I’ve never had a storage unit before and renting one here was an amazing experience! Missy and Eva were so kind. They both remembered my name after our first conversations and were so sweet and helpful. The vibe of the company and workers is very friendly and comfortable. And the fact that the units have A/C is just amazing. Lots of complimentary carts for moving, snacks and drinks, etc. Great security also! I won’t hesitate to rent out another unit when the time comes.

Moving to Houston from Virginia and needed a unit ASAP. Picked the areafor storage about a week ago because the pictures online were exceedingly nice for what I ecpected from a storage facility. The staff was fantastic. Evia was pleasant to chit chat with while we were working through the paperwork. She was also very helpful in showing me where my unit was, how to get into my unit, and gave useful FYI info regarding the high security standard they maintain there. Very imoressed with the whole experience

I rented a moving truck, it was clean and in good condition .Location is convenient and facilities are very clean. The staff was very friendly and sooo courteous !! They were very accommodating and customer service was excellent.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Cody Alfred assisting needs. His customer service was amazing. He was very funny and courteous throughout the entire process. His ability to handle several customers before closing time was excellent. I enjoyed our conversation and his efforts to assist me as I pick up my rental truck for penkse to travel from Houston to Salt Lake City. He has done an amazing job and would recommend their services especially Cody who works extremely hard to meet your needs.

Ive rented a moving van from them twice now, and both times they have been quick, thorough, and extremely helpful. During my most recent move, their representative, Eva, provided a lot of good advice for the move to make sure everything went seamlessly. Highly recommended.

We used Amazing Spaces for 2 weeks in between house moves. Phenomenal facility. Matt was extremely helpful in providing multiple units near each other so that it would be easier to store our furniture. Extremely clean and very secure. Matt was very hospitable every time I was there. There was a 2 hour period where the movers were putting furniture into the units. The place has a conference room where I was able to do work on my laptop while drinking coffee and eating a snack. Overall, some of the best customer service Ive experienced.

The Holcombe location is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and wonderful to deal with. Weve dealt wit several storage companies over the years and without a doubt Amazing Spaces is the best, cleanest, easiest to deal with and friendliest!

Matt did a great job making sure we had all we needed for our move. We were greeted and helped promptly upon arriving, our rental truck was ready for us, and he was extremely helpful in assisting with getting the right packing supplies. From walking in the door to driving off, the whole process was quick and easy. Very clean facility and it appears that the storage environment would be similar.

Missy helped me! I felt as though I was shopping with a best friend. The service was absolutely amazing. I had purchased items from Office Max days in the past. I had the most incredible experience with this place it was one of the best places Ive ever did business with. Mr. Matt was so helpful and very informative. He helped us make the right choices and decisions was also patient with us. Smiled the whole time. Although it was pricey it was well worth it.

We rented a Penske truck here for our move across town. Both of the employees we worked with as we checked in and checked out were extremely friendly and helpful! Completely painless process. Will definitely return and recommend to others who need moving supplies or a truck rental!

Missy and Matt are the most professional people that I have ever met at a storage facility. Every time I come in I am offered water and snacks. On the first day Matt was even kind enough to spend at least 30 minutes with us answering any questions we had or anything. Matt also divided the payment up into multiple credit cards so that we could get points for the whole purchase. Way to go Missy and Matt!

Awesome service! Needed boxes and supplies for packing. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Purchased (2) of the one bedroom pkg...plus a tape gun, queen size mattress cover and 10 lbs of wrapping paper. Everything fit in my chevrolet cruze. Total was right under $100.

Having found a place like this in the middle of the Harvey mess, where I lost so many things, was a Godsend. Missy and Matt were absolutely wonderful. I was greeted as a esteemed guest every time I walked in. The place was always impeccable. I felt reassured with their security system. And the coffee and biscotti were a perfect touch!!!

I thought this was a good facility. The staff were always nice, until they not only let my storage unit get broken into... but let other tenants rummage through my belongings. As of right now the staff was uncompassionate, nonchalant and told me there were no plans to remedy the situation.

I went there to pickup a Penske truck and trailer I reserved online.When I arrived, there was no truck or trailer. Not the owners fault.The owners went above and beyond trying to locate what I had reserved. After a few minutes and several phone calls, they were unable to locate anything.Two days later, Penske billed me as a no show/cancellation.I went back to Amazing Spaces and asked for help getting that money back. One phone call and five minutes later, my money was returned to my account.This place is really nice and clean. The owners are the some of the nicest people in the storage business.Thank you!

We had to rent out 2 units due our home being flooded last year and Missy was so helpful in getting us the right units that best fit our need, by size and price, and showed genuine empathy and concern for our situation. She was always available to answer our questions and always offered to help if we needed something. The units were very clean, no bugs whatsoever, and the temperature control gave us the confidence to put all our stuff, furniture, clothes, shoes, kitchen ware, etc., into the units without worry of further damage or that storage odor imbedded into our stuff. Price is VERY reasonable especially for what you get and Missy got us the specials they had going on to save us some money. Will rent units here again without question and currently contemplating a unit for permanent use as we downsize our home. Thanks Missy! Their security also gave us peace of mind.

I have rented numerous units from numerous facilities in the past and this location has, by far, created a tremendously high bar for future expectations. I truly hope I never have to move away from the Houston area simply because I know I will be disappointed in the storage facility. I wanted to leave a brief review (which is rare for me), just to say that I was very impressed with how John and the other staff here handled a difficult truck rental situation. To make a long story short, my expected truck rental from an outside company fell through due to a missing key. John stayed over an hour past closing time to help me find a solution. When the outside rental company disappointed me and could not fix their mistake, John offered a rental of the Amazing Spaces truck so I could proceed with my move that very night. He made a few phone calls to make sure it would be alright. I can not speak for the actual storage spaces, but their customer service was exceptional and I was very happy to have them as my allies in finding a solution. Thank you.

Follow up: Sometimes, businesses start off strong and then start getting ragged and less sharp in the delivery of services and maybe the place gets a little more unkept and untidy.Its been 3 years since I started doing business with Amazing Spaces. The staff has changed a bit over the years, but Missy is still there and I think she sets the pace for service, enthusiasm and attention to detail....and I am so glad to see that there are less Penske trucks taking up parking spaces in the gated parking for customers!!!--------------Below is my review from 3 years ago (about 2014):I saw positive reviews online but was guarded about believing them because Ive been burned in the past with planted positive reviews in the past. Instead of renting space online, I decided to visit Amazing Spaces on Holcombe near the Texas Medical Center. I was plesantly surprised. I met a former classmate who had been using Amazing Spaces at this location as soon as it had opened and she told my husband and I how the staff was very pleasant and attentive.Missy, the gal that worked for Amazing Spaces, took us around and showed us some of the storage units. The facility was clean, tidy and well lit. The top of the storage units were covered with a metal ceiling (not chain link fencing) which helped me to feel more secure about storing my things at AS.I liked the layout of the place which was configured so that you could drive your vehicle through a secured gate to an area that was well covered and gave access to all of the elevators of the facility. I have memories of unloading things in a driving rainstorm at another climate controlled storage and I think that this covered unloading area is well thought out.The front desk/ business area was lit by a lot of natural lighting and airy. There really is a cozy corner with a fireplace and a small conference room adjacent to the fireplace corner.Impressed...
