What can I say other than this gentleman knows how to run a business AND treat his customers, workers, guests right. He literally answered my texts at 4:30 am to make sure I knew he was going to take care of the issue and make it right. He did more than that, he talked me through the whole process of getting the new washer prepared and in great working condition. He allowed me to either get it fixed or get a different washer.This mans the complete professional and has the highest standard of customer care and service. If youre thinking of get a washer/dryer but hesitant of unknown quality. Guarantee, this gentleman will take care of all your issues and worries. BUY FROM HIM. So what can I say except two thumbs up! I have bought multiple appliances from Mike over the years and he has always gone above and beyond for me. One washer he sold me started leaking after a few months I called him about it and he was at my house the next day with a replacement for free!! I own rental properties and everything I use comes from Mike. His appliances are quality and they just work. He his knowledgeable about his business and will not waste your time. I bought a whirlpool cabrio from Michael I had a problem with the machine shutting off when going through spin cycle. I had to restart it each time he came once told me my landlord had to replace the cold faucet it was the problem getting adequate water. That was the fixed it still does same thing.. I have sent numerous texts and called no answer. He gave me a 60 day warranty in two weeks it runs out. After having a bad time with a washer from another vendor he promised he would do me right now I am back with the same problem and no way to get RBI’s guy to call me back and box is full. Oh

Michael was fair, has good prices, and was very open and up front about this products. Highly recommend. I actually like the one he sold me better than the one I bought new and quit working after about 3 years. Thank you, Michael

My washer only worked maybe 2 weeks after I got it. I have called txted and left messages…NO RESPONSE! I spent almost $400 and now I’m gonna have to spend even more money on a washer that I shouldn’t have to replace! New2u appliances is a JOKE! Yeah it was new for 2 weeks now it won’t even do anything. NEVER BUYING FROM HIM AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The delivery guys really take pride in making sure you have everything you need before leaving, they are very COVID-19 friendly, and they make sure to handle your delivery with caution so they do not mess up anything in your home or your new appliances. My family and I have purchased two washer and dryers, and a refrigerator. All the appliances we have purchased from Mike have all worked amazingly.

We bought a washer back in July and the first one did not soak properly and we were given a trade which worked fine but left all our cloth dirty, I believe the drum was dirty on the inside. I don’t think I’ll come here again ... you guys should really test these with items before selling them.

Our washer went out a month ago and our home warranty has been an absolute pain. We were tired of waiting and figured we’d try out New2U before buying a brand new set. Mickey gave us a 30day warranty and a Maytag set at a great price. Even traded in our busted washing machine for spare parts and a working but older dryer for a good price as well. Hooked up the set and they’re working just fine. They test all their appliances there in the back room before selling. Happy we went to New2U first and saved ourselves well over a grand!

It took a while to get a replacement washing machine but I was very happy with the replacement and the delivery man was extremely kind. Mind you I live quite a distance from his store, so I understand the delay. I would buy from Mike again.
