I’ve been purchasing/leasing vehicles from this dealership (formerly Spring Branch Honda) since 2016. I was concerned about the name change, but decided to follow through as the location is extremely convenient to work and to my home.First off, Kasey with a K (yes, this is how he refers to himself) is about as entertaining as they come. You forget you’re at a dealership when working with him. We all know the feeling of dread when you have to go to the dealership. The pushy sales, the back & forth, its time consuming and its just not where you really want to be on your free time. I felt none of this because Kasey with a K was so wonderful. More importantly, he worked hard to get me a great deal! I walked out with way more than I thought I was getting going into this process. Thank you, Kasey with a K! The finance manager was quick with my paperwork, explained things well and I was out the door fast. Finally they washed my new car, filled the tank and I was on the road. I’m beyond thrilled with my new lease. Over the years, I’ve had a total of 5 Honda vehicles. I love the brand and style. This is the first new car I have ever purchased and my experience here was superb. Alyssa was really good to work with and made the entire process extremely painless. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Blaine (finance) was helpful and patient with my questions. If I buy another car Im definitely coming back here!!Update:They are very quick to pressure you for reviews after the deal is sealed. I guess after you buy the car they dont bother to be as responsive to inquiries in regards to your title and plates.Also after a week or so of ownership I noticed on my driver-side real bumper there was a weird circular mark on the paint. I had to shell out 1.4K to get the car detailed so they can remove the defect so if you buy a car from here....please examine if carefully. In my case - the car wasnt ready when I got there to close the deal because it was being detailed.
Hands down best dealership in Houston! I finally got the courage to buy my first car through Easy Honda with the help of Franklin and Janet. They went above and beyond to get me the car that I’ve wanted! The process was super smooth and the service was beyond amazing. They were both understanding during the buying/signing process due to the fact that I had to go to an interview in the process of buying my car. In spite of my financial situation they found me the best deal that they can get me and Im forever grateful. Super professional and honest! I only liked my experience because of Johnny. He was informative, very helpful, and easy to talk to. I had a problem with my A/C and i was informed by the service rep. On the phone that my car model condenser have an extended warrants and it will be replaced for free . Joshua sachez took in the car .. Unknowingly to him i had the car checked already with Honda of katy they did check it for free and said i have a problem with the condenser and the compresser., now joshua of EASYHONDA is saying the condenser is good but the compressor is bad and it will cost me $2300. Just because Honda is replacing the condenser for free because it has an extended warranty. EASYHONDA wants To deny me the free condenser replacement and telling me to pay $150 for diagnostic with no repair.. This is a Scam ... bad experience

After my first car financing experience four years ago, I was terrified of visiting the dealership. Easy Honda set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Gabriel Marginas was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the HR-V itself but in walking me through the entire process. He offered me exactly the car I desired without pushing towards selling additional add ons. He was even able to beat the price of the Costco Auto Program was showing me. I actually had a good experience with the salesman Eddy, but my problems came afterward. I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere and reached out to cancel my deposit here.I was told that I would need to come into the store today to get my refund. When I called back, nobody answered. I had to get ahold of someone through the sales line and tell them to cancel my effing deposit before they confessed that there was actually nobody at the store who could do it until the following Monday, and that they would take care of it then. He didnt seem to understand why it would make me angry to be told Id need to come into the store today to get a refund, especially when it wasnt even possible to do.Update:Easy Honda did not refund the deposit nor even contact me about it by the agreed-on time. The person I did get ahold of was very rude, aggressive, and patronizing - the instruction I received was take it up with your credit card company ... so I did.I called the Chase fraud department to dispute the charge. They investigated and credited the amount back to my card.Car dealerships are a sales industry like any other, filled with a mix of honest and dishonest people. My opinion is that the folks at Easy Honda didnt really have any intention of honoring their refundable deposit, or at the very least they wanted to make it as difficult to possible so they could leverage it into other sales tactics. Very unethical and disrespectful. Be careful trusting these guys with your money - there are lots of other dealers out there who wont play games with you and your money when things dont work out.

I made a service appointment earlier this week. Came in today at the appropriate time, told service my name and that I had a appointment. They came back trying to sell me something I didnt ask for or needed, seriously my oil life was at 60% and I have new tires I dont need a change or rotation. After I reminded them what I was there for, I was told they wouldnt even look at it for another 2days. I dont understand why they had open appointment slots if they cant work on it until days later. The maintenance I needed was to fix my AC so I felt like I had no choice in this summer Texas heat but I will not be coming back here. And I advise everyone no not even bother with Easy HondaReview edit: Getting my car back was a more pleasant experience than dropping it off, so I added one more star. I think the real issue is that the staff and the company procedures arent on the same page. More evidence of this? Who ever called me said that Ill get a notification that my car is ready but I shouldnt listen to it, I just need to wait for HIS second phone call. So either they have employees that are trying to cheat the system, or whoever is in charge doesnt know what they are doing and we suffer for it. Either way, get your act together Easy Honda. Im sure youre more than capable if you tried.

I just leased a 2021 Honda CR-V from Easy Honda. When I first visited the dealership I was met by sales associate Austen Boyce. I had my heart set on a silver CR-V EX-L. Its to be expected in these times that this vehicle was not available at this dealership or in this area. Cars are frequently bought before arriving at the dealers. Austen suggested that perhaps the vehicle could be found at another dealership and shipped to Easy Honda. I had previously been to a number of dealers and NOT ONE made a similar offer. Well I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a reasonablerate and it arrived in at Easy very quickly. From day one Austen was professional, courteous, patient and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better sales associate. Austen represented Easy Honda in an excellent manner as well as my interests.I should mention that Janet Cousins in Finance was of great help as well.

First of all I’ dont like DEALERS at all, They are usually aggressive, they push you to buy, dont let you go, they make you feel bad and a lot of lies.BUT, have to say that, definetly it was easy to buy here. Since i made the first call I’ talk to Eduardo, it was almost 7:15pm he wait for me to arrive even tho i went almost 7:30pm. He was patient, show few options to me and my wife, we went looking for new Cr-v and end up buying a almost new used Pilot. He offer us to try many options which make even better for us, so that way we could be sure of our decision. He wait til 11:30pm so he can deliver our new car. I suggest contacting Eduardo, he is in the used car area. Was really a great experience, and believe me, I’ dont like car sales people but Eduardo was gooood.The Manager at used cars was nice too, not aggressive at all and open to negotiate a reasonable price. The finance process was easy too with the help of Janeth and Omar and they offer few different finance options.Before coming here i went to Gillman honda and fort bend and didn’t like how they treat me. Almost all dealers are trying to make you beg them to sell a car to you because they are almost sold out. The dealers i went before coming here, don’t even came out while i walk thru the parking lot for 10-15 minutes looking for a crv.This is my 4th Honda since i move to Houston and definetly this place was the best. A great place to come.

I contacted the dealership requesting a quote, because I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. I received a return phone call and explained that I did not need a test drive. I stated that I was ready to buy and wanted to know the best price he could offer. The salesman who called asked what the lowest price was that Id received elsewhere. I told him that I would not tell him that information. That isnt how I do business. He can give me his lowest offer, and, if his offer beat theirs, Id buy with him. He responded with, Thank you, maam, its been a pleasure doing business with you. Unbelievable! Thats one way to lose a sale in a hurry!

I was in Houston evacuating from New Orleans because of hurricane Ida. My car needed to be serviced so I googled the closest Honda dealership near me and it directed me to Easy Honda. Google couldn’t have directed me to a more perfect Honda service center. When I pulled up I was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Johnnie who happened to be the service director, I spoke with him briefly about my trip to Houston from New Orleans and he assured me that they would be able to get everything done in a reasonable time.The service advisor who helped me was Ruderis he was also extremely kind and friendly. The entire team of gentlemen whom I encountered from the service team were all extremely friendly and welcoming. I was beyond satisfied with the service they offered and how attentive they all were. I was quoted a wait time of an hour and the guys made sure they got the job done in time. Once my car was finished being serviced one of the team members went over the inspection checklist and informed me that my car was in great condition. The guys here are absolutely amazing and offered impeccable service, I highly recommend Easy Honda. They took great care of me and my car and they were all so generous and understanding of my situation being that I was an evacuee. Thanks again guys for everything!

My experience with Easy Honda was straightforward and good. I loved loved loved my salesperson Umer. He was always pleasant and not pushy. From beginning to end, Umer knew the truck I wanted and made sure I walked out with my purchase as a happy customer. The finance guy, Omar was always nice and respectful. He reminded me of McDreamy from Greys Anatomy ...calm cool and collected lol! They both understood what I wanted and in the end I feel good about my purchase and the overall experience received at this establishment. Will I go there again to buy my next car, a definite yes.
You may want to keep looking.I was told one thing to get me there, another thing at the beginning of the visit, then something different when it came time to close. Car buying has been a frustrating experience overall but I actually left angry due to the dishonesty & add-on charges. I get that most car places are going to try squeezing as much money out of you as possible, especially with current demand but it was obvious and a bit much. Plus the market adjustment fee and add on fees were higher than the 4 other Honda dealers I visited. I am at least happy the accidental $2,000 charge was dropped off my card but I did have to visit this location again and communicate with my bank a few times. I’m leaving the names of the people I worked with out because they were at least not unpleasant, even if the overall experience left me certain I’ll never come back or recommend this place.Also, I just want to be sure…is everyone else being charged a $1,000 deposit?
I used to think Carmax was the best in customer service standards for buying pre-owned cars, but to you guys they are merely a benchmark which you exceeded. I appreciate every aspect of the customer service provided at Easy Honda.In the future when Im able to afford the Acura NSX, youll be the first place I come to.

EDIT 2: I got the second key! Honestly, kudos to the Service department because they helped me out the most. It took a while but at least I wasnt losing my mind like I did the first time around when attempting to get the second key. Unfortunately, Easy Honda still gets 3 stars because of the amount of calling and nagging we had to do to even get noticed at all. :(1 star ---> 3 starsEDIT: We have called Easy Honda multiple times to request a second key for the new car - the first time, they said they have a second key and will mail it to us (which never happened). The second time we called, they said the car never came with a second key (how?). The third time, I had to call service, who told me to ask them for an IOU slip, in which no one responded or called me back (so I called a fourth time, also with no results). IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK. This should not be as difficult as it is! I am not here to attack the business but only to write down my honest thoughts. This was my first time purchasing a car and it was such an easy and great experience. I had no issues and all the staff made it a very smooth process. I worked with Chad Bodwin and Darion Shields and they were both very helpful and accommodating to all the questions that I had. I was able to walk away with a car that day and I am very pleased with their work! Darion looked after me every step of the way and Chad was as thorough as can be. Would recommend!

FTC FALSE ADVERTISING VIOLATION BY DEALERSHIP OF MULTIPLE VEHICLES OF EASY HONDAS (NEW MGMT AS OF 5/3/21)Manager, Marcelo Moreno, admitted that 50% of their inventory online was incorrectly marked – priced lower than what they are actually selling them for. It’s not even a bait-and-switch tactic, but instead a complete violation of ethical dealership practices with consumers in terms of advertising.The specific vehicle I was looking at had an internet special price of $12,999. When I arrived in person they told me the dealership had just switched from Honda Gillman to Easy Honda as of yesterday and they were unable to honor the prices that appeared by Honda Gillman.They stated the vehicle was $10,000 more than what the price showed.Still wanting to test drive the vehicle, I went to the new Easy Honda site and it still showed the price as $12,999.Marcelo Moreno was brought out by the sales associate I was working with after the test drive. He admitted that while they were open for business, 50% of their inventory was actually marked incorrectly and higher than what their site listed, and some vehicles were as far as $20K lower than what they were actually asking for (a truck being shown online for $26K when they were actually trying to sell it for $46K).He got VERY aggressive and snippy with me about the error, and was unwilling to talk about a lower price at all. He just said it was $10K more than the only price listed anywhere, and told me that he actually owned the same vehicle I was looking at and it’s value is $20K.I stated that if so much of their inventory was mismarked it’s a violation of Texas law for multiple counts of false advertising with the intent to sell. He said they had fine print in the paperwork that covers them for instances like this. I stated that the printout from what I saved on their site shows prices may not include accessories or color, not actually the “internet price” they were asking for the vehicle to get a customer in the store to purchase the car, and then jacking the price up by $10K.He said their new site went live last night (5/3/21) and they currently have IT techs in from AZ fixing new items. I said this vehicle has been listed on multiple sites for 34 days. He admitted that it was incorrectly listed their site, the original Honda Gillman, CarGurus, AutoTrader, and Cars.com as of today 5/4/21. All 5 of the sites showed the price $12,999, yet he refused to honor or even speak of lowering the value from the new $23K he stated it was.When I suggested if so much of their inventory was mismarked perhaps they should close their doors/gate to the public and wait until they were ready to actually sell vehicles at the prices they had listed on their site, especially since this showed this internet price was available at $12,999 today, 5/4/21. My sweet sales associated politely nodded and seemed to agree it was a gross negligence by the dealership, yet Marcelo Moreno raised his tone, refused to talk about any kind of lower price, refused to admit any real error on their part, and laughed at the idea of closing the doors. He turned away to walk back inside before the conversation was left in any positive manner.After contacting an attorney to review Texas legal laws the dealership has now increased the site on their website to $22,619. Ethical practices of this dealership are still in question though as the manager openly admitted that they are actively falsely advertising 50% of their vehicles at a lower price. FTC and the Honda Corp will be contacted as this is a newly managed dealership.Pictures have been included of the vehicle. No price was marked on the vehicle itself, so the only price to go off of was the vehicle price listed on the internet.On a side note, my Toyota truck was stolen from a 3rd floor gated parking garage and as this is my first car buying experience at a dealership and Im highly disappointed. This dealership made me feel like it was the epitome of sleazy car salesmen in the flesh.Go elsewhere if you’re able.
The staff at Easy Honda are AMAZING! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and had great experience from beginning to end. The pre-owned sales manager, Helman Anwary is THE BEST at making sure all of your needs are met at his dealership. Helman built a great rapport, went above and beyond to provide me with options and made sure to personally ensure that I was getting top-notch service from his team.I am very particular about details, and my salesman, Gabriel was very nice and professional through all of my questions. Typically, the guys that get a bad rap are the finance managers- but Felipe Canales was above and beyond the most personable, patient, polite and professional manager. He also made me feel comfortable and not belittled as a female buyer. During the whole process, Chad Bodwin, the aquisitions manager also made himself available for any questions, gave recommendations about various customizing options, etc. and also gave overall support to the salesman. I had to come back due to my own scheduling conflicts, and everyone was always pleasant, greeted me by name, and were very attentive. Helman has done an EXCELLENT job in creating a dynamic team with outstanding customer service.I highly recommend Easy Honda for anyone in the market for a vehicle.

It’s the first time I leave an auto dealership feeling not only happy about my purchase but also thankful. Every step of the process was very smooth and we were treated very kindly. Eduardo, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, he provided us with all the information we needed to make a good choice. He was patient and went the extra mile to help us.The sales manager was also very pleasant to deal with, excellent costumer service and made the whole process even kind of fun. Felipe, who helped us with finance was also very pleasant to work with and made everything very straight forward and efficiently to get a good rate (despite being a used vehicle) and without trying to add things I didn’t need. I also noticed that every person who works there made sure I was being helped and that’s a rare thing. I liked the service culture at this dealership, I highly recommend this team.
I’m fairly disappointed in this dealership. After hearing great reviews I had decided to give them a try with my car shopping. I had put in multiple inquiries only to receive a single email back. I exchanged a few emails with the sales associate only to get no reply after requesting a full quote. I emailed again, no luck. I put in a few more inquiries and had no luck. I requested a new sales associate and never got a reply. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience from this dealership.
Eduardo and Angelo were an excellent help. We had a budget and Eduardo helped reach to that. After days of looking for a jeep I was able to walk away satisfied.
They were really patient and helpful to me. Specially Eduardo and Felipe who helped me to get the car of my dreams, which I completely thought was impossible before meeting them. We generally don’t like the car buying process and right now (post pandemic) is the worst time we could have chosen, but Alyssa was very helpful and great to work with. When customers are at the store, everyone needs to work as a team, if that means two sales reps teaming up to assist a customer then the customer will be pleased. Ensure the customer is walked around the vehicle and shown basic things about the vehicle, encourage a test drive and ask what did they think, what didnt they like? Then you now have the info to now correct and give your customer a great experience. No matter the individual sales rep. Issue or health status.Thank You!
Probably the best experience I’ve had while trying to buy a car. Franklin welcomed me as soon as I got to the dealership and helped me find the 2022 Honda Civic that I had been looking for for weeks. He made the process very easy and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend him for anybody looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) salesman. Overall I have no complaints and if you’re thinking about buying a car I would recommend coming here first.
Today I was there we talked about a trade in and we reached a deal, the manager Marcelo and an associate called Ahmed said if my credit is good enough they will lower my monthly payment to where I wanted they checked my credit so that effects my credit and it’s good enough, my credit score was above 700 but they still didn’t lower the monthly payment, I don’t recommend this location, so they just used my time to make their location look like they are doing their job and I refused the deal, but agin I truly don’t recommend this place, my first and last time there
Alyssa is absolutely the best sales person I’ve had for a car. I don’t know a lot about cars in general but she gave me tips and helped me compare to other brands I’ve test drove. Plus, she’s just so much fun and really sweet. Thank you so much for making this less scary for me! If you guys go here make sure to ask for Alyssa!

I had the most AWESOME car buying experience at Easy Honda!After shopping for a new Odyssey for weeks and getting the run-around from dealers in Dallas, my husband reached out on-line to Easy Honda in Houston. Helmand was able to find the car we wanted for the price we wanted. He hooked us up with Anthony V. who scheduled an appointment for us to come get the car. Driving in from Dallas we were nervous, but everything was EXACTLY AS PROMISED - the right car for the right price!! There was NO PRESSURE to add things we didnt want, just to increase the price of the car. It was a DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE! I cant believe Im saying that about buying a car! Anthony was informative, helpful, pleasant, and didnt waste our time. He patiently answered all of my questions. I recommend asking for him! (although truthfully, everyone we spoke to was pleasant and helpful)The financing went the same way. The gentleman explained each of the options available, answering our questions about what would be covered, but I did not feel like he was forcing me to buy the coverage I didnt want. Took my car to Easy Honda for repairs and dealt with Andres Charry who helped me through the process but once I got my car back the rooftop went out on me during the rain and this Andres attitude went from helpful from the beginning to not wanting to deal with me at the end. I regret paying them for uncompleted work. Please take your car else where they’ll do the same without your consent.
I emailed back and forth with 3 different dealerships for weeks trying to get the best deal. After I got in touch with Easy Honda, Andrew Boutros was able to get me the perfect deal right away! I appreciate how he listened to what I wanted and helped make it happen without all the pressure that comes with car shopping. Just terrible service for a simple oil change and tire rotation for my Honda Civic .Scheduled a day before for an appointment for 11am, but still had to wait 30 minutes before anyone would help us check the car in. Was advised 2 - 3 hours so dropped it off. Called back at 2pm and was advised the car needed another hour to go through car wash. Called them again at 4:30pm asking if the car was ready, was told it was good to go. Got dropped off at the service center and was told it still wasnt ready.. Then why lie to me on the phone and waste my time? Ended up having to wait ANOTHER hour at the dealership in the waiting room for my car. Finally fed up, I had to ask them again where my car was and they realized it was ready, they just didnt realize it nor notify me. Got my car, that was dropped off clean, and it was dirtier then when I gave it to them.6 1/2 hours for a oil change, tire rotation and terrible car wash. First time going there and incredibly disappointed in how terrible the service was. Other Houston Honda dealerships have been much better. I dont recommend coming here for maintenance.
