I was looking for a fridge. I looked at a few places. Sears was great. The people are awesome. They look at your needs and recommend based on that.They had a variety of items in stock. Very well attended.Home Depot, Lowe’s and a few other stores didn’t care, didn’t have anything in stock and the sales guys had a “buy it or leave attitude”

Great service. Manager, Garrick, helped me find the refrigerator/freezer that met my specific size, color and, of course, the best price. Delivery scheduled 4 days after purchase. Garrick knows his specs on appliances. Hope he remains at the Huntsville Sears store. Very nice young man.

Love the new store! Watch for their sales if you are in the market for big items like appliances. We got our washer and dryer both for the price of one. They delivered at our convenience, and set them up. Even walked us through how to use them. Great experience all the way around.

There are few Sears locations around, glad the one in Huntsville still open. Been a faithful Kenmore buyer all my life. Best appliances and service available nowadays. Great brand names at reasonable prices.

Sales staff are very friendly, helpful and a little anxious. In my lifetime I have bought a lot. The majority of the time everything is in great working order. I can count on one hand of over 50 years of doing business with Sears that I have had a problem with something that I purchased there. It was always corrected to my satisfaction. I hope that they never go out of business.

Excellent customer service, I have called store for prices and have been in store, the young lady with the long beautiful black hair has always been very nice and helpful, she has excellent customer service, Sears needs more employees like her, I say give her A RAISE, and employee of the year. Keep up the good work Sears.

A word of caution, if you need to have an item delivered go somewhere else. There is no customer service or follow through when it comes to the delivery date given at the time of purchase.If you are picking up the item, you MAY be fine...

New location after being forced to move from the middle of town. Looks as if they are still adjusting to the new space. Staff is friendly and courteous. Product does not appear cleanly organized and does not fill the shelves. Sign on front of building is rather small in comparison to the front of the store as well as the signs of other stores in the area.

Purchased a riding lawn mower from this store earlier this week, and Im pleased with the entire transaction and certainly pleased with the assistance given to us by store manager Garrick. Im a big believer is spending our money locally to keep our local economy strong, and I will certainly go to our local Sears for our next appliance or other big ticket item.

Manager Garrick and staff was so helpful in assisting me on purchasing a Craftsman product that I could not find at another store. I purchased the product by phone in Kansas and had it shipped out of their Texas store.Thanks again for all your HELP!

Great store and real nice and helpful got me out of a pickle when i really needed help

This would be the last place I would ever shop because of the poor customer service when things break. I scheduled them to come out in June of 2018, took off from work, and they didn’t show – the technician called an hour after the four hour scheduled window and said he didn’t knowhow to do it and I would have to call to make another appointment.Taking yet another day off in August, they are supposed to be here between 8-12. It’s now 2:45 and they still have not shown but with an “estimated” ETA of 3:30.And people wonder why Sears is losing customers?

People here are very helpful. They have a nice selection of appliances and yard stuff. The people here know their mowers!

Good, never packed, good service, employees are always their to help and are very polite. If you order something they get you in and out in about 5 minutes, at least they have every time Ive order something which is been a little more than a couple, well located, and great product.

Needed a Kenmore washer part, dont waste your time going here or any other Sears store for parts, its all online. Also next time be friendlier instead of a blank stare..just saying

If you would like the bad service experience please see Tyson he is a master of it. My experiance started from walking in the door. He Yelled at you from across the room. Then he explains to you, in a belittling tone, that just because your package has been delivered to the store doesnt mean its ready for you to pick up. Once it was loaded in the truck, i asked if i needed to sign anything he just walked off and yelled No.

Asked if I needed help twice. Pricey is the best I can say. While I have had craftsmen tools since I could drive I think their prices have gone up.

Store is clean and had everything we needed. All the employees we saw at this location asked if we needed help and went out of their way to assist us.

Ive shopped at the Huntsville Sears for a long time.....always got great service and selection. Today was very different. Logan (sales rep), was disinterested, rude and didnt give a damn about my order or trying to resolve it. He was as useful as a pork chop dinner at a bar mitzvah. I wanted to be rude and ugly to him, but thought hed want to go outside afterwards....which also would suit me fine.....Im glad I took a walk instead. When the fire usless Logan, Ill return and spend money.

This place has a little bit of everything and not overpriced.

Will be my goto Sears from now on. Nice store

Was looking at the washing machines, the one I have is only three years old, and has broke on me twice....I believe I have a 🍋 lemon...not a happy camper with Whirpool

Tyson is very rude and does not know how to speak with a customer. He spoke to my sister and I with a terrible tone of voice and needs to manage is attitude.

I bought a washer and dryer in Dec 2018....march my washer went out. Took 3 weeks for the repair guy to come out and then 3 more weeks to fix it. Due to he had to order parts...he drives off and then it Sounds terrible. Called again...the guy cant come out again for 3 weeks if he doesnt come with parts...I will go to the top of the chain....

Good place to buy a lawnmowers

Not a very pleasant visit.the employees were very loud and fighting among themselves had the music on to loud food was alright but nothing else was.

Bought a motorcycle jack online but it was defective, I only had it a week.They would not exchange it for another one.Had to go to Crockett.l was out of there in 15 minutes.

Service has been a mess...Im still waiting for a district or regional manager to call me..Well its been two months and Im still waiting...Managers in store havent only words are theirs nothing they can do..Tyson is a joke not even sure how hes a manager.
