I was going to use this facility for storage until my arrival when I saw that they keep their dog on the property and left it outside in the rain. It rained all day.. and I actually returned later just to see the dog was still locked out on their front patio, whimpering loudly. FYI, I do not recommend this place unless you support animal cruelty.

Place was great.....until they raised my rate 18% with ZERO notice and didnt notify me that my key-card wasnt going to work anymore and I had to use a code. Everyone working there is kool. Service was fine...but that rate change really burned. Especially considering I paid for 10x10 ft unit but the tape measure actually reads 9x9ft.It is what it is....

I have been using this storage facility for several years now and have been very satisfied with the location and service. The manager Sharon is very cordial and helpful any time I needed anything. Location is very secure and easy to get in and out. Sharon gets a 5 star from me.

This is only about third time I’ve written a review an they weren’t very nice. But this is the first time I’ve been so knocked out by the level of customer service I received from Chris and Sharon at CubeSmart 8135 Jackrabbit rd Houston, I just had too write something. While working in an around customer service for over 40 years, I feel I have a good eye on who’s genuine an who’s just going threw the motions. Chris and Sharon made me feel welcome an at home at there facility. The property was clean an office was spotlessly maintained. Thumbs up too CubeSmart, you got it right. At least at this location.

Find another storage place! Before Cubesmart bought out the private owner in August 2018 it was a Great business since we have been renting beginning in 2012. Competitive rates, clean, well maintained, secure. Now horrible customerservice - dont care attitude and tenants are abandoning the storage units like the plague. Cubesmart has locked out 1 of my 4 units 2 times this week (10-16 and 10-18-18) with no explanation or apology. Now they are losing Texas Mobile Shrink Wrap as a $500/month customer along with a host of other long term accounts

I cant say enough good things about my experience.I searched for good prices first, location second, and just figured I would put up with the employees.To my complete surprise and delight, I dealt with the General manager, Sharon Kruger, who treated me respectfully and went out of her way to get me the best deal.Since my first experience I have rented Penskie trucks twice and another storage unit for a short time which Sharon worked some kind of magic and had them close together.I am extremely pleased and will be a long time customer.

Weve been here for at least 5 years; once Cubesmart took over the place, it has really cleaned up. The security systems are great and gates are open hours that we can access our units. Sharon and Chris are super easy to work with and always very responsive. Weve been pleased with the change from Cherokee to Cubesmart. Couldnt ask for a better storage facility.

Great Folks!These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Mr. Charlie answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. His office help (wife?) was very friendly and efficient. Their rates are fair and their lot is well secured. We drove away feeling comfortable with leaving our vehicle parked for safe keeping. This business deserves your patronage. They are truly appreciative for the business. Thank goodness we finally found someone who has some good business etiquette!

The lots are what a regular lot should look like, the spaces between vehicle are well spaced out, love the location, they offer fair prices.Very very happy with the customer service Chris gave, he was awesome, friendly and professional, explained everything very well. Usually if the service is bad I dont even bother coming back but because i love the energy he sent out he made me fell very welcomed so for that thank you Chris 👌.

Nice managers, area was clean when we walked through. They have auto pay which helps not to forget. I did not score a 5-star cause I have yet to wait for a good rain to see how the parking goes.

I had a very good experience with Cube Smart and the manager. First I shopped rates and this storage was by far the best price and value. I came in close to closing hours and the staff still took the time to help me. I had to store my vehicle that night no choice for me and they made it work. Sharon went beyond the call of duty and has followed up to make sure everything is what I needed. I will recommend them!

I have owned a unit there for some time. I went in looking for a larger unit and we found one very close to my existing unit.. The lady up front is very nice and helpful. Its never an easy thing to take over a business, but I think they are doing a good job. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit in this area.

I love the Cubesmart at Jackrabbit Rd in Houston. They Always greet me when I come in the door and one of the employees, named Chris L, addresses me by name. You don’t get that kind of customer service at most businesses today. It is nice to be called by your name instead of a number. This kind of personal interaction is priceless and to me, is one of the things that can make a company stand out above the rest. It’s always clean when I’m there, the employees seem to get along well with one another and they seem to thoroughly enjoy their jobs with the company. I am not a customer, but have friends and business associates who are and have been here many times to fetch trailers and limousines and such. This is not one of those small closet places to store boxes. This place is huge, with large garage like storage rooms. Some with raised ceilings. It has a huge open yard, half paved for storing vehicles, trailers, boats and other toys. Very secure with cameras, gates and staff that live on the property. Ive ran into many other customers which have all been friendly, polite and helpful. Plenty of room to back trailers or even big rigs. No problems with anyone Ive had contact with or damage to anything stored. No complaints, only kudos.

I am a RV storage customer since 06/2012. I store my camper trailer there (without issue). When I decided to store at this location it was based on the Security and Up-Keep of the property. With that said, I was unaware that a member of the companies staff is a convicted sex offender. I have seen this person cleaning/maint. the property. I have NEVER had or seen any customer interaction. The rating listed is solely based on my experience as a customer of the company and how I have been treated as such. I do NOT, like the fact that people do such things, however if you rent space from this company you should be aware and watch your children at all times. Please do your own research and view a photo of this person. As for the Storage Company, they offer a fair fee for a clean, secure location. No issues with owner/management to report.

Walked in this morning to check out a spot to park my work van. Chris let me in to check out the facilities. He had me signed up and ready to go in minutes. Pleasure to do business with.

I have to admit, we had a little hiccup getting signed up fo tonthey were out detailing property when I went to sign for storage spot (as they should be) so call to let them know about what time you will arrive. Once you set up times, Chris and ( for the life of me cant recall the young ladies name) however were very responsive to my questions and doubts, they work with other local location and showed me locations. They communicated very well and was friendly and prompt to get everything set up. Would highly recommend this location for your storage needs. There are some wet low spots but nothing to concern.

Impressed with the checking in to the space very accommodating and better than I expected facilities

Cherokee is and has been awesome sense we started storing my husbands large dump truck. They have a secure gated entry with cameras everywhere wich is something super important to us because this gives us peace at mind knowing that our belogings are secure. Not to mention their employees, especially Linda, are very helpful and courteous.

They have horrible customer service. Theres never anyone available in office and when you make payments in cash they keep your change or employees take payments but dont post them. I had to pay double because they refused to check their security cameras. Chris is the only employee who seems to know what hes going.
