropping a hefty amount for the vehicle I’m also having to pay for a rental. For a car that broke down 2 days after purchase. And nobody seems to know an accurate date to be fixed…

Inquired about a cash vehicle with Fernando. Completed the application and submitted my info the same day. He calls me Wednesday and I call back he wasn’t available. I call back the next day, he’s still not available but I did speak with a guy and he said he’d have him call back. Now, it’s Friday. The vehicle I inquired about could be more than likely gone and can’t get ahold of the salesman at all. I called the main office, spoke to a salesman Clint and we end up getting into an argument over him being hasty and annoyed to be on the phone. He (Clint) then calls me back to question me to ask why I asked for his name and tries to act like I spoke with someone else as if I was mistaken by his voice. Lol! This place is trash. I’m Glad I didn’t spend any money with this establishment!
The Republicans Shawna was very informative about services for my truck. I never really service our truck my husband does but she made me feel comfortable. The service was extremely quick from the drop off to the pick up. I love the fact that a uber was there quickly to pick me up. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I had the good fortune of meeting Steven P. When I dropped my car off he was very nice very friendly very informed and knew what he was talking about. Through the process he kept me very informed let me know my options what I needed now or can hold for later. When I needed a part he had to order. he kept me in the loop about how everything was going. He arranged ride for me to to pick up my car. even though we couldn’t finish all the work in one day he ashowed me that he will keep in touch so I can bring the car back. I do not mind that because he was true to his word and I will be returning. Thank you so much Steven P I appreciate it
Worst encounter ive ever had ! Recently purchased a ram 1500, little did i know the lifters are bad, Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle or atleast didnt tell me anything, he did not disclose any information at all about the vehicle, took advantage of a young man and his co signer who knew nothing about trucks & and made this decision because the salesman assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle or engine ! Also asked several times . Returned the vehicle 3days after purchase and denied my refund ! Offered a vin swap to be Satisfied with my purchase but quickly took that option away . Now the only option given to me by the general manager is to trade the vehicle in which i would be upside down with and owe 10k$ more than any other vehicle I decide to purchase .

Great product, good prices, and a good overall value. Only down part, buying a new car at a traditional dealership like this, takes at least 4+ hours. I wish the dealer offered another method of closing a deal without taking over half your day.
