Was desperate for a replacement apartment size range. Called ahead of time, and was told that they had one for sale. Range was dirty, staff was trying to work it over, but unsuccessful. I purchased it, with a 60 day warranty. After 4 hours, it was useable. Hope its a keeper.

Not impressed...I wanted to buy a washing machine tub...he had two..but would not sell me one....I guess he is a hoarder cause he said one day he might need one, duh he had TWO, the place is stacked stuff on top of stuff...crazy....not impressed...guess he needs no money. #LetsgoBrandon

They fixed my oven, were very informative about the possibilities of charges, turned out it only needed 1 of the 3 possibilities. Fair and honest, would and probably will use again.

I just needed to purchase 2 parts for my dryer and decided to shop local after reading the good reviews. Sadly my experience was less than stellar. I was originally told it would only take a day or two for the parts to arrive. Charles called me and they had forgot to order the second part I had requested. I was told he would call me back shortly, which he never did. Not a big deal so I waited a day and then called again to check the status of my parts. I was told the part wouldnt arrive until Monday and that they would call me back on Monday after the weekend.... and again never called back. Tuesday I called again at 10am and was told they were with a customer and they took down my name and number to get back with me, once again they never called back. Finally I gave them one last chance and called on wednesday morning and was told that my part had finally arrived and she would call me right back once they find it. For the forth time I was put aside and ignored. Two days later and still no call back or anything. This doesnt seem to be bad case of miscommunication (as I spoke with Otiss wife 3 of the 4 times I called). Rather it seems that their customer service is the same as their shop, in total disarray and a giant clutter. They were nice people but my overall experience was horrible. I was better off just ordering my parts for less off of Amazon.

Trying to give mom and pop shops business but stay far away from this one. I really gave them a chance over two months. They need someone new to answer the phone as the lady could possibly have memory issues, organizing issues, overwhelmed but get her off your phone...family needs to be held accountable. She could not find my information after three calls, same info given three times WHAT WAS I THINKING RUN. I called again said oh yes come pick up your part??? It was a home repair we discussed with every call you told me the trip fee. Husband came out opened box and part was not item that should have been in box. He calls to let them know someone had put the wrong part back in the box then tells me he would get it ordered. Well no calls after a week called and was told they are here you can pick them up REALLY...SMDH. Tech was suppose to call last week no call Nothing from this company. Finally feedup called today and told them new company to fix Monday. She actually tried to start telling tales and I stopped her to let her know I was standing listening to her husbands conversation...now add shady. Took a dead washer machine to Otiss to see if they could diagnose & repair this morning.They got to it immediately while I was still there, diagnosed a lid-switch problem, installed a new one promptly, and sent me happily on my way.Fantastic service and customer care, he even showed my friend and I how to take care of it ourselves next time. Additionally, he did this all at no charge as he had a spare part available!Very pleased with the service I received. Friendly & knowledgeable people. Arrived about 10:30am, gone by 10:45am with a working machine. Thanks Otis Appliance Center!

Though l didnt get an immediate quote on the phone prior, the inperson query went swimmingly. They have a variety of appliances for a small city setting. The part lookup and cost was below my research for an abvious repair!

These people are hardworking and go above and beyond. Got a washer from them about a month ago with same day delivery. Our dryer just started acting weird and they picked it up to work on it and gave us a loaner dryer so we could still get laundry done! We are very appreciative of their kindness and will always use them for our appliance needs.

My mother has been a loyal customer for over 10 years, we called about two weeks ago back to back about getting a washer looked at or fixed. Because it is so old and cant find a model number, me and my two kids are without a washer. I dont have a vehicle so i cant wash in town and I dont UNDERSTAND why they choose to blow us off. Over ten years!! And sadly she has lost a very valuable customer.

Needed a Kenmore washer part and went here after being told by Sears they dont carry parts and had to order online...Otis appliance was able to give me the part then and there. Washer is now fixed. Thanks guys!

Ruth is the best, they have replacement parts for almost any appliance, and if they dont they can order it. Great used appliance sellection, and old school mom and pop service. They will go out of there way to help get what you need.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star I would. Lets start from the top, it took them exactly 3 weeks to get a part for a fridge. Then the person who answers the phone after my 5th inquiry asked if I lived in the ghetto. Then laughed, I dont by the way. Then they ask whens a good time to come to my home? Um, no, Ill pick it up and have it installed myself, thanks. So I guess I did not see the sign, on the left door (non-operational), accompanying other random signs on the windows of a business that is more like a hoarders home. Sorry. So I try to install this part, I try to get it in the housing gently, put the prongs on, find its a half centimeter or so too big. Damn the bad luck. So me being an upstanding citizen of the fair town of Huntsville, goes back to this hole and attempts to get my money back. I am told immediately that, The sign is on the door, no returns and no refunds. Now what am I supposed to do with a part that costs less than $45 bucks retail that you charged me $77 for without installing? Then I ask, if you all would have installed it and found this would you have given me my money back? It was a hard no. So I was given the run-around, told how there is a 20% restocking fee, oh and we cant return it with scratches...um, they were almost non-existent scratches but okay, oh yeah and we cant even use this part. I replied, yes you can, its a Whirlpool part, that you got for an Amana Refrigerator. To say the least I was steaming, so I was given the offer that they would refund me $30!!! LESS THAN 50% OF WHAT I PAID. So I offered to receive $40....low balling and fully expecting to get at least that and she agreed. Well...I walked away with my fridge still messed up, being messed over by Otis and leaving this already dismal place with a disgusting taste in my mouth over the whole ordeal. Take it from me, find someone else to fix your stuff. If I had asked my co-workers before I went to them, I would have known to go to Jerrys Appliance, or even Sears before going to this wreck of a company. Hope you guys at Otis enjoy your donation of $37.00 to the Charity of Cheating Decent People Out of Hard Earned Money. Ill never use you again and Ill make it my business to refer everyone I know not to use your company for anything.
