Good experience when I ordered my uhaul online.Made a truck reservation with a appliance dolly. The store manager called me and gave me the heads up that I wouldnt be able to get a appliance dolly till some time later in the morning.I appreciate the courtesy call very much.

Mr&miss coffey was very helpful in getting me a storage at the last moment when the storage unit that I was trying to get next door wasn’t gonna work for me I really appreciate them for how fast they were able to get me a unit👏🏽👏🏽

They charge me 100$ extra and they send me the bill a month later and the charge me for late fee what is that

This is possible one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a very long time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I live across town, but would not hesitate to use them in the future. I would like to give them six stars if is were possible.

I was going to rent a van online to move only to receive a text massage after the fact that I would need to leave an additional form of ID (like my passport, green card, TWIC, car title, etc). Im moving. Everything is in boxes. I called customer service as was told that since they lease these vans they have to have that for their insurance... Not my problem. Such a waste of time.

There cool, but very slow

I worked with Camden to get a truck set up for moving cross-country, he was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave me advice on truck sizes and car carriers, let me compare trucks to visually map out how big they were. This location has always been a fave, give them your money!

Horrible customer service

I could not believe when I noticed that the mileage on the form I signed and the gas were both incorrect. They circled 1/4 tank but it was literally on empty. They also shorted the mileage by 16 miles. When I complained to the attendant, instead of apologising, he became upset and started giving excuses that that information was given by customer. But that is not true. I believe this was intentional cause both were incorrect. Really, all he had to do was apologize after being caught!

Naomi was a pleasure to work with. Normally renting is a pain but the process has been simplified recently. Would definitely return to this location. Technology is key for me and they make it a breeze to rent and return.

We used this place for our move across town. They were really friendly here, and we had a seamless transaction with them. I will use them again and recommend them.

It took almost an hour to get through the online check in process, no one responded in the webchat, asked the employees in the store to help and they said they couldn’t do anything. After begging them finally the girl called ‘dispatch’ and magically everything processed within minutes. I then asked if I could extend my return by 1 hr since it took 1 hr just to pick up, that’s when the guy, who was telling me the whole time just to sit and wait, got up, walked around his counter, walked up to me and got 1 inch from my face and starting yelling at me. Absolute garbage people and system that U-Haul created.

Just thought I would mention that I tried to drop off a one-way car dolly I rented in Florida around 11 am on Sunday 12/16. The attendant indicated your lot was already full but when I looked it sure appeared to me there was a place to put the dolly. They just dont take that much room. He clearly didnt want to mess with it. Rather than force the issue I just called another dealer and dropped it off there. They werent far away and were extremely friendly and helpful at the u haul on I-10 between Gessner and the beltway. Too bad your attendant couldnt have been willing to be a little more accommodating. I see youve got two great ratings so mine is not the norm for this business and I hope it was just a one-off.

Ive worked for U-Haul in past. This one is great and offers wine storage without having to go to River Oaks. The location is really awkward though.

Stopped by to see a Ubox. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ubox didnt fit my needs but its a great option if you have people to load your heavy things.
