This place is really good and a must to try!The staff is amazing and very friendly, also the place looks clean but I would recommend the staff wearing gloves while working specially with everything going on!The prices are fair and the drinks were tasty!Thank you for the experience!

Not my favorite place to go for boba but they do have some good stuff. Fried Oreo is really good there, and I always love getting a lychee tea! All in all their pretty good!

They use frozen products, for my strawberry/Banana smoothie they added too much ice that it water down the smoothie. The other smoothie we got was the orange/strawberry smoothie, the young girl that made the smoothie DID NOT use gloves when handling the food products. I asked politely if they could remake them and they said “NO THATS HOW THEY MAKE THE SMOOTHIES.”

Being picky asian boba craver, not many places i can find have healthy boba fruit drink, most places have milk foam cheese..etc but here they got real dragon fruit with actual chunks healthy and organics, for those dont know what they are it taste texture like kiwi but more aromatic side, its must drink too from their recent Chronicle pick

I don’t remember too much, but they had a good variety and it was good.

I went in there with my wife and I didnt know what to order so I asked the lady behind the counter to give me whatever she would want to give me she picked out a smoothie for me and let me tell you she has very good cravings!!!smoothie was on point,not too sweet and i could taste the actual flavor of the fruit she used,strawberry and passion fruit.Also the other bowl i ordered its delicious,the fruit is fresh and sweet, will go again and order to try out the rest of the drinks they make,i didnt get the chance to order the eggrolls because the oil in the machine had not been changed but that its something i will also be going back to try,because they looked so appetizing in the pictures

Today was the first time I visited the place and didn’t enjoy it. The staff were nice but the drinks tasted awful. They tasted like they were heavily diluted. One of the drinks just tasted like water with a little bit of sugar. The sugar levels were low. I ordered 3 drinks and all of them tasted like they were diluted. Since this place had 4.4 stars, I expected to get good quality boba drinks but was extremely disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place again. I wasted my time and money visiting this place. My girlfriend was very upset, so was my brother. I won’t be recommending this place to my friends and family.

She was very helpful.Ive not really had boba tea before and my sister needed something without dairy. The cashier was patient with us and we both found something we really liked.I would definitely go back if Im in the area.

The drinks were terrible, I ordered a taro milk tea and it just tasted not fresh. The place smelled like a nail salon which was extremely unappealing and there was a roach in one of the board games. On the other hand the people were very nice.

Excellent boba and many fruit and none fruit options. The slushy and tea options were fantastic. I did notice many customers ordering the mangonada option, so I would look into that next time. The customer service was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered the Horchata smoothie🧊 . Made of rice and cinnamon with some milk. Maybe coconut 🥥 milk. It was ok. I should have added a topping like jelly or bubbles. It tasted like it should and not watered down.No Mask, No Service!

Great hidden gem in Spring Branch! Awesome, friendly service and amazing, fresh drinks! Absolutely love that they use fresh fruits instead of flavored syrups. Watermelonada is a definite try!Clean, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating (& board games!).

We absolutely love this place, the staff, and the food. We came on Saturday to try some drinks with a friend and came back tonight to check out the menu and enjoy the ambience. The restrooms are clean, as is the rest of the restaurant, the music is trendy but not loud or obnoxious. The atmosphere is relaxed and appeals to all ages and group types. My daughters and I enjoyed shaved ice and smoothies while playing an assortment of board games that are provided by Boba City.

Relaxed atmosphere to work & savory drinks. What else do you need? This will be our new hang out for staff meetings!

I like how if its your first time the workers reccomed a drink and have music playing in the background while waiting. i personally like how they play different genres of music and different candies and extras to pick from. it doesnt take long for the drinks and snacks either.

I usually love this place but today was an off day for this place. I asked for extra boba and paid extra for it and did not get extra boba. They were also out of the regular boba today.

First time here, wasnt a good first time experience.I dont blame the guy that was making my smoothie, it looked like he was the only one there and he had at least five orders in front of mine. So I waited patiently about 15 minutes.I ordered your basic avocado smoothie, the staple of any boba shop. Im not sure if it was the blender or whatever ingredients they put into the mix.The smoothie was very icy and lumpy, something it shouldnt be. Ive never gotten one with this weird consistency. And on top of that the green avocado smoothie, also had little brown specs and flakes in it. Im assuming they put part of the pit in with it, which I dont understand how that happens.There are plenty of other places in the Spring Branch area to get boba tea.

I don’t always have an issue at this boba city but today the worker said I could not get extra boba when I normally do (I go daily) he then took more time than usual to make my drink which came out overly sweet and I couldn’t enjoy. I got 2 horchata smoothies and they taste like raw arroz con leche. I was disappointed because I’ve never had a problem with a drink. I also got stomach ache.

Brought my family for the first time to try to share a good experience here but there are 3 girls who where constantly gossiping and cared more about their personal problems instead of helping us and taking care of our order. Ended up walking out just because the hospitality wasn’t even there! Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Been wanting to stop in to check this place out. Glad I finally did. Passion fruit green tea was delicious. My friends also enjoyed the pineapple green tea with tapioca and the mangonado. The interior was really nice. Clean restrooms. The place smelled amazing. There was a shelf in the corner filled with board games. Ill definitely return to try other menu items.

My family and I just left from there. First off, the Mangonada was made how Im use to having it. Next, the customer service was Amazing. Im visiting from NC and when I come back I will be back. Excellent find.

This was the best tasting shaved ice I’ve had in Houston. I have had bad tasting, freezer-burnt shaved ice at the Chinatown shaved ice shops and the galleria area Westheimer Nu Ice. I’m glad I found this place! Fast WiFi and good environment for getting work done.

Great customer service, the staff was very friendly. However, the drinks we got were awful. They were both very watery and did not resemble milk tea at all. We had the horchata flavor and it did not taste like horchata, it was very sour and after at while it looked very gross. Also dont recommend the lychee milk tea, it tasted funny and so did the lychee jelly. The lychee jelly has tasted much better before though. We went on April 14th, later on our stomachs started to hurt

It’s a great little place but I’m going to give it three stars because it seams like every time I go they have no boba and some employees are kind of aggressive like I asked for boba and the girl said I don’t have boba right now rudely like if I was bothering her. It’s called boba city but they don’t have boba when I go. Very disappointing cause it’s cute.

Amazing shaved ice! We really wanted to try the taro flavor, but they were out so we went with the mango flavor instead. It was so delicious! For toppings, we had kiwi, mango, pomegranate popping boba, mochi, and Pocky sticks. So so good. We were told that the ice is homemade by the owners which is great. The guy and girl helping us were incredibly kind and patient with our first time ordering, explaining the flavors and toppings. We ultimately went with size small as the guy explained that it was a significant amount of ice. It was perfect size for the 3 of us to share. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back (to try taro ^_^)!

They were extremely nice, but the smoothies did not taste like they were made with real fruit. And it took soooo long for them to make two drinks. I was almost late for work because it took them nearly 20 minutes to make the drinks.

Highly recommend. This place is small but has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with board games and fun music playing. It’s a great place to bring the kids for a nice treat. The woman working was so sweet and although she was the only person working our drinks came out in no time. The drinks were amazing! I ordered the honeydew milk tea and it was delicious.

Love this place !!! I always go for my Taro smoothie, they make it just how I like it . One time they were already closed since it was past 9pm but they still made me my drink at 9:35pm since they were still cleaning up. Love the hospitality and customer service.

I really enjoyed my first time visiting last night! Very inexpensive snacks (like appetizers) and had a delicious Hazelnut Milk Tea. I really really loved the fact that I was able to choose how much sugar I wanted in my tea. Other places, I cannot do that and they make it overly too sweet for my liking! Didn’t have to experience that here :) definitely will be coming back!

One of of the few places we love to come for our Boba Tea fix, this place is tiny but you walk inside and its spacious. It is beautifully decorated and has plenty of seats to seat on. They have a variety of board games which is awesome. They have plenty of drinks to drink from.

My drink was not good at all. The tapioca has a very weird and not smooth texture. I am also not crazy about the location.Update:I had their basic milk tea (can’t remember the exact name but I think it was named after the restaurant). And I went during night time and it’s basically the only place open in that strip, doesn’t feel that safe to me.

My daughter loves this place and always wants to go. Very good customer service. Will be going again.

Place is always nice and clean. Staff is always helpful. When I have guest I always mention them as a place to visit while in Houston that is when I remember. The beard certainly enjoys the boba tea here.

This is some good Boba Tea. The service was a bit slow to get orders out, and the price was a bit high.I wish I had seen their small food menu before I finished ordering, since I would have loved to have tried something besides just the boba tea. The food menu was printed on a single sheet of paper off to the left, so it was hard to notice.They did a great job decorating the place. It is by far the nicest place in that strip mall. Dont let the parking lot fool you, this place is pretty hip on the inside.

I smelled strong chemical scent you can smell from nail salon when l walked in. Then the lady burnt sesame balls. Then my boy friend said it was burnt she denied and argued him that it was not burnt. Then she said she did not changed oil.

Easily the best Boba shop Ive ever been to. I went a few years ago and started going again last year, the quality of the drinks are always consistent and much better then a lot of the boba shops Ive been to. They offer smoothies, milk teas, cold teas,a the best in house shaved ice and finger foods, a variety of boba as well as jellies. They use all natural produce/fruits to make their drinks which is a HUGE plus. Vegan friendly and kid friendly. Great seating, music, atmosphere and the staff is helpful and friendly. Im the ambassador for Boba City but I would only ambassador a place I truly love and enjoy going to, their quality is enough for me to stay with them and stay loyal to this boba shop!

Im so glad I found this place! I had been driving out 25+ minutes all the way to Bellaire or Westheimer for good boba. Boba City is only 7 minutes from me!! The drinks were delicious! The potstickers & edamame were delicious! The staff was soo nice and I appreciated their smiles behind their covid19 masks. Ill definitely be back, I want to try every flavor.

Absolutely delicious drinks, always clean and the decor is on point, the owners are amazing people, so are the employees, everything is fresh none of that fake stuff just Natural and healthy stuff for your body, plenty of parking great location, I have drank just about every drink they have, and love the mini bobas they have now, will follow them where ever they go, it is hard to find affordable natural drinks now days, if in Houston this place is a must, they also have food, and delicious flavors, keep also in mind they have these delicious shaved ice cream plates they serve not sure of the name but they are huge servings and super affordable, they have games you can enjoy while hanging out with friend or family, you can make it a day or a date., AND FOR THE WINYREVIEW, claiming is not safe?? Hmm did they not noticed the police station at the corner just a few feet away.

I stopped into Boba City yesterday and it is a great spot! They have smoothies, snow ice (shaved ice-snow cone-ice cream-like dessert), bubble tea, some finger food, and more. Perfect spot to meet a friend for not-coffee or take the kids for a treat. They have a whole bunch of board games, too. It is clean with modern decor. They have a Groupon right now if you want to try a drink for $2! I hope the community will support it because we dont have a lot of options like this nearby.

I finally made it to this cute lil boba shop! They follow me on instagram and I had to stop by. They have so many cute snacks and and games to keep you and your friends entertained! It’s a drive on my part. But completely worth it!

This place is really great, its clean and they have a good assortment of drinks food and different types of boba and jellies. Usually there is only one person working there so it might take a while to get your drink if its busy, but its worth it. I really love the smoothies, if your looking for something to try get one of those with your choice of jelly!! I like the passion fruit smoothie with the plain boba!

Its a great spot, they have so many options. The snow ice is so good they put a bunch of toppings. Prices are pretty good as well and they have a reward system. Not to mention a couple games you can kill time with.

Amazing drinks and food but the Hispanic girl with blonde hair was soooo rude 😡 we got in there around 8:35 and she was really rude about serving us, because she said she was trying to leave but the open sign was still on. and plus it closes at 9 I almost didn’t want to pay for my drinks because she was slamming stuff around doing everything aggressively 😠 she was so mad and did not hide it, she said “well y’all already in here” after my boyfriend asked if she would serve us when we walked in at 8:35 it was not 9 yet she gave us an ugly look the whole Time. I never write reviews like this, but I feel like the people managing the place should get better workers y’all are awesome!! I love this place but not with people like her in it such bad vibes 😡 I want to give it a 5 star but she made me so uncomfortable 😔
