Top notch company. the plumber, mike, was fantastic. he showed genuine concern for my issues and had the knowledge to correct them. they are very well qualified to do any plumbing work.

They ran a gas line for us which is such a long process because you have to deal with the city and power company, but they made the whole process pretty painless. We had Ronald do the task and he was respectful and polite of our home. They had him come out for visit, so we really got to know and trust him. I would 100% endorse these guys!

Expertise and good customer work from first contact to a completed job. The rep that took my phone call (cry for help), was kind and efficient. I received text and email confirmation of my same- day appointment the minute I hung up the phone. I received a follow up call from both the main office and the tech (shout out to Lincoln S.) to provide me an of his arrival. Lincoln explained, and showed us what was happening with our A/C. He fixed it within an hour. He was polite and This was my first experience with this company, but it certainly won’t be the last (in large part to the amazing customer service we received from Lincoln). It’s also nice to not be melting into a puddle. That alone earned the 5 stars.

My stopped working. It went from 70 to 80 in my home real quick. Micheal arrived out & found the dilemma in about 30 seconds. He fixed it in about 5 minutes. He explained to me. From what was wrong, what he did, levels of the ac & warranty parts, etc. He was super polite & made sure it was working & the house was cooling down before he left. Also a couple months ago Ethan from the plumbing side hooked up my hot water tank that I got from them. He did a great job & was also fast, polite & explained everything to me. I really like that they explained everything to me instead of just saying “here’s the problem. I fixed it.” Like most companies do. Highly recommend Mullens for plumbing & heating & cooling.
