This is my 2nd vehicle (6 touring, then CX-5 grand touring) from Russell Smith Mazda. Gilton made my process so seamless and quick. The GM Steve is great, as is my favorite Service Manager Steven. This place is so awesome and I had such a great experience with my last car I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

This Is the worst dealership. I went there on Monday and told them I had low tire pressure reading on my dash. I stated on Saturday my tire was low and put 32 psi in my car. But again the alert came on. Went to this dealership and they said I had too much air in my tire. I was told they released the air and I was good to go. I asked the service advisor which tire was it and he said he didn’t know. Wow! So the technician didn’t communicate that information with the service advisor. I left. Two days later the alert reads again low tire pressure. I go back to this dealership and was told I have a nail in the tire and it can’t be fixed because it’s on the side. Said I need to replace the tire. Well I have a tire warranty from when I purchased my vehicle. They told me to call that dealership for that information when I already told these people I evacuated from Louisiana due to hurricane Ida. But I already knew my warranty information. But they didn’t try to work with me at all. They wouldn’t let the warranty company pay them directly because it would take them 24-48 hours for them to get their money. I’m covered and they could verify that information when they called. They wanted me to pay $201! I left. They had no concern. Didn’t care that I wasn’t from here and basically stuck out. But thank god for discount tire company. They accept the warranty and took me right away. And I can’t wait to get to a real Honda dealership that care about their customers.

Absolutely terrible experience with these guys I would not trust anything on their website, which is clear to me now needs a lot of work, youre better off going to any other dealership that is more transparent about their stock and prices. They gladly took my information and performed a Hard Inquiry on my credit report but lied about delivering a vehicle I purchased online.Their manager Justin Hopkins has his email just for show apparently because there has been no response to any of my emails. Stay clear from this place at all costs.

Received great service in the past, sent my son there for his car. Communication between service agent and my son was non existent, service was terrible. The car visually is worse than before. I no longer believe they care about people and completing proper repair work.

Just like other people I had a good service at the time of selecting the vehicle and doing the purchase transaction back in January 2021. But since it was late evening some papers needed to be process the day after. Sadly, I never received a $400 credit the sales person told me the dealership was supposed to give me. I called many many times to get this cleared out but accounting was never able to assist me. They kept telling me that they would try to pull the files from the initial transaction date and that they would get back with me, until this point they haven’t.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Drove an hour to show up and they lowballed trade in. Waited over an hour and a half to get a quote. Disorganized, dysfunctional sales staff. Other dealerships offering $6k more. When sales guy brought my car to give it back to me, he was flying through parking lot. Horrible customer service and cocky. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Dorian on Labor Day. We were shopping for a Honda and saw some really good deals at Russ. We drove down and looked at a few, then we test drive a 2020 EXL. We really liked the car but saw a 1.5 sports that we liked better. We sat down to talk numbers. We mentioned that the price was more than we wanted to pay and were hoping to get it a little lower. Dorian walked off then came back and offered $500 off the MRSP. I then mentioned what would he do if we wanted to buy two vehicles today? Could you give us a better deal on two? He walked off again, then came back and said that he wouldnt be able to help us but would call tomorrow to see if we changed our mind. We left there and to Keating Honda in Conroe and bought 2 Hondas. Dewayne Murphy was our salesman and said if we wanted two cars, he was going you sell us two cars. We are very thankful for him! Dorian did call me the next day like he said but it was after 7pm and I was on my way home with one of my new rides. I felt he didnt take us serious about wanting to purchase or he may have been having a bad day. Whatever the issue was, as a salesman, you should never blow off a customer that comes in and say they are ready to buy.

I brought in my CRV to repair my AC that stopped cooling. Their quote to fix it was $3600. No thanks. They still charge $160 to inspect it. Then they advise that there are others looking to buy my car. I took it to another mechanic and it cost $800 to fix it. It works fine now. They use the repair service as bait to get you to trade up to another vehicle. Beware.

Its not cheap, but remember that you get what you pay for. You can pay less other places, but Ive never had bad work done here, and I cant say that about other places. Weve taken three Hondas here over the years, totaling roughly five hundred thousand miles (and counting). The money spent on maintenance is well worth it, as we can easily keep a car for five or ten years after theyre paid off. The upholstery wears out way behind the engine does. 😁

Came in for oil change and Mike M was very helpful and got me out at a promised hour due to volume of folks ahead of me. Came in today again for my brake fluid exchange and again Erick was very attentive and promised under 1.5 hrs... waited, and very pleasantly surprised was out in an hour. Very clean service center and will now bring both my cars here for all my service needs. Left Big Star Honda due to their horrid wait times and this place gets it right. Keep up the good work.

Dishonest and rude people all over this place. My wife brought her brand new CR-V twice for what should have been regular, simple maintenances, and both times they ended up suggesting and replacing the transmission fluid (her car had less than 40.000 miles by the time of her second visit). Of course she didn’t know better, otherwise she would never have authorized it. I’d suggest taking your vehicle to one of the great independent Honda mechanics in town, or somewhere else. There is really no need to get scammed by this dealership when there are so many options available. 0/10 would recommend.

Went there to see one car, the car is physically ready to view, theyve cleaned it of course but mechanical/state inspection was not done yet and Ac was not working. They already make u sign some papers and ask for ur cheque to secure the car. They always have this side story that 3-5 people are lining up to buy the car and one person is on the way etc.. I feel like Im being rush to buy the car.. I ended up not being excited about the car and I walk away...

I have been trying to find a more convenient Honda Dealership to do repair work for a long time! My warranty just ran out and my vehicle would not consistently turn on. I had checked it at auto zone and the clerk said the battery was good, but at this service center the technician found it was at 12% only! There is a diagnostic fee which is $160 and to change the battery is $240. So I opted to change the battery ( I know it is a bit steep!l) but the difference was $80 ( and comes with a graduated 10-year warranty) My service advisor was Brad Young and he tried to make this service easy and cost saving. He went out of his way to help and to accommodate me. Plus, he is the ONLY advisor at a Honda Dealership inside or close to The Loop who answers the phone! I will definitely be back for my service needs! The only draw back is the car wash is not working which after getting a service is always a welcome and much 💙🙏 Gift!!

Eric met us outside and I explained why we were there, which was a letter sent out to possibly trade in my 2019. We wanted to work a deal so my girlfriend could buy my trade in. Didn’t work out. Back and forth and back and forth. I ended up trading it in, but Roy Thorne, the GM, promised he would continue to work on a deal for my GF. He promised to call on the Monday after I purchased my car. I’ve called twice now and no response. I’m not happy at all! Makes me feel everything said was just to get my trade in, which had extremely low miles. Unless he calls by the end of the week, with a good excuse, I will not buy another car from there.09-29-21 update…. Roy did call back and had a justifiable reason. Now I’m waiting to see the outcome. I will update again!

Dishonest about oil change prices. As of 07.2021, the regular price of an oil change is $52 including taxes. However, they always honor coupons from other local Honda dealerships, bringing the price to $39.95 + tax (= $43.25). When handing the receipt over, the guy told us it was $45 including tax, but the receipt actually said $49.95 + tax = $52. Incidentally, $2.05 tax tax is listed for both of the $49.95 and $42.95 receipts, which is incorrect.My mother broke her reading glasses, so she was relying on the Honda guy to tell her the truth of what she had been charged.The told her that $52 wasnt the real charge (but that was the only receipt we had).About to leave, I glanced at the receipt and had my mother return because ripping off old people is not cool. After going back, the guy finally re-issued a new receipt for $42.95 + tax = $45. He claimed that $45 WAS in fact $39.95 INCLUDING tax. 12.65% is not the tax rate in Houston.And $42.95 was NOT the promotional price for the oil change. On top of that, the guy that there wasnt anything he could do about having charged her incorrectly. No refunds, he said.When I heard about all this, I was furious, and decided to chat with the service manager. I think his name was Wes. He was not apologetic - as if the higher pricing were normal practice - but after some arguing, he did refund the overcharge. Why are they taking advantage of senior citizens and fleecing more than the agreed upon prices?Oh, and the oil change took nearly 4 hours. Given that their werent customers ahead of us, and the promised wait time was 1.5 hr, who did they decide to service ahead of us?

Recently I unexpectedly had to visit the Russel & Smith Honda service center. This was my first time going to their service department so I wasnt sure what to expect as far as customer service. There I met Brad who took care of my car with expertise and speed. No one likes having to bring their car in for service but Brads knowledge and customer care he provided was top notch and I recommend him to anyone needing their car taken care of. Purchased a car in October, and bought a maintenance plan with it. Two oil changes and one tire rotation per year. Took three attempts at the first oil change to realize it was a scam. They always have an excuse for why they cant do the work. Cant do an oil change in the Express Service lane in under four hours?? The sales experience wasnt bad, but steer clear of the service department. My visit today was to get a refund for the prepaid maintenance.Update: Ive had dealer contact and kept the maintenance plan. Hoping my issues were due to an under staffed service department and one employee with really poor customer service skills. Had my first service and it was a pleasant experience. Gerardo got me in and out efficiently.

I bought a brand new Honda Accord 2021 with a protection package to protect my wheels and tires. Well 1 week after purchasing my car, all four wheels and tires were stolen off of my vehicle. Called Honda and of course they stated the protection package is not guaranteed. The worst experience, Honda could have prepared me that the locks on the wheels were not truly protected through the protection package.

We went in for regular oil change service with no appointment. Erick was so helpful and friendly. He gave us the recommendations based on the fact that we had never had service done with them before. He was polite and not pushy at all. Thats what we like. The wait was reasonable too. We will definitely be going back for the rest of our car care. This is what your Oil Change will look like! went for an oil change and service dept. decided not to put oil cap back on. What is crazy, supervisor never came out his cave to apologize or offer a full refund on the service provided that day! This is was my second issue with this service dept, my car is currently being inspected by Gillman Honda, since I am concerned my car was damaged and work was not well done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND service department.

Bad experience. My car was ready but since Gerardo the service guy went to a meeting and the guy that was supposed to take care of my car did not pay attention, no one told me my car was ready. Waited an extra 35 min until I went and asked if they were done. Joe the manager was not helpful, pointless to complain since nothing is done about the bad customer service.

When I say Duck is the best salesman, I TRULY mean it!! It was my first time purchasing a car and he was the most professional and kindest person I have came across. He made the experience so easy for me. He even left a little note in my car congratulating me on my first buy. If It honestly wasn’t for him, I would have still been struggling to find a car. I previously had gone to several dealerships, but always felt pressured to buy a car by the sales person but not Duck. He was the most patient and didn’t make me feel pressured into getting a vehicle. He was straight up about pricing and even looked out for me when it came to insurance. Worst car buying experience in my life. I loved this place 10 years ago when I bought my Honda Insight. I came back to look at a minivan. Instead, the sales person sat me down, demanded my drivers license, requested my phone number and address so she could enter all my personal details into her system before she would show me even one car.She had problems with her system. I sat in by seat inside for 30 minutes while she messed around with her system. I asked her several times why she needed all this personal information when all I wanted to do was see the minivan on my day off.Finally I asked her why she needed all this personal information, I just wanted to see the car. So I left. Never coming back again. I’d rather give my $40,000 dollars to someone that actually cares about customers first instead of treating me like cattle for slaughter.I hope the next Honda dealership isn’t this bad or I’ll be forced to switch to Toyota.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My CR-V was having starting issues, and previous mechanics told me it was a battery issue. However, I had replaced my battery twice already, so I came to Russell & Smith thinking they would be able to find a solution for me. At first they said it was my battery, but then asked to keep my car overnight. The next day, they told me my positive cable was corroded, and to replace it would cost $800. I refused the replacement, and they still charged me a hefty diagnosis price of $160. I went to another trusted mechanic, and they told me my cables were fine and did not need replacing. Do not go to dealerships for complex issues, otherwise youll be given a fake diagnosis and charged ridiculous, unreasonable prices.

I have been a frequent customer of the service dept for more than 5 years. I had regular maintenance and oil change done on 7/1 and was told that in the multipoint inspection everything was fine (all were rated green except the spark plugs which I changed at that visit). Almost exactly a month later, my AC goes out and I also hear a strange noise. Suddenly the service dept said I had a bunch of issues with the car that were marked red on the multipoint inspection exactly 30 days after my last service. I was told that it would cost $7900 to fix everything which was not worth it for a 2010 Civic. The associate then asked if I wanted to look at a new car that day and I said no. I trusted the dealership’s inspection and bought a new car a week later. A family member who bought my old car took it to a mechanic who said the car was in excellent shape except for the AC compressor and tensioner which could be fixed for $1500. I’m disgusted that this dealership took advantage of me as a loyal customer and will tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.

Business is earned and this dealer definitely will not be earning my business again.Brought in my Honda for service. I was not greeted by any service consultant when I arrived and had to look for someone to help me. I waited at the dealer ship for 3 and half hours for a routine service; during the entire time, no one came to update me on the progress of my car and I had to go to the counter to inquire about the status; again there 4 consultants working and no one seemed to notice customerd waiting. Once the service was completed, i expected my car to be pulled to the front; however I was handed my key and had to walk to my car. In addition, their car wash machine was broke, so there was no complimentary car wash. Needless to say I will not be returning for services in the future and they also lost a potential customer for a new car purchase in the coming months.

The day I pick up my vehicle, I had a pleasant experience. Now my temporary license plates are expiring and I cant reach anyone. Several numbers have been disconnected. Left several voice-mails and emails for 2 wks. No response and the one time they do answer, they hung the phone up in my face. This is a last resort. Im hoping someone sees this and responds. I just want my plates.

Dishonest service advisor. Came in on a Saturday for regular maintenance, only simple oil change needed as the dashboard sign indicated. Got in express line for 15 mins and a lady came out asked what we need.We said we only need oil change. She then suggested us to do tire rotation but she also said she didn’t have a price for that. We asked for a quote she replied no problem at all and promised she would call back to let us know. She then had me sign on the service request form. At this time there were no numbers written at all since we were still waiting for the quote. We also told the lady this is a leased car so oil change and basic maintenance is included according to the lease. The lady just said she didn’t have our lease on hand but she will let the service advisor check that and give us the quote for tire rotation. (I was literally told by the sales person that my leased car comes with free basic maintenance and I should never worry about being charged because once the service advisor puts my name down in the system it should automatically reminds the advisor about my lease details).Constantine, who was our advisor never call during our 2 hour wait. The first call I got from him was just letting me know the car is ready for pick up. When we got there he said the total was $60 something without giving any explanation. We asked what that was all about he only said oil change and tire rotation. We explained about our lease he then showed me the service request form and said the price was written on the form and I signed. We emphasized the lease again and told him to check. He still insisted that the form has my signature with a price next to it. He even said that means I agree with it.The truth was the numbers was written after I signed and he tried to trick us. He knew we know his trick, he said he would revise the receipt without any apology or any explanation at all. He know the oil change is free all the time. Apparently he’s got caught for his cheating behavior and he knew it.At the end he still charged me for over $10 dollars for something I still didn’t understand where he got that number. And the only reason I paid is for my own peace.I have been coming here for the maintenance all the time, I know I will get a survey email after service. But this time I never receive it. And the company always emphasizes they want to make things right to get that 5 stars. I don’t know if this another trick for the advisor to avoid the bad rating.This was just horrible and that was not the first time of his dishonest behavior. He was my advisor for my previous leased civic and he kept pushing me for some services I did not need. I said no but he made the service schedules without my permission and kept sending me reminders for some appointments I never made.

I just came from picking up my vehicle because it needed a new battery. When I got it I hadnt noticed until half way home because I was tired from work that there was cigarette ashes in my cup holder. I called to complain and the guy who answered the phone said I know my guys wouldnt do that and gave the excuse that my car was unlocked from when it got towed and that it couldve been a bum.

Henry Reece provided the best experience that I have had purchasing a new vehicle.On 11JAN2020 I visited R&S Honda with the intent on purchasing a Honda Passport. Was initially looking at the Pilot. I was thoroughly explained the differences between the two vehicles and best value for my situation. I chose the Pilot Touring.Henry also made me feel valued as a customer by taking the time to introduce me to the sales force and the layout of the dealership. Most importantly, he ensured that I felt comfortable with the value offered on my trade. Ive always gotten an uneasy feeling about trading vehicles in to the dealership. With Henry, I didnt have that feeling.I would recommend Henry and this dealership for purchasing a new Honda!

Be very careful here, they have dishonest practices. I was inquiring on Edmunds and David contacted me and wouldnt give me a price upfront unless I went in. At that point, I thought he gave us a good deal, wrote on a piece of paper and told me and my husband that was the price if we financed. The finance lady was the worst experience of all because:- She talked too much almost as a distraction tactic, kept moving quickly through the contract and pointing at the signature line and saying sign here, I should have asked her to please let me read quietly, but I didnt notice until the next day that I had paid $1,000 more for the vehicle since the price David quoted me was the amount financed, And they made it look in the contract as if it was the total because it was the bigger number at the very bottom. But if you look one line above, it said minus the deposit. Hard to explain, but if youre buying a car make sure that you look at the total line item header, not only at the financed amount, because The total amount of finance will be bold and larger, and you may think thats the price you agreed to. As we did.- She got visibly upset when we declined all warranties, I had never experienced that from a professional in her professional setting- although the application only included my name and salary information, when I declined the warranties for the 3rd time, she turned to my husband and said, What do you think, youre the one paying for it?I was disappointed that when I called to speak to the manager, nobody called me back. But I think its important to warn others about the practices at this dealership. I have bought many new cars, and Ive never felt duped like this.

All of the staff members were kind and it is one of the most recent dealerships Ive been to. I am very satisfied with the service and the product and I will definitely be returning again. I had all of my maintenance for my car here. The customer service department here is fantastic. Recently, I also did my car inspection here and got it done in half an hour. My service advisor Stephen is kind and nice who asked for a reasonable price and explained everything in detail. They even helped me washing the car after the service. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Had an appointment with a sales associate and he was a no show. Got three different stories from his fellow coworkers regarding his whereabouts. Went to the front desk to let the associates know that I was leaving after waiting for half an hour without an update from anyone. They stated that the sales associate was busy with another customer, yet they never informed me of this as I sat waiting. As I left the dealership, I received a phone call asking me to turn around and come back and that they would assist me. They then proceeded to inform me that the associate I had an appointment with was not in today. Obviously, they do not value your time. What a complete waste of time.

One of the parts they claimed that they have changed were the lower ball joints, which should be changed according to the service bulletin of Honda of America. Lately I realized that the service department either lied and did not change the lower ball joints at all or that they installed the wrong or the same defective parts again, and of course they have charged me and charged my warranty policy for that.I went back to the service department after I knew about the issue but the service manager was not willing to take care of this mistake because there was long time passed since the (changed them), so they expect me to be a mechanic to test which part they changed and match the parts numbers, not to trust them as a dealer.The attached picture shows the service bulletin, and the recommended part number should be stamped with the letter P and marked with the yellow mark. The other picture shows that the part that they claimed to change has no P stamp and no yellow marker.Please do not reply to me and asking me to contact the General Manager Justin Hopkins, because I have contacted him and I did not receive any reply

They are a little slow at times and I dont get a good vibe from them at other times. When they say they do all the checks complimentary however they really dont check at all. I can attest to this because last time they said my brakes where brand new when I havent changed them for 2 years... but still not bad for a dealership, since others are sometimes worst.

This has to be the best dealership I’ve ever been to. The buying process was so smooth! I contacted Henry Reece to purchase a new 2020 Accord EX-L. He worked through the night to ensure I was going to have a smooth purchase the following day when I had an appointment. There were no questions asked. He prepared the car I wanted and got to the point about the price and features. He was very detailed and specific about what would happen in the dealership and eased all of my concerns about the process. When I came into the dealership they work very diligently to get my financing taken care of and contract documents signed in a fast efficient manor. I drove off the lot with my new car and a much much much better idea of what the process SHOULD be! If you’re planning to by a Honda this is the place to go. Everything was fine until the end when he told me they didnt have the part which I understood, but didnt even allow me to finish talking when he turned his back to me started walking towards the back. Common courtesy would say that you should allow me to finish before rudely turning away from me so I stood at his desk and the other gentleman saw me and took the initiative to assist me. My time is important too I understand its 330 pm, but dont need to treat me so disrespectfully. Then when Constantine arrived back I tried to explain what I asked the other worker to do so it was all straightened out but he basically shuuued me away with a hand gesture and a nod while he was on the phone. That was so disrespectful and on top of everything he parked my opened door car outside of the roofed area while it was raining wetting my door .. There were no other cars why didnt he park it under the roof to not wet my inside. I know my car is old but i treasure my car I want to take the best care I can of it. I am one of the best testimonial Honda has because I have had my car since college 15 years and its still going strong. I wish he could understand the value of that and treat it as I do, with care.

I went to the Russell & Smith Body Shop for an inspection on 3-3-21 following a front-end collision. The Estimator agreed to remove the front bumper to check for damage. The Estimator parked my car an open area between work bays and after about 30 minutes, he returned my car to me, stating there was no damage. Because I had watched my car from the parking area the entire time it was in the body shops work area, I knew the Estimator had not removed the bumper or performed any other type of inspection involving disassembly. I asked the Estimator if he had removed the bumper - he said he had and I told him I had watched my car and knew he was lying. He then repeated the lie (this time stating the removal had taken place at the far side of the bays) and then admitted he had not removed the bumper. I called for the Shop Foreman to come out and told him of the Estimators lie, and which point the Estimator lied again and said he had not told me that he had removed the bumper. The Shop Foreman gave me the stereotypical I apologize for the misunderstanding line. I then contacted the Manager, who asked (several times) if I had a witness and gave me the I apologize if line. I then contacted the VP of Russell & Smith, who was more personable, but declined to indicate results of any investigation into the incident. As a long-term Honda owner, I wont be making any future use of Honda repair facilities.

My husband and I have been car shopping for a new family SUV for a year and a half. We decided to check out the new Pilots so we went to Russell and Smith Honda a week before Christmas. When we arrived we were greeted by Ernest Nornie, a sales rep. He was very nice and very willing to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us all the different trims for the 2021 Pilot. We test drove one and loved it. We couldn’t decide which trim and color we liked best so he pulled around a pilot in each trim and when we decided which one we liked and the color we decided to talk numbers. There was normal back and forth negotiation but Ernest was very respectful and understanding with where we wanted to be. My husband wanted to think about the price overnight and texted Ernest that evening with one last offer. The next day we were driving back to R&S Honda to sign the paperwork and drive home in our new 2021 Honda Pilot. After car shopping for over a year and a half, it was refreshing to work with someone like Ernest who wasn’t pushy or anything. He was very understanding and willing to do what he could to get us the best car for the best price. I would definitely send my friends and family there to work with Ernest.

My husband, me, my uncle, and brother came with the intent to look for two cars for my husband and I. We contacted them beforehand to ask to test drive the cars we wanted and to see if they had the color we wanted. They said yes. When we got there, they said they didnt have the car color we wanted and it was a mistake. We decided to still make the best of it and ask to test drive the car. He asked us for our own insurance. My uncle said that has never been asked before. The car salesman, Michael Salazar started arguing its company policy for this location. A heated argument started and escalated. He directed us to the manager which he then was also rude as well. I do understand if its a policy, its a policy. But the offensive and degrading way it was executed to us was absolutely inappropriate and uncalled for. I am a family lawyer and i truly believe in customer service. In this case, it was unprofessional and everyone in my group had a different experience but were equally offended due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

Best experience I had here at Russell & Smith, had gone a day before to Gillman Honda in Spring & had the worst experience with the sales manager & gm being very pushy wanting me to sign before even explaining my monthly, interest rate & required me to put a 1500 down that wasn’t needed. Came in early morning to Russell & Smith, got helped by Prannath Pranu the Internet Sales associate & got situated w no money down, very smooth transaction & well explained by Mr. Charles the Sales Manager. I left with the 2021 Honda Accord Sport I was looking for at this location, unlike Gillman that kept saying “this is the last sport in Houston” & wasn’t the color I wanted. Will most definitely refer people to this dealer/location. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend getting simple services here. I have tried to be understanding over the past few years but my experiences remain unsatisfying.For an oil change, they do not take appointments and no matter what time I go, it seems to take 3-4 hours to get the service done. While they open the service department at 7 AM, you would need to be in line by 6 or 6:15 to be near the front of the line. I am just not willing to spend 4 hours for an oil change, though I ended up doing it when I was told it would take an hour.The last time I was there, they told me I needed a new cabin air filter and engine air filter. I had recently replaced them myself so when I got home, I checked both and they were fine. Another time, they told me I needed new tires. 3 years and 30,000 miles later, the tire tread has not reached the wear bars. I was not able to find any sidewall rubber cracking that they mentioned.There is a technical service bulletin for my cars transmission. I have had the symptoms 1-2 times a month since I bought the car 7 years ago. When I first discussed the problem, I was told it was normal for a CVT transmission but it is obviously not normal since there is a service bulletin. Even though the issues only occasionally shows up 1-2 times a month, Russell & Smith Honda says that they will not fix it unless the problem occurs when they are in the car. They suggested I leave the car with them for an unknown period of time, which i cannot do.Finally, I once took advantage of their shuttle service to get to work one morning. I was 90 minutes late and my job was only about 3 miles away. They were not available to pick me up to get back to my car so I had a friend drop me off.In summary, every experience I have had at Russell & Smith Honda has been sub par. Dont fall into the trap of using an oil change coupon and wasting hours of your time.

This is the WORST service department I have ever experienced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Head over to Gillman Honda instead. It is 100% different as far as service experience. Well worth the 20 min drive. Dont believe me ? Go check out their service awards. Russell and Smiths service department is TERRIBLE. They had me and 15 other cars waiting in their services lanes to be checked in, many of us with apts already, Only to tell us an hour later that their computer systems were down. They have a great selection of vehicles but I dont think they care about you once the car is off the lot.My first experience with this was when I purchased my vehicle: I paid for mud flaps and they werent in stock so they told me to come the next weekend. I scheduled it and arrived the next weekend and (1) no one knew what was going on and (2) the part wasnt in available and no one told me until sending me between departments for over two hours. I left.Its now time for my oil change so I scheduled it through their online service a week prior, left notes about the mud flap, and to call me in advance because I had questions. No call, and when I arrived they told me theyre not using their own online portal. Thats well and dandy except I had also called and left a voicemail earlier trying to understand how my service would be handled.The car selection is great and theyre in a good location, but if my vehicle werent under warranty I would take my business elsewhere.

Ive been having issues with the Odyssey that I purchased at Russell and Smith. My radio makes a terrible static noise and I brought it in no less than a dozen times to be fixed. Its still not fixed and super annoying. Ive been told multiple things, including a representative from Honda will come out to look at it but now Ive been completely ghosted by the service department. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different dealership that will take care of you after your purchase from them.

I made my first big purchase with Henry and it was so amazing and painless I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel pressured at all. And I felt like overall my satisfaction was their priority. Henry has since been a great help as I navigate through this big city alone. He was nice enough to deliver my car to me and even helped me with a few silly questions. I greatly appreciate it. And thank you for calling me back and contacting me even when you were off and didn’t have to. Service seems to be going downhill since Ive last been to Russell and Smith Honda. I was here a few years ago with a good friend of mine when she bought her car and she received the best care. When I went this past weekend, lets just say that what I received wasnt the best. I was finally looking for a car of my own. I already had a vehicle in mind and the website showed that Russell and Smith had it in stock. This location was the closest to where I live. A friend of mine called the dealership to make sure they had it in stock. They assured us it was. My wife and I went to the dealership along with a friend and another over the weekend and all they had in stock was another color. We told the salesguy, Michael salazar, that we called and he confirmed over the phone that they had it. He said that we were mistaken and that we asked for silver which is the color they had. I was annoyed but decided to overlook this. My wife was looking for a vehicle herself and wanted to test drive a Honda pilot. Apparently to test drive anything, you need to show proof of insurance which is unusual. My friend thought it was unusual as well since he recently just purchased a Honda at a different location and only provided a license to test drive his car. There was a heated discussion with the salesguy and management. So we left. I decided to get the vehicle at a different Honda dealership, but dont expect me to come back here to get it serviced.

I Love my new 2018 Honda Civic EX! Last year I received an email from Honda Russell & Smith to repurchase my previous Honda, at that time I had a 2015 Honda Fit (which by the way was terrific on gas). I went to the dealership not expecting to buy anything. However, I just wanted to see what could be a possibility. I went in and met with Ari (my salesperson) who got my car appraised and was able to provide me with a deal I could not turn down. I got all the features I wanted and more; my favorite feature is Carplay. If you are looking for a salesperson who gets you the best deal, please ask for Ari.
